22/05/2026: Great food. Loved the tuna trilogy and shrimp pasta. The calamari is not among the best though. It has a nice setting but some tables have quite limited sitting.
20/05/2026: It is a bit unusual that the reception is on the second floor, but overall the service is excellent. It is very pleasant to be served a glass of Presecco as a welcome drink when you are seated. The food is also quite tasty. However, the diffuser scent inside is a bit strong.

After trying it, I highly recommend it for the quality of the dishes.
Here you won't taste the usual fare, but refined, well-composed dishes where the quality is evident on the palate.
We will definitely be back.

25/05/2026: If all of Castelbuono is talking about Fiasconaro, you have to change the subject and stop at Palazzaccio, a completely renovated restaurant with friendly service and quality cuisine made with excellent ingredients! Almost everything is homemade... a relaxing lunch or dinner without going overboard. Typical local cuisine that aims to give you a different experience. They've succeeded! Fairly priced!
17/05/2026: This one deserves all the credit - the welcome, the food, the value for money - all excellent. We came in early for Saturday, the chef himself welcomed us in, we had a tour of the kitchen and in general had a great experience. The tasting appetizer menu of six dishes, the lamb chops and the suckling pig were freshly made and excellent. So was the dessert. The restaurant filled up by 9:30pm, while we came in at 7:30pm. We'll, the Michellin listing is well deserved.

A family-friendly welcome in a highly professional atmosphere.
Traditional dishes prepared by expert hands with excellent ingredients.
Highly recommended for an aperitif while watching a breathtaking sunset or for a top-notch dinner. As the sun sets, you can dine while admiring the moon, and for those with a keen eye, you can even see the planets Jupiter and Venus, shining like two stars.
A charming place, a highly recommended experience.

01/03/2026: A Sunday lunch with friends, nostalgic for Sunday meatballs in tomato sauce and the bruschetta of the day (trust the chef), all topped off with an exquisite limoncello. Highly recommended, and I'll be back to try the "acqua u linzolu" pasta and the grilled octopus.
