28/07/2025: In vacanza a San Vito lo Capo ed in cerca di specialità siciliane mi sono imbattuto in questo angolo paradisiaco di sapori. Calzone fritto al ragù sensazionale ed indimenticabile. Arancine spettacolari, il tutto accompagnato dalla cortesia.

27/07/2025: c'è tanto tanto di meglio in giro, i cannoli sia nella ricotta che nel guscio o crista, sono identici a tutti gli altri della cittadina e nn dovrebbe essere così visto il nome, o cmq nn se ne riesce a distinguere il sapore.

09/08/2025: Fantastic location, delicious fish, and even the pizza was a surprise. Prices are moderately high, but that's fair enough. Friendly and welcoming staff. Free parking a few steps away.

15/06/2025: We were passing through and only stopped in for a quick bite. The service was very friendly, and communication worked well even without any language skills. The food at the counter looked fresh, but we weren't hungry yet, so we had a drink.

29/08/2025: The waiter and his service were correct, although he always tried to tailor the order to his liking, not ours. We ordered a mixed fried food, which only had three items: squid, baby squid, some calamari similar to squid, and two prawns (just in case we overindulged), and they weren't hot like they were freshly fried. We also ordered swordfish, which was acceptable, and a caponatta, which is more like an eggplant salad with tomato sauce and other ingredients. It was the tastiest thing we had. The price was reasonable, but I've eaten in much better places for the same thing.

19/07/2025: Very polite and friendly staff The place is well-maintained, but it's a shame it's small. The food is definitely a weak point. Most of the products are frozen, and paying €20 for a frozen burger isn't worth it.

19/07/2025: I had a vaguely positive memory of this place, but after trying it again, I have to completely change my mind. I didn't have a great experience at all. Let's start with the only positive thing that, more or less, gives the place a hint of friendliness and hospitality: the atmosphere is nice, with typical Potterian decor. Leaving aside the flashy "decor" of the place, let's get to the serious stuff: the food: it's just not up to par. First of all, we waited forever before we could order: the confusion is fine, but was there anyone else in the dining room to lend a hand? Absolutely not. We ordered three sandwiches and a mixed fried food, the latter nothing to complain about, but the sandwiches were everything that could possibly be wrong with that kitchen. The Harry sandwich: the bread was okay, but the burger was sour, with a strange taste on the palate. If you're going to cook stale meat, be smart enough to season it a little better, instead of leaving it that way. The other Draco sandwich was the same: tasteless meat, truly bland and flavorless sauces, and everything tasted like it was a few days old. The Sirius sandwich was the most shocking: boiled chicken breast, full of fat and INEDIBLE. Chicken breasts shouldn't be served with all the fat and skin still attached, but should be thoroughly cleaned and cooked properly. We paid 70 euros for an Indian fast food meal.

16/08/2025: What a gem! Amazing seafood. The anti pasta alone included 11 different dishes. The meal includes both vino rosso and vino bianco wine. So much food was enjoyed by all. Impeccably clean with outstanding service. Will be eating here again for sure! Grazie mille!

14/08/2025: The atmosphere is nice, but the service is pretty poor. We ordered at 9:45 PM, and the appetizer arrived at 10:10 PM. I ordered a pizza, but I decided to wait because it hadn't arrived at 11 PM.

05/08/2025: The Sicilia di Vendicari farmhouse is nestled in the Vendicari oasis. In the morning, you wake to the scent of lemons, olive trees, and fig trees, and the wind caresses you in this land full of colors and scents, thanks above all to the loving care of the owners, Antonietta, Angelo, and their mother, Maria. The villas are simple but clean and spacious. We also ate wonderfully at their restaurant, also located within the oasis. You can experience the true Sicily with authentic Sicilian dishes cooked by Maria and many desserts prepared by her daughter, Antonietta. The oasis is strategically located near Sicily's most beautiful beaches and the coolest spots. You can only get around by car, preferably a jeep. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: Very nice restaraunt the food was amazing. We unfortunately didn't order any drinks but the looked amazing. We got the chickpea frites which were amazing. Crunchy and light. The the tomahawk steak to share which was massive and cooked to perfection. The waiter's were lovely except for bald gentlemen who comae across as a little rude and dismissive. But the atomsphere was nice and the decor was lovely.

23/08/2025: Il Sale Art Café has a unique and welcoming atmosphere, with stylish décor and a lively location in the heart of Catania. The cocktails are creative and well presented, but the food was inconsistent—some dishes were enjoyable while others felt less refined and below expectations. Service was friendly, though a bit slow during busy times. Overall, a pleasant spot for a night out, but with room for improvement on the food side.

15/07/2025: The first time we went, we were charged 2 euros per person for a seat at the checkout, which confused me. I'm sharing this here in the hope it helps others, as I also found this restaurant through Google maps.

18/08/2025: A nice place with a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful view. The only drawback is that you can't get there by car; you have to climb a few steps, which isn't easy for older people. Tasty food.

19/06/2025: A typical Italian trattoria. Truly delicious, simple dishes. The meat and pasta were as delicious as Grandma's. The portions are very generous, and all for a reasonable price.

17/06/2025: We had lunch here on our way to Palermo (from Catania). It is little restaurant right outside the highway. The food was excellent - grilled meat with salada and a pasta with ragu. They were fast, nice and it was really cheap (12 euros per person).

20/08/2025: We went to Lido Lime in Santa Teresa di Riva for an evening event. The setting is nice, overlooking the beach, but it's still a beach club, so expectations can't be too high. Let's start with the location: the wooden slatted floor wasn't a particularly good choice. It wasn't perfectly assembled, and the gaps between the planks were so wide that they were dangerous for those wearing heels; someone actually tripped and nearly fell to the floor. The service, however, deserves praise: the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, a real plus (8/10). As for the food, unfortunately, nothing memorable: bland appetizers, average pizza, and rather mediocre first courses. The music didn't help either: the system often seemed to distort, resulting in a more annoying than pleasant result. Overall, the experience wasn't disastrous, but it wasn't particularly positive either. A 6/10 seems like the most fair rating.

18/08/2025: This morning I'm going from Catania to go to this beach. I should start by calling on Saturday afternoon to book three spots. The lady makes a reservation for us and says we're in the third row. We arrive at the beach and give the name on the reservation, but there's no reservation with this surname. The lady at the entrance calls the owner to find out the reason for this reservation. She tells us to go down and tell the lifeguard about spot numbers 51, 52, and 53. We realize that the spot is different from what she told us on the phone. We were in the sixth row. We ask the lifeguard about the reason for this spot and he didn't know anything. Annoyed by everything, we decided to go somewhere else. The lifeguard's response was, "You won't find anything anywhere else." Dear lifeguard, we've found better. I'll never set foot in this beach again. Zero welcome. As the owner, I would have solved the problem so as not to lose three spots, but that wasn't done.

14/04/2025: We booked by phone at the last minute, but already by phone you understand the care and attention towards the customer. I saw really interesting and well prepared dishes being served. I ate an appetizer of artichokes and roasted mushrooms which were cooked and very tasty. A 1kg steak cooked to perfection and a simple but truly tasty orange salad that complemented the tasty meat, all accompanied by a bottle of wine from the Donnafugata cellars. Excellent experience

02/05/2025: Servizio cinque stelle. Piatti tradizionali, gustosi e abbondanti. In pieno centro storico. Una bella passeggiata ad Acireale, può essere completata da un pranzo o una cena in questa trattoria a conduzione familiare.
