23/03/2025: A cozy and well-kept environment, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The pizza is really very good: I chose the fried pizza, which I highly recommend. It is first fried and then baked, which is why the size is smaller, but the dough is excellent - soft inside and slightly crunchy outside. The ingredients are genuine and well selected, you can feel the quality from the first bite. A place to definitely return to, ideal for those who love pizza made with passion and attention to detail.

13/03/2025: Very good restaurant booked via the Fork, impeccable service, I had the parmiggiana and then pistachio pasta, everything was delicious (especially the pasta), the White wine by the glass was also very good! I highly recommend for the welcome and the quality of the food as well as a fair price.

23/09/2024: Well-kept early seventies venue, large outdoor spaces with a beautiful view of the sea, very helpful and courteous staff. Fish-based menu with few but excellent dishes (I had never eaten tuna like this). The chef's appetizer was excellent (pity that the peppered mussels that had been presented to me verbally were missing, the description is missing on the menu), the first courses and the second courses. The presentation is very careful. The only note is that the prices are a little above average.

18/09/2024: Sono stato due notti a settembre; la scelta è dettata soprattutto perchè dalle foto vedo che è sul mare. La struttura anche se non molto grande ha tutto l'occorrente per passare qualche giorno di relax, è accogliente ed ordinata. La proprietà ed il personale giovanile, tutti molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Camere ben pulite, un bagno probabilmente ristrutturato da poco, veramente bello, molto meglio di altre strutture più blasonate o 4 stelle. Abbiamo cenato per due sere, nonostante il menù fosse "imposto" per via di un ticket regalo, ciò che ci hanno offerto era di ottima qualità, ben preparato e molto buono; complimenti! Se non becchi il mare mosso e soprattutto vento, com'è successo a me, il posto si rivela molto rilassante e le giornate vanno via spensierate, viceversa trovare qualcosa da fare diventa difficile, Menfi non offre molto, idem Portopalo, un pò più interessante Sciacca, ma una volta fatto un giro, non è che si può stare tt il giorno a fare tappe nei bar per far passare il tempo. Unica nota stonata a mio avviso, è far pagare ombrellone e sdraio a chi pernotta, che ritengo diverso da chi vuole trascorrere una singola giornata in mare e giustamente paga per il servizio; tanto più che (pur non essendo colpa del gestore) causa tempo non bello, ho utilizzato il servizio per circa 2/3 ore... In conclusione posto consigliato per pochi giorni.

25/09/2024: Esposa y yo hemos visitado La Caravella muchas veces a lo largo de los años, Dominic y su equipo siempre nos han cuidado mucho y nos trataron como familia. Durante esta visita pasamos cuatro días disfrutando del paisaje y almuerzos tranquilos. Las tumbonas de playa están muy bien espaciadas y tiene una sombrilla bien anclada para proporcionar sombra si se desea. Su equipo nos recogería en nuestro hotel Taormina y nos transportaría a la playa donde nos recibirían y nos mostrarían nuestros lugares para el día. Camine unos pasos hacia atrás hasta el restaurante cubierto donde el menú es bastante grande y variado, a un precio razonable y la comida siempre deliciosa. El servicio es siempre amable, eficiente y atento. Al final del día el transporte de Dominic nos lleva de vuelta a nuestro hotel. Gracias a Dominic y a todo el equipo por otra maravillosa visita de varios días!

13/09/2024: Gran experiencia en la playa. La Caracalla nos recogió con su lanzadera y nos llevó al club de playa. Incluido en nuestro precio era el servicio de transporte, 2 sillas y una sombrilla. La playa estaba limpia y el mar claro. Tuvimos un almuerzo fabuloso en el restaurante y el propietario nos organizó un viaje en barco por la zona. Muy recomendable.

22/09/2024: Place with panoramic terrace overlooking the port, excellent service (the young waiter is an added value for his empathy and professionalism). I had a fish carbonara (excellent) and a decomposed cannoli (super). Maybe just the price of the high glass of wine....anyway, absolutely recommended!

21/03/2025: Magical Harry Potter themed place, with a room designed down to the smallest details. The staff is friendly and wears themed clothes. Reservations are exclusively via WhatsApp and on Saturday evenings there are several shifts to choose from. The sandwiches are tasty and the portions are generous. The prices are high, but they are in line with the location.

20/03/2025: Nice place for Harry Potter lovers, we were disappointed by the food, the first sandwich arrived after an hour, the others after 30 minutes... they even forgot one. Beware of allergies and gluten-free

05/04/2025: Although 7:00 p.m. is stated as the opening time (web+entrance door), the service only started at 7:30 p.m. The waiter was very friendly and the boss directed me to the homepage when I asked for the wine list. However, nothing was deposited there. The food was very creamy and fat-heavy, tasty and generous portions. The restaurant is tastefully and casually furnished; Unfortunately it was quite cold near the fireplace, so we kept our jackets on. The price level seems reasonable to me.
