All the waiters were extremely kind and helpful, and we could even call them via smartphone by scanning the QR code on the table, which was also useful for viewing the menu. It took us longer to order (given the overwhelming choice of so many delicacies) than they did to prepare our dishes. Service was super fast despite the full dining room. From the "gran crudo" (crude fish platter) to the Sirenetta Experience menu, it was a riot of flavors. Super fresh fish like oysters, scampi, tuna sashimi, and mantis shrimp, all expertly seasoned without overpowering the flavors of the food. Our friends also ordered a mixed fried fish dish, which was crispy and dry, not greasy. Our son also enjoyed and appreciated the shrimp cocktail and a portion of fish and vegetable couscous. The desserts were amazing, such as the pistachio parfait accompanied by a delicious and delicate ricotta mousse and strawberry ice cream. The chocolate cake was also good, and finally the Boero was unforgettable, handcrafted, with a delicious cherry and liqueur filling, I could have eaten 10 of them. Highly recommended.
