23/08/2025: During our trip to Sicily we had a lot of very nice food. This restaurant was or favorite, every dish was a pleasant surprise!

19/08/2025: Food: could be better the open lasagne was missing some salt (even with the added parmigiano, the tomato sauce was a bit blend), otherwise it was very good combination and a nice idea. The swordfish was ok. And the potato and leek piure was a little bit disappointing. It wasn’t bad, but the texture was something else from what we thought it will be. So 3.8-4/5, but I would definitely come back to try some kore visionary food! The service was spotless, thank you very much! Easy 5/5. Atmosphere: well, we had a bunch of people there..smoking and having a pretty loud talk, but this was not the restaurant’s fault, the restaurant looked pretty. 5/5. Thank you!

05/08/2025: The place was really nice and the food was excellent. It's a shame about the service...the two kind and friendly waiters were inadequate to handle the busy restaurant.

19/07/2025: Every mouthful was a delight! Expensive for Sicily but worth every Euro. The mixed appetisers were particularly delicious! We were outside in a side street, not photogenic or pretty but enjoyable.

Chef Angelino has a rare talent: his dishes are balanced, creative, and always impeccable in both flavor and presentation. The maître d', who welcomes you with kindness and a genuine smile, is attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is elegant, with meticulous attention to detail, and a style that combines refinement and Sicilian soul. One of the best restaurants I've tried in Sicily. Highly recommended. Lorenzo

22/07/2025: A place not to be missed! Magnificent decor in a superb stone-vaulted room. The dishes are delicious and the service impeccable. We received a very warm welcome, even with four children! Wide selection of wines, excellent grappa, and probably the best vongole I've ever tasted. The tiramisu was also excellent, as were the seafood appetizers. A truly delightful experience!

07/08/2025: Bad experience and unfriendly team. Rude and unhelpful. there is a pool and beach Beach is windy and too much stone. If you choose beach you have no chance to use pool . Toilets are around 10 minutes walk to beach and lady at concierge is agressive.app at beach to call a waitress is not working Nope I don’t recommend holiday should be like a paradise 🎈

29/08/2025: Being lovers of good food, upon our arrival in Palermo we set out to find a place where we could eat well and possibly one that was most in keeping with the simple traditions and free from concoctions that nowadays abound, especially in areas frequented by tourists. By intuition or by instinct, we decided to try Cambusone, located in Piazza San Andrea and near Corso Vittorio Emanuele. We arrived without a reservation, but Tony (one of the two owners together with Alex) took steps to find us a table since they had everything booked and placed us in a quiet corner since the same table was reserved for 9 pm. The terrace location is nice and quiet, being away from both car and pedestrian traffic, all the staff are welcoming and helpful. Salvo, the boy who handles us for the service, together with Tony and Alex, is very helpful and kind. We decided to try some fish-based dishes and I assure you that they prepare real delicacies with raw materials at the 🔝, the preparation of the dishes offered is very well prepared and presented. The service is 10+. And so we decided not to look for alternatives since a winning team never changes🤣 and during our stay in Palermo Il Cambusone was our reference for our dinners. During the various visits we tried several dishes offered on the menu and never a flaw to complain about as well as the excellent service of all the staff. Our applause to all the Cambusone collaborators and a special thanks to Tony, Alex, Salvo and the kitchen staff. Well done and good luck, we hope to see you again as soon as possible👌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

08/08/2025: A top-quality restaurant, using only local products, from tomatoes and mozzarella for the pizzas to vegetables and oils for the other dishes. Homemade pasta is topped with premium cheeses. All this on a panoramic terrace, where the aromas of mushrooms, truffles, and the grilled meats await. The fried cassatina caps off an excellent dinner, but the cherry on top goes to Ciccio and Giusy, without whom we would have had less fun.

06/08/2025: I had dinner on Tuesday evening, a movie-like location, tranquility, pure air, the smell of the Madonie mountains, impeccable service, food for true connoisseurs, I will return without hesitation.

28/08/2025: A beautiful family-run restaurant in a charming historic town. It’s best to make a reservation. The food was simply excellent! We had a tasting of appetizers, pasta, chicken, and caprese. Everything was very tasty – we’ll be happy to come back!

25/08/2025: I tried to book at this trattoria twice, but it was like playing Russian roulette. The first time, they told me the outside tables were all booked, so they assigned me to the inside. Too bad, if it had been a cold evening, they would have thought it best to move me outside to accommodate someone else inside. Naturally, I refused. I tried again a few weeks later, well in advance: this time, they placed me outside, and even if it were freezing, I had to stay there because "they might also book the inside tables." The result? Courtesy and fairness were nonexistent. A restaurant might serve good food, but if it lacks respect and professionalism, it's just another run-of-the-mill trattoria. Crossed out with no regrets.

23/08/2025: We went to this place for dinner and had a really good time. Everything we ordered was delicious, with generous portions. The woman who served us was very attentive and professional. The price was more than fair. A truly excellent place.

15/08/2025: We went there on August 15th, we had lunch, and in the evening we had pizza, penne with fabulous pork ragù, the meat was tender, the service was homely but very appreciated, I really recommend it

11/08/2025: A very charming hotel in Petralia Sottana! Very warm and friendly! The location is great, as you can drive right up to the hotel door to unload your luggage! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. This hotel, besides being highly recommended, has the great advantage of having a restaurant on the premises. The service is warm and friendly. I recommend it.

11/08/2025: A pizza place or restaurant. It offers a good variety of very good dishes. We tried both the meat and pasta dishes, and the pan-fried pizza was truly excellent! The only downside is the entrance, which is a bit awkward for those with mobility issues or a stroller. To get in, you have to climb some steep stone stairs. For this reason alone, I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5.

03/08/2025: Delicious food in a beautiful location, for a great price. When we placed our order, the server advised us not to overorder. The portions were indeed generous. Live background music from an excellent pianist, and fast and friendly service.
