05/10/2025: We can't thank Torre Palazzelle enough for making our wedding unforgettable. The event was held outdoors, and despite the wind, Serena, Massimo, and their entire fantastic staff were responsive, attentive, and always ready to make us feel at ease. We ate divinely, and every dish was delicious, meticulously crafted, and served with great professionalism. Thanks to them all, our celebration was perfect, full of joy and worry-free.

12/03/2026: We had a pleasant and peaceful stay, just as we'd hoped. The interior design was modern, and the room was clean with its own terrace, although admittedly not well-maintained, even considering it was winter. We appreciated the kindness of the bar/breakfast staff and the great affability and professionalism of the receptionist Giuseppe, whom we thank again warmly. The only negative aspect of our experience here was the spa staff: even though we had booked, there was no one at the desk, and we were confused about what to do for a quarter of an hour. Then a brunette girl showed up, didn't return my greeting, and immediately dismissed me, saying she was busy. When we finally entered, another girl explained the spa so quickly and in such an annoyed manner that none of the couples there understood anything. In short, I would return to the hotel, but the spa service was honestly a no-no.

01/01/2026: I do not recommend this bar. While we were there, my friend’s wallet went missing, and the owner stated that the security cameras had been turned off. He allowed us to look behind the bar, but the wallet was not there. About 25–30 minutes later, after continued discussion, the owner called one of the servers who claimed he had found the wallet on the floor earlier and placed it behind the bar. Immediately after that phone call, the wallet suddenly appeared in the exact area we had already searched thoroughly. The owner was rude and dismissive throughout the situation. What could have been an otherwise decent experience was completely ruined by the way this was handled. I strongly recommend avoiding this bar.

24/02/2026: If we could give it a 0, it would be the fairest rating!!! I was having lunch in Modica for work with a colleague. We trusted them because there were two police vans parked outside the restaurant. The place was nice at first glance, but it was a shame about everything else. The waitress couldn't even understand what she was saying, and when she came to the table, there was a bad smell of sweat. Considering it's only February, I can't imagine how the waitress would behave in August. That said, we ordered an appetizer and two first courses. The frozen shrimp appetizer was the only thing missing, but the rest was insufficient. We waited for the first courses and hoped for a miracle, but that wasn't the case. I've never eaten such tasteless pasta; the fish flavor was nonexistent, and it even lacked salt. After this miserable lunch, we paid a whopping €59 for two. The owner didn't even bother to ask what was wrong, but instead just gave us the bill. After paying, my colleague told her confidentially that the pasta was inedible, and she could only say that she couldn't do anything about it, in an annoyed tone. I don't think more can be said than that. I hope for the lady's sake that the chef, if he has one, takes a cooking class, uses fresh fish since we're close to the sea, and takes a hospitality course since she works in the restaurant industry!

08/03/2026: Nice place, but the quality/price ratio was absolutely absurd for what we ate. The €3 cover charge and €3 per bottle of purified tap water were already a bit of a turnoff, but it's okay. The prices are clearly written on the menu, and as soon as we saw them, we wondered for a moment whether we were in Milazzo, in front of the ferry docks, or in Portofino. Prices were definitely above average. But that's okay, if the product, quality, and quantity are satisfactory, no problem; we decided to give it a try. We ordered four calamaratas (€22 per dish), a spaghetti dish with clams (€25), and a pasta dish with tomato sauce and burrata (€18), two bottles of water (€6), a bottle of wine (€25), a cover charge of €3 per person, and we had to ask for the bread ourselves. Calamarata: a giant dish, but only 80 grams of pasta inside. Each dish literally had 3-4 shelled mussels, 3-4 shelled clams, and 2 pieces of squid. Furthermore, the mussels and clams were definitely not freshly cooked because they had the consistency of pre-cooked food. Taste? Absolutely average. 22 euros for a dish like that is absolutely outrageous, really! 10-15 euros is more than fair for the quality and quantity. Spaghetti with clams: arrived later than the other dishes. And if you want to position yourself in a high price range, you can't make an 8-year-old wait while watching others eat. But that's okay, that's not the problem; they apologized, and that happens. The dish: for the first time in my life, I saw spaghetti with clams without shells, but only with shelled clams. So the question is: were they fresh and did the chef bother to shell them one by one, or was it something from a can/frozen? Because if we order 7 spaghetti with clams, I'd like to see where he finds the time to shell them one by one while other orders arrive from other tables. The question remains, of course, but 25 euros is way too much for a dish like that. Maniche with tomato sauce and burrata... 18 euros. The kid liked them, but it was 7 sleeves of pasta 🤦‍♂️ We all had bread with the pasta to fill up a bit. Final result for 5 adults and 2 children: 7 first courses, 2 bottles of water, a bottle of wine for 25 euros: 200 euros to leave the table hungry. Given the quality of the first courses, we decided not to continue at this restaurant, but to finish lunch with granita and brioche at the restaurant next door. Around €30 per person. For the same quality...I repeat...for the same quality of food we were served, in almost all of Sicily, for this price, you'd eat at least double. Because if the quality had been worth it, we definitely would have ordered a second course, despite the above-average prices. In conclusion, I don't feel comfortable recommending this place for its quality/quantity/price ratio.

The staff is kind and courteous, the dishes are generous and delicious, with fresh pasta made by them, and oven-roasted lamb cooked to perfection!!! You can find classic pizzas as well as more elaborate ones, among which the Porchetta, the Sapori del Sud and, last but not least, my favorite, the Sapori di Bronte.... What more can I say.... go and visit them, you will be pleasantly surprised and shocked by the skill of all the staff who put passion, love and all their professionalism into it....!!!
