12/02/2025: Going beyond my personal preferences, I recommend everything on the menu: there is nothing that isn't objectively good. Everything excellent, always. Staff and environment alike. Very quiet music, and specifically even at a low volume (personally, being able to talk to those at the table with me is important - but today restaurants often drown out voices with too loud music). Another important thing: the prices are normal for high-end restaurants like this; Nonetheless, the portions are fair and plentiful.

22/11/2024: Arredamento del locale antiquato. Ho scelto la tempura come antipasto, ma era una banale frittura in pastella. Ci propongono e presentano una spigola x 2. Il pesce torna nei nostri 2 piatti in pezzetti in ordine sparso. In un ristorante con un minimo di pretese il maitre torna col pesce cotto, lo pulisce davanti i commensali e depone i filetti INTERI nei piatti. Dessert insignifante.

23/05/2025: Ieri sera a cena 22 maggio cercando un ristorante di pesce locale mi sono recaro presso "Il Delfino" .Ragazzi questo splendido locale lo consiglio vivamente a chi viene a Sferracallo a Palermo. I camerieri gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Il cibo ottimo. Piatti abbondanti, cibo freschissimo e di altissima qualità. Se venite in vacanza da queste parti dovete assolutamente andarci! Voto 10. Sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto.

22/05/2025: The place is very special. We felt at home. We went for dinner with a group of friends and were treated like royalty. The food is wonderful, the people are extremely charismatic and attentive. It was a wonderful experience. We will be back soon and highly recommend it.

16/11/2024: Palermo aveva bisogno del ritorno “a casa” del Charleston, nel cuore del centro città dove i ristoranti di questo livello si contano sulle dita di una mano. La nuova sede dell’ex bar Mazzara è elegantissima e la cucina è straordinaria, frutto degli studi dello chef Verde che si percepiscono in ogni piatto. Continuando così è certo che arriveranno tantissimi riconoscimenti. Ma la cosa più gradita del nuovo Charleston è l’incredibile clima, una coccola per il cliente: si respira davvero l’affiatamento tra tutti i componenti dello staff e da un ambiente del genere non possono che nascere cose altrettanto belle.

16/05/2025: Dinner was simply fabulous. Service was top and the dishes were superb! I can highly recommend this restaurant.It's located a bit outside the busy center, so very quiet and relaxing to have dinner outside on the terrace.

12/05/2025: The waiter should seriously consider calming down his mood. We don't go to a restaurant to get yelled at just because we sat at a table without waiting to be seated, and we immediately apologized when we realized that the restaurant didn't work like that. There was really no point in complaining about us and waving loudly.

06/05/2025: I think it's the best restaurant in Sicily and the restaurant of my life. The Trapanese couscous served with fish broth and the marinated prawn fish soup were so delicious that I went there twice. There are many wine pairings and the staff is very friendly. I think I will miss you a lot.

28/04/2025: Had dinner at this place, questionable experience. Poor couscous, fish seen through binoculars and drinks prices in my opinion excessive (13 euros for a half bottle of wine seems really a lot to me...) I wouldn't repeat the experience.

13/10/2024: I was in this place on Saturday evening, you immediately noticed the dated interior furnishings, the bathrooms were also clean and above all with toilets for disabled people, everything was a bit old.. On the other hand, the dinner was good, the hot appetizer although small in quantity was good, the pizza was delicious and seasoned. Excellent service, very attentive to customer needs. Average prices.

14/05/2025: Everything was simply perfect! Very fresh raw seafood and delicious first courses, rich in flavour and with attention to detail. Impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere. A place I will gladly return to!

19/05/2025: We couldn't eat, the appetizer was ok, the first courses inedible, the second courses, non-existent. We looked for the meat with a magnifying glass. Practically like a slice of mortadella. Go eat somewhere else,

26/04/2025: Sono stata all’agriturismo Capra Licca di recente e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza che icuramente ripeterò con piacere presto. Complimenti alla cucina: ogni piatto era ben curato, abbondante e soprattutto squisito. Personale estremamente cordiale e accogliente. Crapa Licca merita sicuramente 5 stelle

29/04/2025: Wir haben hervorragend gespeist. Das essen war sehr apetittlich angerichtet auf schönen Steinguttellern. Wir hatten Spagetti mit Meeresfrüchten und eine Antipasti Meeresfrüchte Vorspeisen Platte. Es sag alles sehr gut aus, und es war köstlich. Wir sind gleich an beiden Urlaubstagen hingegangen. Da hatten wir eine Pizza als Vorspeise (sehr lecker) und Meeresfrüchte Risotto. Die Küche ist Klasse. Das Lokal könnte Mal ein bisschen modernisiert werden.

01/05/2025: Truly excellent experience in this seafood restaurant! The staff was very kind and super helpful from the first moment. They welcomed us warmly and paid special attention to my dog, treating her like a true queen: they offered her a pillow and even some bread, a truly appreciated gesture. The location is modern, minimalist and very refined, an elegant but welcoming environment. The food was impeccable: I tried ravioli stuffed with grouper with artichokes, shrimp and cherry tomatoes — a first course rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. Followed by a seared tuna with pistachio: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. All really delicious! I left fully satisfied. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent fish, courtesy and a pleasant environment.
