11/05/2025: In April 2025, with my family, I had dinner at the "Antico Baglio" Pizzeria Restaurant in Castelbuono. Very nice place, large, tastefully furnished. We focused on the pizzas and chose three different flavours: sfincionella (toasted breadcrumbs, caciocavallo, anchovies and tomato and onion) excellent, inebriating aroma, well-leavened dough, good cooking, Napoli pizza and gourmet pizza (Madonna mozzarella, Nebrodi pork loin, potatoes and ferla mushrooms). All excellent. Friendly staff, good service. Honest prices. Advised

Sabato sera io e mia moglie siamo alla ricerca di un nuovo locale dove mangiare la pizza ...ricerca trip... telefono e prenoto arriviamo in orario entro le venti tavolo per due piano superiore personale che ci versa un calice di benvenuto con due stuzzichini di Sfincione Bagherese ordianiamo due pizze "BUONISSIME" che dire RITORNEREMO lascio la mancia ai ragazzi sopra perchè più che meritata braviiiiiiiiiiiiiii

27/04/2025: This food was the best I had in Palermo, even compared to Michelin starred venues. The orata all’acqua pazza was so delicious I used a spoon to lap up the well-flavored broth. I spend 6 months a year in Palermo but this the first time I’ve had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant. Cannot wait to go back!!!

We were scammed and served a set menu supposedly worth 30 euros but were served breads, a tomato pasta and a granita. Yes no meat or fish was served for the mains. If you go as a group just order a la carte.

Ne ho avuto conferma apprezzando pane cunzato , pasta e ceci , tagliata e altro , oltre ad un rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo e ad una non trascurabile simpatia e gentilezza di Aldo il titolare .

They pampered us and made us feel at home, walking on horseback in the greenery was regenerating. And to finish, an excellent aperitif. It is a place that I would recommend to everyone and where we will definitely return. Thanks again

27/05/2025: Vi este restaurante mientras caminaba por Cefalú. Está fuera de la calle principal, pero es fácil de encontrar, ya que hay señales que conducen al restaurante. Fui por el Busiate alla Trapense que era bastante promedio, un poco demasiado acuoso. Todo el personal era amable. Los precios eran justos. Muchas opciones para vegetarianos y consumidores de carne por igual.
