31/08/2025: Beautiful location, excellent and plentiful food, fabulous pizzeria. The lady at the cash register was very nice and welcoming. She even offered us a complimentary liqueur. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

22/08/2025: Before booking, I read the reviews and, without hesitation, booked a table for my family (4 people). The atmosphere was nice until the next table arrived with noisy children... but, after asking for a change of table, I was immediately given one. The staff was friendly but not attentive. An even more disappointing note was the food. We ordered three pizzas and a pasta dish. It arrived 20 minutes early... and we ate it frozen. You should know that the pasta should be topped a few minutes before the pizza comes out... never mind. The pizzas finally arrived, mine was wrong, so I waited a bit longer... inedible. A simple Margherita: raw dough, burnt toppings, so thin and dry I couldn't cut it; My husband's Cacio e Pepe: the same. Pleasant flavor, but raw dough. Too bad, I definitely won't be returning.

11/08/2025: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The place is very beautiful and well-maintained. Service-wise, there's a lot to improve. The bartender showed zero friendliness and professionalism in his role. I ordered two gin and tonics with premium gin and they were served with flat tonic water from a soda gun and white ice full of impurities; all without even stirring the drink. I recommend improving the quality of the products and ice used, and improving the bartender's service (if that's what we call him). My criticism is constructive. Best of luck to the guys and the business!

02/10/2025: Caution! Rip-off! Also check out what Lo Presti Salvadore writes. We had the same experience. Unfortunately, I was invited and only found out about the overpriced price a day later. As soon as we sat down, I had the impression that we were being talked into everything. Suddenly, there was nothing à la carte anymore, just "what the fishermen had caught." Some vegetables (a mini portion with half a carrot, eggplant, zucchini, etc.) were definitely nothing special and not particularly tasty. Even the tomatoes on the bruschetta weren't tasty. My partner had prawns and sparkling wine (of course, only available in 0.5l bottles), I only had water with a mini portion of pasta with shrimp. I paid over €100!!! for that! You had to pay inside... I found that strange, too. Maybe so I wouldn't notice the completely overpriced price. I didn't want alcohol, so the waitress gave me a wine glass instead. I had just explained to her that I don't drink anything when I ride my scooter. It felt like a trick to me!!! There was no reason for this price, neither in terms of service, taste, nor authenticity. It left a very bad taste in my mouth for an otherwise wonderful vacation. That didn't even happen to me in Italy, not even in the crowded tourist shops. Never again!

15/09/2025: The hotel has the best location in all of Scopello. It's right in the center, just steps from the main square. Beautiful views from the restaurant and some rooms. It's a shame the hotel restaurant is closed in September, we would have loved to have dinner there. We had breakfast, but it wasn't worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly.

12/10/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for years and have always had a great time. The tasting menu is excellent. They also cater to those with gluten intolerances. Highly recommended.

08/09/2025: I hadn't been there in a while. I remember the atmosphere being nice, but now it wasn't welcoming at all. The service was terrible, the waiters came every five seconds as if to chase us away, with a sullen look on their face. The food used to be good, but now it's so-so... We couldn't wait to leave and never return.

25/08/2025: Everything was delicious, and to be honest... Last night, Sunday, August 24th, we ate outside, and it was absolute torture. We left with headaches. There was a birthday party in the room to the left, with loud music... and meanwhile, still in the garden to our right, another DJ was playing other music, making more noise than music, blending into each other, literally giving us headaches. It was hard to even talk to each other at the table... This kind of situation should be addressed. It's a shame, because the place is beautiful and the food is truly good.

05/10/2025: Despite the negative reviews and finding no pizzeria with seating on a Sunday at 1:30 p.m., we sat down anyway and have no complaints. Fast service, efficient server, regular pizza, and even a free tiramisu for dessert. A nice, long pizzeria in a busy, lively alleyway.

04/10/2025: It's cheeky to charge €3 per person and, last but not least, 10% of the total bill for service. The food was average, but we weren't served at the same time; I only got it after my wife had finished eating.

15/10/2025: Exorbitant prices: €10 for a Campari Spritz! Absolutely insane! And that's my frustration all over Sicily: they only serve chips for aperitifs. I'm from Bolzano, and even there they don't serve only chips when a drink costs €10!!!!
