20/03/2025: Locale storico,a differenza del nome sono specializzati in piatti a base di pesce ,in cui devo dire ho riscontrato tanta qualità della materia prima e ottima scelta.Locale accogliente meglio prenotare prima.Prezzi nella media.Consiglio vivamente la loro tipica zuppa di pesce che ho avuto modo di assaggiare e devo riconoscere buonissima oltre che abbondante.

05/01/2025: Excellent experience. Food and dishes of the highest level, kindness, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. More than recommended. It's not strictly cheap, but the game is worth the candle...

17/04/2025: I chose a Carcxofa, composed of: mozzarella fior di latte, artichoke cream, artichokes and smoked salmon. The flavors of the various ingredients were well perceived, while maintaining an overall delicate taste. I particularly liked the artichoke cream. I also appreciated the dough, which was not too leavened but not too thin either. In conclusion, the combination of products on a pizza that I already appreciate very much individually was a nice discovery. I will definitely return here to try the other tasty pizzas, with inviting combinations!

15/04/2025: This place really disappointed me. It was the worst carbonara in my life. Fat, omelette with spaghetti, burnt fat. Pasta with pistachio was better, but also was with fat instead of pancetta. The service is very slow. The staff does not try to be pleasant. Never thought I could try this bad pasta in Italy.

29/03/2025: Cosa poter eccepire riguardo ad una istituzione trapanese che da decenni sforna un prodotto dalla cifra stilistica ineguagliabile? Offerta solo a base di pizza nell’inconfondibile versione con impasto soffice e condimento strabordante che dà il meglio di sé nella ormai iconica “rianata” trapanese. E i prezzi sono giustamente modici. Servizio gentile.

16/03/2025: Premesso che il cibo e la location sono mediocri e non della qualità che viene tanto decantata sui social, premesso che anche l’accoglienza e la gentilezza lasciano molto molto a desiderare, l’esperienza ha iniziato a rivelarsi inaccettabile quando non ci hanno permesso di ordinare dei piatti singoli per i bambini ma ci hanno costretto ad ordinare l’intero menù bimbi anche se i bambini non gradivano la pasta che quindi è stata sprecata. Inoltre avevamo portato,chiedendo il loro permesso, una torta per festeggiare il compleanno di uno di noi, con tanto di scritta personalizzata dí auguri e candeline, e loro, a fine pasto, ce l’hanno servita immediatamente a fettine senza nemmeno permetterci di fare una foto al festeggiato con la torta intera o di fargli spegnere una candelina. Mai visto un livello tale di incompetenza, farebbero bene ad investire dí più sulla qualità e sul servizio piuttosto che ingannare le persone con una montata pubblicità sui social, senza tik tok questo posto rimarrebbe vuoto!

02/03/2025: Oggi il nostro 1°pranzo a la Sogliola Esperienza ottima in tutto : Cibo abbondante,qualità, servizio, personale molto attento ed efficiente per non parlare del titolare che addirittura non trovandosi frutta di stagione ha fatto si che non mancasse al nostro tavolo Complimenti lo consiglio a 360° Ritorneremo 😘

29/03/2024: Sono stata in questo ristorante diverse volte, e per me era il top! Purtroppo l'ultima volta sono rimasta delusa. Ho preso una grigliata di pesce, arrivata dopo quasi un'ora d'attesa e assolutamente mediocre. Pesce spada colloso, totano crudo...insomma, non ci siamo proprio. Peccato veramente

06/11/2024: Este fue un verdadero hallazgo (gracias Tripadvisor). Está escondido en una escalera de callejón muy estrecha, frente a la tienda Louis Vuitton - es tan estrecho que te lo perderías si no lo estuvieras buscando. Pero no parecen necesitar un miembro del personal que atraiga a la gente a diferencia de muchos de los otros restaurantes de la ciudad. El personal era muy amable y la comida en el restaurante de la azotea era excelente. Recomendado.

20/10/2024: Nos recomendaron este restaurante por nuestro hotel. Me alegro de haber venido. Es de gestión familiar, y por un callejón muy estrecho de la calle comercial principal. Definitivamente es un restaurante boca a boca. ¡Si lo sabes, lo sabes! Está arriba y hay algunos asientos afuera. Aunque nos sentamos dentro, ya que hacía bastante viento. El personal era encantador y explicó todas las especiales. La comida era irreal. Estábamos tan llenos, pero compartimos un pistacho tiramisú. Estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho. ¡Uno de los mejores postres que he comido! Si estás visitando Taormina, caza este lugar. Realmente no te arrepentirás.

02/02/2025: I should start by saying that if I could I wouldn't even give one star... when we arrive at the restaurant they make us sit down and it takes about half an hour to take the order but so far nothing to say, we order two pizzas and after some time I ask how good they were , I am told that they were arriving, more time passes and I ask another waitress and I am told "5 minutes and they will arrive, tonight is pizzeria evening" an absurd excuse because if you are aware of not being able to serve all the tables you cannot take a seat other people who arrived after us served pizzas first. Furthermore, apparently they provided home delivery service because a gentleman arrived and picked up a few pizzas and took them away, all this while I was waiting for my two pizzas. In the end the waiting time was almost 1 hour and a half after having asked several times, the two pizzas arrived, one of these completely burnt in the center and on the edges, inedible. Ultimately it also seemed good, to say that realizing the waiting time and the burnt pizza it was taken off our bill. I don't usually write reviews but in order to make money you have to understand if you are willing to satisfy all customers... too bad I won't go back again.
