15/05/2026: I'm in Cagliari for work and stumbled upon this bistro. Initially, I thought I'd just grab a drink. Luckily, I ordered the roasted octopus with lime and creamed potatoes. It was incredibly tender and delicious. The whole thing was made even better by the kindness of the owner, who, even though I was alone, welcomed me with kindness and attentiveness. Highly recommended.

17/05/2026: A great location with a terrace overlooking the sea. The cuttlefish we received was a half portion, and they said that was normal... the fried fish was delicious. The tiramisu was disappointing.

02/06/2026: There is no english menu. The staff does not speak english. The menu at the door is not the same menu as the one in the restaurant. Very confusing set up. Food is ok but not great. Would not recommend it and will never come back.

18/05/2026: The set menu for the pilau festival was a joke, the portions were really too small. For the price asked, the seafood salad was more salad than fish, the pilau dish, although good, was really small, the mussels too.

18/05/2026: The only positive note was the kindness of the waiters, the menu for Pilau was very limited, with tiny portions, at least this dish, which is the typical one, should have been abundant, the seafood salad starter had more salad than fish, in short, a total disappointment.

07/10/2025: As soon as the owner said that they only serve water, beer or wine I knew I had come to the right place. Ignore the negative reviews, this place is perfect. Great food and you feel like you are sat in someone’s home. The restaurant is welcoming, warm and cosy. The food is comforting and the portions are very generous. It tastes like a family run restaurant and feels more authentic than many of the other restaurants that we have visited on the island. As a side note there is a great view from the car park.

12/05/2026: Staff were great! However the food was simply not good. We ordered a mixed salad that came out with a day or two old chopped lettuce that was completely brown. The cheese board came with two small triangles of parmesan plus some meats - come on chef - that’s not worth the price point whatsoever. We know you’re in a tourist area but it’s not hard to put fresh salad out. Also - the atmosphere could be hugely improved by playing anything other than reggaeton.

02/11/2025: A very beautiful and evocative venue located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. With this setting, it's natural to expect top-notch service and, above all, superior food. Indeed, after getting over the wow factor of the location's beauty, we enjoyed impeccable service from knowledgeable and friendly staff and excellent food. A special mention goes to the linguine alla Nerano, an extraordinary Mediterranean dish. Spectacular!

02/10/2025: Despite spending around €250 for dinner for two, they refused to remove an appetizer we ordered and didn’t like. It was literally €35 for 4 small pieces of bite-sized zucchinis with what tasted like a fish paste filling inside. We ate one each and left the rest. The manager came to ask if we didn’t like it. After telling him we didn’t like it he took our plates away in what seemed like a “I’ll remove these from your bill sorry you didn’t like it” kind of way, and asked if we would like something else but later included it in the bill. When I asked if it could be removed he said that he would ask and came to say no (he just said he would ask but didn’t ask anyone I could tell), saying that we ate half of it and for that reason they would charge us for it (how else would we try something with 4 small pieces). Terrible experience, extremely small portions, and bad food. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated with fake and greedy hospitality.
