I was introduced to this restaurant and I'm thrilled! I got to try authentic, traditional Sicilian recipes, and the portions were so huge that I went home with leftovers. The wine is good, the waiters are very friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and typically Sicilian. A real treat that I recommend to anyone who enjoys discovering new flavors! Just so you know, it's very different from what you find in other restaurants, and in a very good way! I'll definitely be back 😁

Every time I go to Palermo, I have to stop by at least once. It's a spectacular place with friendly staff, unlike some people who think they're funny by acting like a Sicilian to make a scene. The last time I ate a Glassa I'll never forget. It was like meeting an elegant and beautiful woman! 😃 Jokes aside, one star less because without air conditioning, you'd die in the cavuru.

Let me start by saying that I'm the husband and I use my wife's credit card because mine was stolen. I can confirm the abundance of the dishes. I had spaghetti with clams, which was excellent al dente; my wife had fried fish. I tasted some of the fried fish; it was oily and rubbery; I couldn't eat it. I gave it 3 stars, and not less, because at the end of the meal I notified the owner, and he replied that if I had told him, he would have remade it. The price was normal.

What a wonderful experience! When you hear the advice to find family-run places off the tourist path, this is what everyone is talking about! Here to order and savor each course.
This medium size restaurant has such tremendous character, pleasant environment and delicious food! The love of the food and the restaurant is evident among all of the staff. The extras provided here and there convey their pleasure in serving you a fabulous meal.
Do not pass up on the dessert course (€5) which is a lovely array of fruit, pastries and homemade liqueurs. This is not your bathtub stuff, these are delicious, smooth and flavorful digestives.
This is a culinary and cultural experience you should not miss. Completely enjoyable.

If you want to enjoy authentic Sicilian dishes in an authentic atmosphere, with friendly, attentive, yet unobtrusive service, you have to go to Altri Tempi.
As a cook, it's one of the few places in Palermo where I enjoy eating.

Real Sicilian food.
We ate fish, pasta, vegetables, fried cheese, desserts and homemade liqueurs. All cooked in the traditional Sicilian style and with the menu labeled in Sicilian.

Excellent trattoria with a wide selection, including vegetarian options. Complimentary liqueurs are offered at the end of the meal, and they're delicious. Especially the laurel one!
