20/09/2025: At the end of September, we were alone in the veranda where the French doors opened onto the harbor and the boats… simply magical… the food was delicious, the welcome fabulous, the wine perfect (Vermentino grape), the tableware refined, and the Spritz incredible 😜 We highly recommend it!

21/04/2026: Nowhere in all of Italy do you pay 16 euros for kids' penne with tomato sauce. Certainly not in a restaurant without electricity where you have to use a flashlight to go to the toilet.

13/06/2026: This was my third time at Conchiglia! As always, we had a fantastic meal. The pinsa salsiccia was absolutely divine. The waiter was so kind and attentive. We felt very comfortable. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely be back.
13/06/2026: One star only because zero isn't possible. I'd like to point out that the only positive aspect of the restaurant is the waiter, who is kind, polite, and helpful. The environment is neglected, dirty, with billiards in the back and the bathrooms under the stairs that are anything but welcoming... walking past the kitchen, I had to turn around because of the anything-but-inviting smell... The chef boasts of having a Michelin star... but as everyone knows, Michelin stars go to restaurants, not chefs... and from the moment you start working in a small, provincial restaurant, the star is like the night of San Lorenzo... FALLING. The dishes are nothing special, poorly crafted, served as if they were thrown haphazardly into a salad bowl, and decidedly lacking in flavor. The octopus salad had six pieces of octopus, and everything else was potatoes and vegetables. The marinated anchovies were so overcooked they were tough and a bit acidic, four very thin slices of salmon were placed on a mountain of salad... and the mussels were cold. The chef is arrogant, rude, and treats customers unacceptably. He was sitting next to our table and got into a playful and funny discussion with the waiter, raising his voice, using vulgar tones, insulting us, and ruining our evening. Star chef or not, first learn good manners, then learn to respect your customers, and also learn Italian... you boast about being who knows who and can't finish a complete sentence without making a thousand mistakes. RUDE! The waiter apologized a thousand times, out of embarrassment and shame, and even the kitchen assistant followed us into the parking lot to apologize because he was mortified by his chef's behavior. There are a thousand better restaurants in Sardinia, especially with more polite and respectful staff, less arrogant and rude. Not to mention the prices... two vegetable appetizers with a hint of fish and a bottle of wine €80... as if we were at a Franciscan osteria. This also explains why it's Friday night and your restaurant is empty, 'chef'... truly ridiculous. Stay away as much as possible and enjoy the wonderful resources and dishes of this land, avoiding like the plague this Italian-Colombian 'super chef' who isn't even worthy of a trattoria on the outskirts of the poorest city in the world.

03/06/2026: Wow. A truly wonderful café/restaurant with a magnificent view, a sophisticated atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly service. The food was delicious, top quality, and beautifully presented. Prices were absolutely fair. We had a wonderful breakfast and dinner.

08/01/2026: Today I drank the most expensive latte in all of Italy, even in an average bar. The bar is on the outskirts, not in the center, and not even a classy bar, and the latte alone cost 2.90. The day before, in a bar in the center of Sassari, a latte and a croissant cost 3.30. I can only explain this by the fact that they are located 50 meters from the hospital, and they profit from the people who stop there for a drink or something to eat.

19/08/2025: One of the best restaurants in the heart of Sardinia. If you want quality, a beautiful location, and, why not, to be pampered by friendly staff, I highly recommend it. Everything we tried, from fish to pizza, paired with wine, was exceptional. We sensed Chef Antonio's passion for his cuisine down to the last bite. What can I say? I felt at home the entire dinner! Thank you ❤️
10/08/2025: AWFUL experience (and this is the second time it's happened to me here on nugoresu) Reservation at 9:00 PM, order taken at 9:35 PM (35 minutes without a drop of water, a drink, or even a piece of bread). We ate at 10:30 PM. An hour and a half wasted waiting for this terrible management to get organized. Furthermore, it was noticeable that there was little traffic; no plates were coming out, no pizzas were coming out. After 20 minutes, we stopped a waitress to order pizza and drinks. She replied, "I'll call my colleague," who arrived another 10 minutes later. An hour and a half for a pizza is beyond all comprehension. Terrible management, incompetent staff. You guys are terrible. The only positive note? The pizza was AT LEAST good. Don't go there.

08/09/2025: The food was far too expensive and the portions very small. The side dish for the fish consisted of a single lettuce leaf with a tomato and two small pieces of carrot. At that price, we simply expected much more attention to detail. Definitely not recommended.

01/11/2025: SEPTEMBER UPDATE: We were disappointed and never returned. They changed the price, increasing it quite a bit, given that it's a fixed menu. Compared to the first time, the tables were smaller and, above all, only chicken skewers, not different types and cuts of meat. We never returned. It's a shame, because by behaving like this, customers won't be loyal and will move on. HONEST AND EXCELLENT CUISINE JUST A FEW KM FROM THE COSTA SMERALDA! Who would have thought? I'm in Sardinia because I work as a Quality Manager for a well-known hotel in Porto Rotondo. I often pass by this butcher shop/restaurant and finally managed to stop in this evening. The atmosphere is informal, but very clean, and the tables are well-stocked. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food is excellent, both the po eddu and the grilled dishes, with generous portions and a more than fair price. I'll always return to them on my day off. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
