Pizzeria Blume In Siracusa

We picked up two pizzas and they were really delicious. I had quite a few special requests for the toppings and they didn't make a fuss about it at all, which was very nice!

When you taste their pizza, you understand why the locals line up and wait for the best :-)

Delicious food at moderate prices and super friendly service. The ambiance is rather simple, but everything else more than makes up for it.

We were here during the off-season, so there was no outdoor seating. Inside, it was very basic, with tables covered in black tablecloths—not a very pleasant atmosphere. This didn't bother us, as we were only getting takeout pizza anyway. BUT the pizza was excellent! The pizza maker/owner was very friendly! Everyone spoke good English! The waiter who took our order was friendly. Highly recommended!

Don't miss this fabulous little spot to enjoy the best pizzas in the area and the chef's incredible pizzoli—he's absolutely lovely and passionate! We had a wonderful family evening.

Pizza dough was great and the food was as authentic as you would expect from Italian pizzerias. The owner was super friendly, and our daughter was offered to see how the pizzas were made and baked.
