A classy and elegant restaurant. Superlative sushi, unique in Stintino. Paolo, the owner, is a charming man and an excellent host. His son Mattia promises to give the restaurant a commendable future.

We had a truly wonderful meal! The dishes were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and meticulously presented. The service was excellent: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always available, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. A very positive experience that I recommend to anyone looking for good food and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

The food was phenomenal. Our waiter, Francesco, gave us excellent recommendations on what to order, and every dish was outstanding. The entire staff paid great attention to every guest and every little detail. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

08/04/2026: Coperta 3eur per person!! The highest we found in Sardinia. Very good pizza and rissoto. The person who served our drinks did not know any english. Very hard to get along and understand our questions.
21/03/2026: A wonderful experience. Extremely friendly staff and excellent service. They gave us excellent advice on both the à la carte and daily menu. Everything was delicious, a beautiful venue, and a great location. Recommended!

02/07/2026: What can I say...for us, the best catch in Alghero!! Exquisite staff!! Special women, working tirelessly in almost tropical temperatures, next to a constantly burning brazier, but always with a smile! Always kind, friendly, attentive to every request, but above all, to recommend the dish of the day. Highly recommended.
22/06/2026: It’s an indoor fish market with a restaurant. If you like fresh fish it doesn’t get much better than this! We had sea bass, was coated in salt and cooked beautifully. Absolutely delicious 😋
