26/06/2024: We happened upon an evening where the owner had to be the cook and waiter. What must I say, it was excellent, from the starter, to the first course, to the dessert and the wine. The owner loves his work and it shows. Unfortunately we leave tomorrow, sorry we won't be able to go again.

26/07/2024: Excellent lunch. Quiet place, generous portions and genuine food with local dishes. Particular credit goes to the ricotta ravioli and the very, very good meat second courses. (Meat also seasoned with a fine and tasty olive oil produced in the Buccheri area). The girl who served us was really kind. Positive experience.

07/07/2024: Qualunque cosa ordini ha il sapore della genuinità e della cordialità che sono di casa in questo posto... Pizza sublime ma anche i primi piatti a prezzi che non trovi più da nessuna parte... Un grazie alla proprietaria sempre calorosa nella sua accoglienza... Mangi tanto e bene e spendi davvero poco per cibo di qualità!! Le tagliatelle panna, funghi e prosciutto restano il top del menù!!!

30/06/2024: Pranzo domenicale di famiglia per 5 persone. Ordiniamo 3 antipasti: 2 fritture miste e 1 insalata di mare, 3 primi e due bevande. Tra i 3 antipasti e i primi passano abbondantemente un'ora, con pochissimi tavoli. Richiamando i camerieri a stento chiedono scusa per i ritardi. Resoconto totale di tutto 180euro. Senza nemmeno farci uno sconto per lo scarso servizio. Cibo nella media da 6. Sono sicura che in un altro locale la stessa qualità di cibo l'avrei pagata meno. Un primo da 30 euro mi aspetto che ho un servizio eccellente. Per me sconsigliatissimo. Fatti la nomina e vai avanti. C'è sicuramente di meglio. Sorpattutto per il servizio

23/07/2024: Great food & great service! We had the all-you-can-eat option. At the beginning it took us a little bit to figure out how it is supposed to work with the selection sheet, but the waitress was awesome and explained everything. The food was great and it was a unique opportunity to try a lot of different Sicilian specialties almost in a ‘tapas’-way. I would highly recommend it! We had no lines and only locals around us.

20/07/2024: Excellent experience, we chose the All you can eat formula we ate well and in abundance, Sicilian cuisine and some specialties of the chef, the staff is prepared, professional, kind, the restaurant manager Anna was able to give us the best advice, we hope to be able to return soon to taste your cuisine.

29/07/2024: Passing through the beautiful town of Petralia "a Suttana" (see the film Nuovomondo), having read the excellent reviews of the Bracco pastry shop, we thought it best to do a tasting... Delicious miniature pastries and excellent pastry! The owner is very kind and welcoming... 5 stars deserved!

19/08/2024: All very good. I had a very good time. I took the sardines as an appetizer and the swordfish rolls. Both can be available Gluten free on request depending on the moment, but there are various choices available with certainty on already Gluten free menus (starters, first courses, second courses, desserts, pizzas and all the side dishes!) Very kind staff. Advise. We spent just under 60 euros for 2, having taken a total of a first course, a second course, an appetizer and water.

08/07/2024: I had an incredible evening at Coria. I did the Magma tasting menu and it was just excellent. The dessert was swapped out (with my consent) for the Chef’s new peach dessert and I must say, she did an incredible job. I highly recommend Coria.

25/06/2024: I ate in a sublime way... my journey began with a succession of citrus notes combined with very fresh fish and balanced aromas, a poem passing from one bite to the next. It was like leafing through a book that told a story of Sicily... incredible to end with delicate and enveloping desserts. All told with wisdom and served with care. Amazing experience

31/07/2024: The food is delicious, best carbonara we had in Sicily. We also tried the calamari skewers, a great traditional dish that was cooked to perfection.

29/07/2024: Ms. Gianna's simple and authentic cuisine is a must-try! Caponata and pappardelle with sardines and fennel are delights for the palate! Excellent value for money.
