28/07/2026: Luisa was superb. She was with us every step of the way, from the moment we walked in, a little intimidated by the big step, to the day our dream finally came true. Her professionalism, availability, and attention to detail always made us feel at ease and supported. The menu was tailor-made, using the highest quality products. From the simply divine aperitif by the sea to the dinner, every course was impeccable and meticulously prepared. The dessert and fruit buffet took our breath away: a true feast for the eyes and the palate. Dejavù isn't just a location, it's a place where dreams come true. It truly makes you want to get married every day! Highly recommended!

21/06/2026: I attended a wedding at Déjà-vu restaurant and had a truly excellent experience. The venue is well-maintained, elegant, and welcoming, perfect for important events. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff was professional, courteous, and always available, helping to make the evening enjoyable and well-organized. Kudos to all the staff for their dedication and passion. Highly recommended for ceremonies and special events!

03/07/2026: I'd promised myself several times I'd eat at Colapisci; I read some reviews, and I must say my expectations were met. We ordered three different dishes, all fish-based, and both the presentation and the taste were more than compensated by the service, which, in my opinion, was a bit slow. The calamari was simply grilled and breaded, but the result was anything but predictable. It was meaty on the palate, so the texture was very good, not at all dry and flavorful. The salmon was soft inside, and the marinade added its own touch. The swordfish rolls, which I often find very predictable, were the highlight. Their seasoning and execution, in my opinion, were expertly executed. The price, as you can see from the menu, was average. I'll definitely return.

27/05/2026: I got a pizza from this self-service restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a VERY BAD experience. The pizza was truly inedible: the dough seemed frozen or old, hard, and flavorless. There was too much mozzarella on top, making everything heavy, and the fries seemed stale and reheated several times. Considering they make pizza, I expected at least some basic quality. Disappointing in every way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

03/07/2026: We wanted a table with a sea view, given the terrace, so we chose the marina at 8:00 PM. They told us the terrace was completely reserved, so we could sit in the internal room overlooking the jet ski, covered by a black tarp. We refused, and then a place for two on the terrace randomly became available. Most of the tables remained empty until 9:30 PM. In the end, we ate frozen lobster, which was cooked well, frozen seafood salad, and... bagged mashed potatoes flavored with lemon and at least fresh parsley (they serve with the octopus). The wine list was disproportionate to the menu. Highly prized wines not supported by the menu.

07/07/2026: We recently stayed at Cirasellaetna in Sant’Alfio for three nights. Laura, with the assistance of Giuseppe, was an amazing host. The food she cooked for us was simply sensational. The accommodation is in a 250 year old stone house which has been lovingly restored over many, many years. The property is located within the Etna National Park and we could even see the lava flow at night from the orchard! It is such a serene place to stay and disconnect from the frenetic pace of everyday life. Thank you Laura for the interesting conversations, delicious food and wonderful memories.

17/05/2026: Calm and beautiful place, great owners, yummy breakfasts , exceptional dinners, good proximity for start of the great hikes to explore mountains ( you'll need to use car 10 min drive up, also to get to the forest outside the populated area) . Place to return. Thanks!

Special thanks to Noemi also and the friendly driver. We hope to order from them soon if we go back to Sicily.

10/01/2026: The pizza was really good, except for the two pubic hairs found inside. I recommend shaving with a Gilet Labs 1UP Silver razor for a perfect shave. Shave like a bomber.

07/04/2026: The staff was very kind and incredibly friendly. We ordered pasta, pizza, and a schnitzel. The schnitzel was the most delicious of all, even though it was missing some vegetables. The coffee was exquisite. We had a great time, thank you.
