04/05/2025: ho cenato a sa tracca con mia moglie, al momento di pagare mi ha servito la proprietaria del locale, Mirella mi sembra che si chiami così, sfortunatamente ero con mia moglie. I nostri occhi si sono incontrati ( contact eyes) e non ho potuto fare a meno di innamorarmi di lei. La sua vivacità e la sua voglia di lavorare hanno scattato qualcosa in me. Scrivo questa recensione perché non riesco a togliermela dalla testa, ma faró in modo di ritornarci, sperando di riuscire a dichiarare i miei sentimenti. 17/03/2025: The lasagna was good. The pie was excellent. The fried calamari didn't impress us, they were three dishes. Yes you can do much better with calamari. It was also reported to the manager in attendance. I count in the norm. The canestrello with moscato is excellent

29/04/2025: An unforgettable gastronomic experience – excellence in every aspect Returning to this restaurant is always a pleasure, but this year the experience exceeded all expectations. We have been frequenting this place for several years, but we immediately noticed an advantage: we were told that the chef now has greater creative freedom in the kitchen, and it shows. If in past years everything was already excellent, today we are faced with an even higher level. We started with a revisited vitello tonnato with beef tartare: refined, surprising, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Followed by a tasty, enveloping, absolutely impeccable spaghetti with mussels and bottarga. But not only that: even vegetarian dishes such as pea soup with burrata and lemon or pasta with tomato sauce won over for their intensity, freshness and finesse. The quality of the raw materials is very high, and many products are home-made: homemade oil, Sardinian salt, vegetables, tomatoes and bread prepared with care and passion. The oil served with the focaccia deserves a special mention: aromatic, fragrant, with a unique character that makes it memorable. The location is breathtaking, elegant and welcoming, and the staff is simply exceptional: a service of a large hotel of the highest level, with class, preparation and constant, but always discreet, attention. Even the aesthetics of the table is taken care of down to the smallest detail: we literally fell in love with the crockery, plates and saucers, chosen with taste and perfectly in harmony with the environment. Finally, the prices are absolutely in line with the level of the offer: very high quality, exclusive location and first-rate service fully justify the bill. A real gem, a point of reference, an experience to live and relive. Highly recommended.

25/04/2025: Cobran el servicio 50% por solo bebidas, mientras que preguntamos si solo bebidas estaba bien sin previo aviso. Después de la queja me devolvieron unos euros. Está bien pagar por el servicio, pero no si no lo usa.

25/04/2025: Ho preso un panino con le verdure per pranzo. Mia madre, entrata prima, ha chiesto il prezzo e le è stato detto 8€ sia per il panino con i salumi che per quello con le verdure. Sono entrata, ho preso il panino con le verdure e abbiamo pagato 10€ anziché 8€. Chiaramente non è un problema pagare 2€ in più, ma sono stata presa in giro. Prezzo deciso sicuramente al momento. La signora si è rivolta in modo MALEDUCATISSIMO e comunque i prezzi sono alti. Non consiglio per niente.

24/04/2025: Location molto bella, a veramente pochi metri dal mare. Devo riconoscere che le ostriche (sicuramente di Olbia) erano ottime. Per quanto riguarda gli altri piatti mi dispiace che non ci sia nemmeno l’ombra di un prodotto locale, usare i gamberi argentini L1, astice canadese e scampi probabilmente Madagascar è veramente triste e sopratutto fuori luogo, sopratutto per i prezzi che vengono applicati. Pagherei volentieri ciò che ho pagato o anche di più, ma per mangiare materie prime locali, avendo il mare a neanche 2 metri di distanza. Sicuramente da migliorare alcuni aspetti del servizio, per esempio sarebbe auspicabile che i camerieri versino l’acqua ai clienti almeno all’arrivo e che i bicchieri vengano girati al momento dell’arrivo del cliente, per evitare di trovarli pieni di moscerini. Abbiamo comunque apprezzato la prontezza del cameriere a sostituire il bicchiere sporco. Mi riservo di riprovare in seguito questo ristorante, nella speranza che capisca la critica costruttiva così che vengano migliorati questi aspetti essenziali.

01/05/2025: Every year I go to this restaurant and I've always had a good time.... today I was disappointed... I took fried calamari and chips, the calamari was white and soft and tasted like used oil, the chips were the same, the tables were too close to each other and you couldn't understand anything, too much confusion... It's the first time this has happened, I hope if I see it again it won't happen again... Today we are unhappy.😔

18/04/2025: I recently stayed at a hotel in Porto Cervo, Sardinia. The hotel itself was very nice and well maintained. The location is great, with a beach nearby, which was definitely a highlight. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that you have to pay extra to use the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. The staff wasn’t as friendly or helpful as I expected, which took away a bit from the experience. The food was average – not bad, but nothing special either. Overall, I did enjoy the place and the beautiful surroundings, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service

06/05/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Villasimius, using quality raw materials. Dishes prepared with care and at the moment. We were really very satisfied with the dinner with a good quality/price ratio. Compared to many other places in the town, La Carbonara is not a tourist restaurant and allows you to enjoy quality cuisine in a very quiet and pleasant environment, with kind and professional staff. Absolutely recommended.

18/04/2025: It's a shame, it started off very well. Unfortunately, despite a friendly reminder from us to have the accompaniment at the same time as the fish dish, to which we replied "it happens", still nothing after 20 minutes... Didn't get an apology or justification for the bill, limited to an annoyed look... in short, a feeling of being taken for a stupid tourist! Otherwise, the quality was there, it was good.

14/10/2024: Located in the Capo Malfatano area, this environment is very familiar, the service is excellent and the hospitality is at home. Situated inside a small gulf it offers a wonderful view of a crystal clear sea with enchanting shades

09/02/2025: Location fantastica, praticamente sulla spiaggia. Cibo di ottima qualità, spaghetti ai ricci di mare favoloso. Molto gradevole, praticamente all’aperto ma con un’aria molto gradevole. Servizio ottimo Conto, adeguato alla qualità del cibo ed alla posizione.

26/09/2024: Decisamente troppo costoso, 93€ per un antipasto di polpo, due spaghetti vongole, acqua S.Pellegrino 750 a 6€ e 2 caffè. Gli spaghetti molto buoni e impeccabili ma 25€ a porzione sono tanti. Servizio professionale dei camerieri, ma non stai su una terrazza pazzesca affacciata sul mare.

21/04/2025: Food is okey but pizza is average like in my small town in Poland but the worst is stuff. Firstly we got different dish then we ordered and the thing was that she firstly made a mistake while ordering I corrected her she spell the right name but at the end we got DIFFERENT one. They don’t understand English. Next red flag is that we didn’t get bowl of Parmesan for all dinner, the waiter just get us one spoon on our pasta . In every restaurant that we have been we got a bowl for all dinner. At the end she denied that she made a mistake with our dish. It is a disaster!
