18/01/2026: I discovered this agriturismo while traveling along the SS 115 Comiso-Ragusa highway. Following a country road, 750 meters from the main road, I found an old farmhouse with a beautiful view of Comiso. The homemade food was delicious; I felt like I was at home. Everything was perfect. The staff was attentive and very professional. I'll be back.

19/12/2025: We were there over the Easter weekend last year. The place is well-maintained, the food is home-cooked, and the ingredients are top-quality.

10/02/2026: We organized a company Christmas lunch at Hotel La Terrazza. We're a large organization with about 60 people, and from the first phone calls, we found the staff to be extremely kind, helpful, and professional in organizing the event. The food was excellent, and great attention was paid to special needs, such as various food intolerances. Impeccable service: everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. A special thank you to Mrs. Cinzia and all her staff for their excellent work.

06/03/2026: I'm sharing an experience from a year ago, which I'd decided not to share, but then changed my mind. There were two of us, we ate wonderfully, and we had a great time overall. Unfortunately, however, the owner brought us a tray of fresh fish with lobsters inside, telling us that "fresh fish costs (if I'm not mistaken) €65/kg." While I was trying to decide what to eat, he himself offered me spaghetti with the lobster from the tray, and I accepted. After weighing it, he politely told me it was about 500 grams. The bill arrived; my lobster entree cost about €76. €150/kg per lobster, which we hadn't been told. The food was good, the place was nice, but this was a real "smart move" that didn't make sense. In any case, I recommend the place, but also ask the price of everything.

09/02/2026: My wife and I dined here while on vacation. The setting is absolutely lovely on the steps. The food — while not innovative or unique — was perfectly cooked and tasty. I would normally have given this place 5 stars were it not for the obnoxious service. I asked the server for two glasses of red wine to try before choosing one. There was no list of wines by the glass (mind you), so it was not clear how many total wines there were by the glass. Or if a wine by the glass list existed, it wasn’t presented to us. The server brought out the glasses, but I didn’t care for either so I asked if there was maybe a 3rd I could try. That’s when — in the most condescending manner I’ve ever experienced from a waiter in my life — they scoffed and laughed at me saying “in Sicily there are only two types of red wine.” Translation: “you idiot…why are you bothering me with such dumb requests.” I was so astonished and rattled at how they mocked me that I had to excuse myself from the table and go to the bathroom to take a pause. When I came out of the bathroom I was visibly shaken that the owner came up to me to ask what was wrong. I told him what happened and asked for a new server. The owner — a truly gracious soul whose wife was about to give birth any day — offered to be our server for the night. While the owner did his best to rectify the situation, the evening had already been ruined. I would’ve given 1 star had it not been for the kindhearted owner who understood the importance of service relative to the high prices they charge. While this happened maybe 9-10 months ago, it still pops into my mind from time to time. I’m writing this bad review for my own personal closure so I can stop thinking about how mistreated I was, and to warn the owner that others will leave bad reviews if they keep that obnoxious waiter on staff. And, for the record, their staff should be educated on Sicilian wine better. While there are indeed two main red varietals Sicily is famous for, there are plenty more that are grown in Sicily. So they mocked me for not knowing something that they were completely wrong about. How ironic.

30/01/2026: I went to this cozy and intimate restaurant. After looking at the menu, I was too undecided… so, as a seafood lover, I let Chef Simone surprise me. He brought me this amazing sea urchin spaghetti dish — the photo speaks for itself! Five stars aren’t enough for a plate like this. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to go back!

06/03/2026: We went for lunch two days ago. A truly wonderful discovery, a seafront venue, delicious seafood first courses, and a truly indescribable eggplant caponata. Excellent value. We'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: We ate very well, everything based on fresh fish. Impeccable service, exceptional wine recommended by the waiter, the desserts, besides being good, are paintings. Price in relation to what you eat... Very fresh fish.

26/12/2025: The place was packed to the brim. The food was decent (everything tasted better before), but the service was poor... we had to ask for a Pepsi and more wine three times, and in the end they even scolded us for asking for a different waiter... that's just not right... the prices have gone up, but the quality hasn't!!!

11/12/2025: Excellent from every point of view; the house menu includes a myriad of raw and hot seafood starters and two tastings of first courses.

04/01/2026: We went for lunch on December 31st. Calamari salad was an appetizer, excellent. Fish couscous with firm grouper and broth on the side, I recommend it. Grillo white wine.

06/03/2026: A very good restaurant, admittedly with a limited selection compared to fast food, but the food is delicious and the service is incredible; the waiters are patient and understanding.

11/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There was little attention paid to the table, and the two entrees we ordered had too much lemon juice, which overpowered the flavors of the fish. The consistency was also too soupy. We left almost everything and didn't order anything else, but I don't rule out the possibility that it was just our taste buds. The bill didn't take anything into account. It was also expensive.

07/10/2025: If you want to taste salt in your mouth, then go for it without hesitation. 2 possibilities: nothing is homemade and they add broths everywhere, where the cook doesn't taste his dishes and he should rethink his cooking. In any case, for the price-quality ratio, move on.

08/03/2026: Very nice place, the pizzas are delicious with quality ingredients. 4 stars for the higher-than-average prices.

15/02/2026: This time, a little disappointed... Convenient as always, very friendly, impeccable service, but the food this time was a little subpar. The oil used to fry the fries definitely needs changing. The prawns were undercooked, and the parsley covering the plate and the servings were overdone. And the prices were exorbitant for the quality/price ratio. This time, a flop.
