03/08/2026: I've been waiting a long time for a fillet like this with such a pepper sauce! It was delicious! The appetizers were mediocre, but the main course was definitely worth it. / Friendly staff / Restaurant is on the street and therefore a bit noisy.

The dishes are simple yet meticulously crafted: they have the delicious flavor of things prepared with love and passion. From the selection of ingredients to the final plating, everything is meticulously crafted. The staff is also incredibly kind: they welcome you and make you feel right at home!
04/08/2026: I actually expected a classic Sicilian pizza, much more cheese-filled. Unfortunately, neither mine nor the other diners' were cheese-filled.

13/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery in Messina! We dined here last night and were impressed by the attention to every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the impeccable service made the evening truly special.
The quality of the ingredients is excellent. We particularly appreciated the creative plating, such as the cuttlefish garnished with a sprig of fresh fennel, a touch that demonstrates great attention to presentation. Each course was a small work of art. We will definitely return to try other dishes.
24/06/2026: They have a locals lunch menu they did not tell us about, instead we were given the usual menu, which i explained we are new comers to the area but they did not seem to care.
In the end we spent almost a 100 euros, and left hungry. Fine for a date with dinner but we came for a quick lunch and would have preferred the menu, but no offer of the menu. Disappointing and we left disappointed and eat again a couple of hours after.
Otherwise service is good, food is oki prices are very high.

06/07/2026: We had the Trapanese pizza, which was truly excellent! We wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like garlic, as it has a very strong flavor.
For dessert, we recommend the artisanal mulberry granita, made with their own fruit, and the cassatella: both truly delicious.
A strong point is definitely the service: courteous, polite, and attentive, a quality that is increasingly difficult to find these days.

The pizza was average, while the tiramisu was definitely the highlight — delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, and the service was generally good. One waiter seemed a bit unfriendly, but the other was very welcoming, attentive, and made the experience much better.

We went to the beach in the afternoon, and this restaurant caught our eye. We ended up coming for dinner that evening, and it was a wonderful discovery.
First, it's beautiful.
Second, it's inexpensive.
Third, it's excellent.
Fourth, the service is top-notch, attentive as they say.
Fifth, a little cat courted us, and it was so cute!

22/07/2026: We arrived at the restaurant around 6 p.m., ordered two portions of pasta, and what we got was something different from the picture, the quantity was more for tasting, the waiter forgot about the coffee, we waited longer for our order than the people who came after us and also ordered pasta. Furthermore, when I was passing by later at night, I noticed that the portion and appearance of the pasta matched the photos. For a pompous waiter and two portions of pasta different from the ones for customers from later in the day, 35 euros is too much, a big minus and a warning against double standards.

26/04/2026: We chose to dine here during an overnight stay in the area, and it couldn't have been a better choice. It's a small, very well-kept restaurant, with extremely helpful staff, including the waitress who was very friendly and engaging. The selection of local wines is truly interesting, with the owner guiding you through the selection based on your dishes. We tried the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all truly excellent, made with local ingredients. Fair prices.

Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else.

21/07/2026: Discovered by chance while walking, the restaurant immediately strikes you with its originality. The location is a bit quirky but welcoming. The food reminds you of traditional flavors and Sundays spent at your grandparents' house. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. You feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly. Excellent value.

Grandma's dishes are prepared with love, with a focus on passing down ancient techniques and gestures to the younger generation. We spent a wonderful evening, pleasantly entertained by the owners. I recommend anyone passing through Roccalumera to stop by and sample these ancient and delicious flavors.
