Colapisci In Bagheria

I always return without fail: the food was divine, every dish was a wonderful sensory journey, the ingredients were very fresh and the combinations were delicious, the service was professional, kind and welcoming. Highly recommended, always.

I'd promised myself several times I'd eat at Colapisci; I read some reviews, and I must say my expectations were met. We ordered three different dishes, all fish-based, and both the presentation and the taste were more than compensated by the service, which, in my opinion, was a bit slow. The calamari was simply grilled and breaded, but the result was anything but predictable. It was meaty on the palate, so the texture was very good, not at all dry and flavorful. The salmon was soft inside, and the marinade added its own touch. The swordfish rolls, which I often find very predictable, were the highlight. Their seasoning and execution, in my opinion, were expertly executed. The price, as you can see from the menu, was average. I'll definitely return.

A very positive experience! Good food and helpful, friendly staff. The panoramic view is simply spectacular: you can enjoy an incredible perspective of the sea and the Palermo coast. A small suggestion: the Mediterranean platter for two could be enriched with a few more ingredients to make it more complete. We'll definitely be back to try the pizza!

Highly recommended! If you're passing through Aspra, it's a must-visit. Excellent food in every course, impeccable and very friendly service. A delight for the palate, with a sunset view. We'll be back.

It's really, really good, and very affordable. Parking across the street, sea right across the street! We highly recommend it.

We are four friends from Matera and we had dinner here a few nights ago, accompanied by Alessandro and Alessia, dear friends from Palermo. The atmosphere and ambiance are extremely convivial, and as soon as we entered, we were greeted by Antonio's kindness and friendliness. Recommended by him, we enjoyed delicious and generous seafood appetizers, excellent and unique pizzas (one with sardines and one with a sfincione), a mouth-watering pasta alla Norma, and tagliatelle ai Cinque Mari with an indescribable aroma and flavor, all washed down with a crisp, fragrant white wine. Thank you, Antonio! We left the restaurant intoxicated by the flavors of Sicily and delighted by your courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. See you soon, Anna, Uccio, Gina, and Antonello.

We had a wonderful experience at this gluten-free restaurant! The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the pizza was amazing — all completely gluten free. A special thank you to Chef Antonio and the staff for their kindness and attention throughout the evening. I highly recommend everyone to try this place, and I can’t wait to come back!
