28/12/2024: 110 cum laude restaurant. It will be the fifth time I've come, the first in winter, and I know I'll always go without fail. Very nice place, well furnished and with a nice open kitchen, which I find really tasteful. Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Excellent food. Starting from the bread basket, with an excellent focaccia and a delicious crunchy crust with seeds and cereals. I only take the 5-course tasting menu, a gastronomic journey (always different or in any case revised) of the highest level. This time they served us a delicious savory cappuccino with potato and wasabi foam, spirulina powder and raw prawn at the bottom, served with a homemade cereal croissant. Then a roasted octopus tentacle cooked to perfection with pumpkin cream and basil sauce and cocoa nibs (brilliant idea because the bitterness of the cocoa gave the dish an indescribable strength). The first was cacio e pepe with homemade rigatoni (and you could taste the difference) with seared prawn, super. For second, a very soft slice of red snapper with seared skin (I suspect it has been caramelised, an aspect which I still appreciated) with a full-bodied wakame seaweed and a chickpea cream. Since there were two of us, the desserts were different. The first is a mix of a gianduja pudding with salted caramel, vanilla ice cream and mint, the second is a sweet pastry (like chiacchiere) with sweet ricotta, strawberries and candied orange. Super recommended!

13/04/2025: Ce restaurant, qui ne paye pas de mine de l’extérieur, est un petit bijou à l’écart des restaurants attrape-touristes de Taormine. Nous nous y sommes arrêtées un soir car notre Airbnb était à côté, et quelle ne fut pas notre surprise ! Un menu à 20€ avec un plat d’antipasti très copieux (et très bon) + un plat de pâtes à la norma excellent ou une bonne assiette de viandes. Les plats à la carte sont aussi très bons, de belles salades, des pâtes, des secondi piatti… Même pas la place pour un dessert ! Le service est très agréable, tout est fait pour nous faire passer un bon moment ! On les en remercie ! Tout ça pour un gros maximum (entrée+plat+cocktail) de 30€ par personne. On a tellement apprécié qu’on est revenues le lendemain !!! Allez-y les yeux fermés !

10/10/2024: Very nice, idyllic, relaxed accommodation in the middle of the mountains. It's a great place to switch off. And the hosts are always there and absolutely accommodating. The food was always very tasty! So you can have a good time. Thank you for the lovely days

26/03/2025: Couscous di pesce & Caponata out of this world! Super delicious food and extremely friendly staff (child friendly also, the waiter immediately brought us a high chair for our 2 year old). Definitely worth a 2nd visit! Grazie mille!!!

25/03/2025: A well-kept, very clean, elegant restaurant. It also offers an outdoor space. The food is divine, the dishes are beautiful. We ate 3 side dishes, a seafood starter, 2 second courses, one land and one sea, a good glass of wine and 2 coffees. The price of 84 euros was adequate for the quality of the food. The attentive and impeccable service, the waiter who served us was absolutely kind, thoughtful and professional, as well as being friendly. He gave us some tips for our tour of the western part of Sicily. Excellent, I recommend!!

27/03/2025: We were looking for a pizzeria to have a late lunch. And this restaurant was here to please. Great atmosphere, great food. We ordered pizza and Capri salads. Both were wonderful.

10/03/2025: A romantically authentic place with a lava beach - not for swimming. The trattoria with a special offer of fresh fish that you select in the kitchen. Higher priced, simple and delicious with a great wine selection. The waiters seem a little arrogant at first and knowing a little Italian will soften your heart. Parking is modest and come early or reserve. A visit is worth it!

The owner only selects natural, local products and ingredients in order to create delicious dishes of the sicilian and italian tradition. The restaurant is full of interesting paintings, quotes, and objects with amazing stories about them. As you enjoy the extraordinary and diverse dishes, which are perfectly cooked and seasoned, the owner chats with you about the dishes and just about anything else you want. No matter where you find yourself, do travel as many as needed to this beautiful place and to this restaurant, it will be worth it.

11/11/2024: C'è stato consigliato il posto da amici, e non potevamo rimanere più contenti di così. Il posto è tranquillo, verso la fine del lungomare, con un bellissimo scorcio sull'acqua, ma il pranzo è stato in tutti i sensi il piatto forte. Abbiamo mangiato il miglior crudo del viaggio ed il polpo sul letto di purè era semplicemente meraviglioso, per non parlare dei Busi con ricciola e pomodorini, spettacolare anche quelli. Eccellente anche la scelta dei vini, che spaziava dai numerosissimi vini locali ai più familiari vini nazionali, noi ne abbiamo provato uno locale che ci è stato consigliato dal cameriere e ci è piaciuto molto. In sintesi lo consigliamo vivamente, e se doveste anche solo passare a Patti perché di strada come è capitato a noi, fermatevi, non ve ne pentirete

01/11/2024: Abbiamo pranzato alla risacca oggi , siamo rimasti soddisfatti, la cernia al vspore era squisita, la pasta con la ricciola idem, cannolo scomposto per chiudere in bellezza.

21/03/2025: Some time ago I rated it 4 stars....but now I'm going to 2....I wasn't happy with the food I ordered. It was undercooked. There was an ingredient missing which was missing or smaller than a fingernail on the menu...Limoncello seemed watered down....The waiters, having learned of my dissatisfaction, could have given me...a discount....I'm not coming back anymore.

16/02/2025: The vineyard resort is a well-positioned structure in the territory of Menfi, a few minutes from Porto Palo and the most famous wineries. You will be more satisfied with all its grace in the summer. Comfortable and clean rooms with small verandas and excellent views of the vineyards. Small SPA relaxation area but usable in private. Beautiful restaurant with excellent food based on Lesce, excellent service with an extensive wine list. Highly recommended!

10/02/2025: Esperienza piacevolissima in questo ristorante frequentato da tempo e che non delude mai! Antipasto di carciofi in pastella e cappuccetto fritto, frittura fragrante e non unta, salata perfettamente; primo pasta al nero di seppia che non ha eguali in tutti i ristoranti in cui l'ho ordinata, una vera sinfonia di sapori che consiglio a chi ovviamente non si lascia impressionare dal colore , e pesce alla griglia freschissimo con insalatina verde. Il tutto innaffiato da un fresco Grillo e concluso con un superbo parfait alle mandorle. Menzione speciale per il personale di sala, specie per il sommelier Kevin di squisita gentilezza e competenza. Posto ameno immerso nel verde dei prati e delle vigne di Sicilia. Prezzo onesto. Torneremo appena possibile. Mic.

07/04/2025: Just what we were looking for. Typical, family-friendly place. Nice owners and attentive to customer needs (even for celiacs). Excellent dishes. Too bad it's a bit far from us (Cuneo) 😅
