We ate very well, and drank just as much (you have to have an aperitif first at Sorsi e Sorrisi da Pierpaolo and then you'll understand). The place is very nice, and the friendliness of the staff deserves five stars.

Nice spot for the real local dishes, lamb chops meat ok but not perfect, pasta with mushroom best we tried so far, we do recommend, veal dish tender and cooked to perfection. Best surprise was local grilled dolce in pastry, worth waiting.

Welcoming place and excellent service. Excellent food, well-prepared, with a surprise at the table... a glass of excellent Malvasia di Bosa... on the house. We'll definitely be back.

A pleasant restaurant for a casual lunch or a romantic dinner. Local and delicious cuisine. Their fregola was definitely the most deliciously prepared dish we ate on our tour of Sardinia. Thank you.

The best trattoria in all of Bosa. A very characteristic location in a traditional style. The staff is highly qualified, elegant, and professional. The highlight of the restaurant is the excellent food by chef Cinzia. Modest but brilliant.

29/03/2026: A must-stop while walking around Bosa. Pick up some bread, buns, grissini, and other typical Sardinian specialties. The owner is very kind, and places like this are a great way to support the local community while traveling. Go early if you want to find the best things.

02/11/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed this excellent restaurant. The pasta was high quality, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just the right amount. The carbonara and seafood spaghetti were superb. The prices are very reasonable. A major plus is its location on a small square in Bosa. This town is definitely worth a visit!
01/11/2025: This was the best restaurant in the area! The food was excellent for the price, and the wine was great too. I highly recommend it.
