However, the owner offers you a bruschetta while you wait for your meal, without giving you a choice. He then charges you €2 per person for it! There's no wine list, so you have no idea about the prices.
The owner is far from pleasant.
We do not recommend this establishment.

Personale gentile, disponibile e con molta cura nei confronti del cliente, che dimostrano in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Io sono un'amante della pizza e qui ho mangiato la pizza più buona della mia vita! Alta, biscottata fuori e morbida dentro. Lievitata perfettamente, cosa che si può vedere dalle bolle sul bordo che restano vuote (come il pane). Saporita, ma non salata, gustosa e altamente digeribile, nonostante il lievito mi crei qualche problema, questa pizza non mi ha gonfiata affatto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, già solo lei vale tutto il viaggio!

30/09/2025: Today is Tuesday, and the entrance says "Closed Monday"! There are no other opening hours listed online either. A walk of over a kilometer is in vain!

08/06/2026: An excellent restaurant in the center of Catania, located near the historic Via Plebiscito.
The restaurant offers an excellent variety of dishes, both meat and fish, as well as various first courses, all prepared with quality products and carefully selected ingredients.
One of its strengths is certainly the affordable prices, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the dishes served. The service is also excellent, fast and efficient, without long waits.
A special mention goes to the table service, which is truly excellent. Daniele looked after us throughout the meal with great availability and friendliness, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable.

09/05/2026: Wonderful, authentic, family-style food and service. About a five-minute drive from the outlets and well-worth the stop. We came very close to their closing-time so sadly we didn’t get to try their pasta (I’m sure it would have been incredible!), but they went out of their way to accommodate our one vegetarian and three pork-free diets, and everything hit the spot. Elena was super sweet and friendly, highly recommend this spot for an authentic meal and experience! (Forgot to take pictures of all the items, but here are a few).

23/10/2025: I am speechless. I never ate such a sad potatoe in my whole life before. The rest wasn't better. The most joke was that they aren't using capers from the island, which is also called the caper island. Instead they use capers from the jar with vinegar. What...?
