09/06/2026: Professionalism, sublime food, and an incredible party! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There aren't enough words to thank Costa Corsara for the masterpiece they created for our wedding. Organizing an event like this requires synergy, and they proved to be a perfect machine, driven by a genuine passion that was evident in every detail. The banquet was a triumph of flavors: dishes prepared with attention to the smallest details, excellent ingredients, and impeccable time management allowed everyone to enjoy the day without a shred of heaviness. We still receive compliments from friends and family raving about the quality of the food. But the real gem that really elevated our party was the Nectar Bar. It was literally packed! The quality of the mixology, the elegance of the presentation, and the skill of the staff behind the bar won over everyone, from the youngest to the oldest. Amazing cocktails, dynamic service, and incredible energy that kept the atmosphere lively and festive until the last minute. Thank you so much to the entire Costa Corsara team. 06/06/2026: It was a wonderful experience: excellent food, very fresh fish, perfectly cooked and served, and all at reasonable prices. A very pleasant evening with live music. We recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing experience.

30/04/2026: Excellent rooms, new, modern, large, clean and modern bathrooms, located on top of the mountain, nothing nearby, but the hotel is in the middle of nature, parking included, and very polite staff… The road is very narrow and has many curves, be careful! The view from the road is of Mount Etna the whole trip, very beautiful.

02/06/2026: A less than engaging experience. We arrived when there were still only a few tables occupied and ordered an appetizer of fries and pizzas. After a long while, when the room was already full, and still waiting a long time for fries, pizzas were being delivered left and right to tables occupied by customers who had arrived after us. After asking the staff for clarification, we honestly realized that the order had been lost. Some people enjoyed the pizzas, but others, including me, didn't. Perhaps the choice of pizza type influenced the final rating. The price was excellent, but we would have appreciated a discount or a free apology for the mistake.

04/05/2026: If you’re anywhere near Cianciana you should stop by and eat something here. The owner, Vito, gave us the best service ever in Italy! He personally cooked everything, (over 10 dishes!) and had the most patience trying to understand us. He cut the ingredients right off the garden in front of us!! We had a memorable experience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

29/04/2026: We were in the Barcelona area and, after consulting the internet, we went to Enotria for lunch. The atmosphere was cozy, with just a few tables and simple, elegant decor. Quality food expertly prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, and we had no complaints.

27/04/2026: Well, well, well. Small but welcoming, we arrived around 2 pm and waited a few minutes for our table to be set up. The place combines rustic and elegant corners, with pleasant background music allowing you to chat and listen. The appetizers were excellent, very good: two Sicilian dishes and a caponata. Both the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, and the hot dishes were also very pleasant. Special mention goes to the caponata, a masterpiece of balance, flavor, and sweet and sour notes. A 10, a must, completely different from its Palermo cousin. The Messina-style roulade is exactly what you'd expect: soft, tender, flavorful, yet delicate, a real treat; it pairs excellently with a simple, fresh, and crunchy salad with lemon, which cuts through the breading nicely. The sliced ​​beef steak is excellent, classic yet flavorful; a pinch of coarse salt, especially on the potatoes, would make it more enjoyable. Rigatoni with sun-dried tomato and almond pesto is delicious, a lovely soft and crunchy contrast. Perhaps a little sweetness and freshness would be needed to balance the intense flavor of the sun-dried tomatoes. The spaccarelle with fennel, anchovies, and breadcrumbs is a spectacle, absolutely delicious, a must-try. A 9. The service is friendly and attentive, and the timing is right. The prices are reasonable for some dishes, a little expensive for others. It's an osteria, but the menu offers something a little more refined.

It's a shame, because the quality-price ratio and the transparency of some items on the bill could be improved.
