16/08/2025: I was there yesterday. First of all, I waited a long time for the food to arrive even though there weren't many people. I had a piadina (raw ham and salad), but the ham was so tough I threw it away. My dad and uncle had a "pizza hamburger," but the meat was tough and there was too much bread. I failed, and I'll never go there again.

23/10/2025: We stayed at the property for 3 nights: a super strategic location for exploring all of Favignana, being in the center of the island, just a few minutes from both the town center with its bars and restaurants and the coves. The studios were very cute and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a private outdoor area with a drying rack, table, and chairs. The room and bathroom were clean. Being located in a small forest, it was very quiet. *NB: They don't provide soap and sponges for the kitchen, but they do provide them for a fee in the lobby; they could be included in the price of the stay; it would be a shame to miss out on such a low price. Breakfast is not available; there are coffee and snack machines. The staff was a bit unhelpful, but the check-in and check-out instructions were clear.

13/10/2025: The property is located in a charming, quiet, and peaceful area, in the middle of a park, right on the seafront. It's an excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 20-minute walk from the port. There's a restaurant on site, as well as bicycle, scooter, and car rentals. The cottages are clean and well-maintained, and equipped with air conditioning.

25/09/2025: A true gem in the lower part of the village, just a few meters from the sea and the pebble beach. The food is a delight for the taste buds; you'll never want to leave the table. All the freshest local fish is served with kindness by the owner Aldo's sons, who are also extremely hospitable and knowledgeable in explaining the dishes. The wine list is varied, featuring Sicilian products to suit all budgets. If you're near the village, stop here for an experience you won't soon forget.

13/09/2025: On the recommendation of a local, we opted for this restaurant... a beautiful, simply furnished room that adds warmth to the atmosphere, and a small outdoor terrace. Friendly and helpful service... Tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, shrimp, and eggplant (very delicate), a good seafood appetizer, and a grilled dish (delicious sea bass), shrimp, swordfish roll, and grilled vegetables... We were very satisfied!

16/06/2025: I have been to this restaurant with some friends of mine and we waited to pay for about half an hour because at that time the owner is busy doing something else even though he was passing in front of us and totally ignoring us. Very good food for goodness sake but the service very poor

10/10/2025: We enjoyed a beautiful dinner at the Gourmet restaurant and cannot say enough good things about it! The staff was incredibly welcoming, warm, kind, and accommodating. We had the pleasure of getting to know Giuseppe and he made sure our experience was unforgettable. The flavor combinations were exceptional and unique with fantastic service and ambiance. 23/10/2025: A lovely traditional Italian restaurant, serving good quality food at sensible prices. If you want a 5* meal at a 5* price, please go elsewhere - Teatro (immediately next to the Theatre!) serves local food to local people and tourists willing to join them. Do so - you will be very pleased you did. The beer and wine is good too

29/06/2025: Trovandoci a passeggiare per Ortigia in cerca di un ristorante tipico e poco frequentato dal turismo di massa, vicino a Porta Marina abbiamo scoperto questo locale in un vicolo carattestico. Siamo stati accolti dalla titolare molto cordiale, gentile ed ospitale. Abbiamo mangiato del pesce veramente fresco e molto saporito. Le cozze scoppiate al limone favolose, insalata di polpo tenero, spaghetti ai frutti di mare, finalmente degni di nome... Assaggiato per la prima volta la frittura con le cozze, stupenda!!! Abbiamo chiuso in dolcezza con un cannolo di ricotta ;) che non guasta mai...le foto non rendono e non si sente il profumo..ci torneremo sicuramente vivamente consigliato 😁

20/06/2025: Absolutamente la mejor experiencia gastronómica que hemos tenido viajando por el sur de Italia y Sicilia. Tuvimos un plato de mejillón simple que era tan bueno que nos llevamos a otros 11 miembros de la gira de vuelta la noche siguiente. Todos coincidieron en que los 16 platos raros estaban todos deliciosos y fue la mejor experiencia que también tuvieron en Italia. El equipo de marido y mujer era simplemente encantador y eficiente, así como el primo que sirvió a la mesa.

15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato .

28/09/2025: -- Disappointing Experience at La Baracca I recently visited La Baracca, and unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant. The menu is extremely lacking in variety: few options, all banal, without any interesting or original offerings. But what made the evening truly unpleasant was the service. The waiters were rude and listless, with unprofessional attitudes and a clear lack of customer service. No smiles, no willingness to clarify questions about the menu, and extremely long waits even to order a glass of water. A place that, in my opinion, doesn't deserve the reputation it seems to have. If you're looking for a place where you feel welcomed and enjoy a delicious meal, I recommend looking elsewhere. ---

26/10/2025: It's located in the center of Palermo, yet in a quiet corner, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist spots. The piazza is very elegant. You can enjoy a good breakfast, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. A place that's also popular with locals.

12/11/2025: We visited a local restaurant in Taormina for lunch, perched on the hillside with beautiful sea views. Unfortunately, the terrace was closed due to a storm that day, but the atmosphere was still relaxed and inviting. The service was attentive, the staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. We kept it simple with just one course and a drink, but the overall experience was definitely enjoyable.

28/10/2025: We found ourselves at this restaurant for lunch during our trip to Sicily. The view was breathtaking and the staff were incredibly friendly. We ate deliciously and enjoyed the view of Isola Bella. I'm giving it five stars because we really enjoyed our stay. We were greeted with great hospitality and kindness, and the food was excellent.

12/10/2025: The best pizza in Catania and its province. Pizza chef Salvo welcomes everyone with a smile, offering a rich menu with many pizzas, appetizers, and delicious side dishes. A family atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. Excellent value for money. I will definitely return and recommend it.

21/11/2025: A highly recommended restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. I had the Stuzzichini misto as a starter and the Tris alla Griglia afterwards – both were excellent.
