11/06/2026: I had slightly higher expectations from the menu; the dishes weren't bad, but nothing special, and the portions were also a bit small. The prices were a bit high for what was offered. The service was a bit hitched. The wait staff were very friendly and, above all, very nice.

11/06/2026: Excellent restaurant for quality/price highly recommended, we were there more than one evening, great atmosphere, good owners and staff, friendly and kind.... A warm greeting in particular to Gianluca, a lovely person.

30/05/2026: The location is very nice, but only practical with a car. The room amenities leave much to be desired. Even the simplest things are missing, like glasses in the bathroom, and much more. Cleanliness is okay. The beach was unusable. Absolutely filthy. Prices for sun loungers and parasols are exorbitant. Breakfast was alright. However, during our 10-day stay, the three types of sausage were never replaced. Despite having booked half-board, we had to eat out every evening. The evening buffet was unpalatable for us. It's certainly a matter of taste, but the dining room was sparsely populated in the evenings. Often there were more waiters than guests, whom we then encountered in neighboring restaurants. The self-absorbed and arrogant head waiter or restaurant manager is intolerable. There are many great hotels in the surrounding area, so shop around carefully.

29/05/2026: In overall, a great hotel. The location and the views are perfect and despite some of the comments, we really liked the hotel. There are of course few things that could be improved like the isolation of the rooms as you can hear people flushing the toilet, talk, walk, etc. which is not ideal. For elderly and people with mobility issues, it would be hard to walk out of the hotel gate as it has a steep path. There are restaurants around the hotel in walking distance. The closest would be 15 mins and there are also other great restaurants up in the hill which is 30 mins walking distance. Walking from the hotel to the marina and to the restaurants is easy and there is a walking path. To our luck, hotel was surrounded with jasmine flowers which smelled amazing and we were given a room with sea and garden view. The staff is great and they are very quick to clean the tables. We did not use the pools as there are great beaches around where you would need a car. There are a lot of parking spaces at the hotel as well.

04/06/2026: We went there during the off-season. It's a lovely pizzeria. It's located opposite the beach and overlooks the sea. The service is very friendly, and dogs are welcome.

13/07/2026: On a Monday evening in July, not all that crowded in Pula (a small place that's usually expensive, but not only that), we made a reservation at this restaurant & pizzeria, which they say is acceptable. Maybe they're good and quick with the pizzas, but with the restaurant... they make do and (very) little more. For two: between the appetizers of oziadas and tuna scabecciu (satisfying and plentiful) and the first courses, culurgiones and spaghetti, after "only" 1.5 hours of waiting and several reminders, the dishes arrived a tad salty and also plentiful, adequate or just under. The place had emptied out in the meantime! Unlucky? Us? Or improvised? Them! Well... after paying €82 for two, with water and 1/2 liter of house white wine... well... maybe with the pizzas they're luckier. We won't check, so if you're willing to take the risk... There's no shortage of places in Pula. Have a great holiday and keep busy (...we apologize and hope it doesn't happen again next time... ahhhhhh!!!!). PS: The pizzas have to be good, otherwise... those amateur restaurant owners will eventually close down!

27/06/2026: Restaurant in the center of Pula in the pedestrian area. Once inside, a lovely internal courtyard opens up where dinner is served. The pizza was good and large. The staff was truly friendly, congratulations. The marinara pizza was good, but for my taste, it lacked seafood. I would try other pizzas. Highly recommended.

06/08/2026: A romantic seaside atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent food. If you're in Porto Rotondo, this is definitely the perfect place for dinner. The fish is incredibly fresh, and I'll definitely be back.

05/08/2026: Well-located restaurant in Piazza Rudalza. Very professional, but the food is poor. Price is in line with other restaurants in the area. €100 per person for appetizers and wine.

10/05/2026: Even though the restaurant was almost empty, we received overcooked meat, even though we had specifically requested it rare. Furthermore, the portion of the tagliata was extremely small. Practically insignificant. You can't pay that kind of money for this kind of service and quantity. Despite politely reporting our complaints to the waiters in the dining room, we received no response from the manager, even though he was present.

26/07/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. We had a reservation for eight people at 9:00 PM, but our order wasn't taken until around 10:00 PM, and the pizzas arrived about half an hour later: a total wait of an hour and a half, with no real apology. The dessert, unfortunately, confirmed the bad impression. The "zuppa inglese" served was far from what one would expect: a whitish, floury cream with an industrial chocolate topping. It was left almost entirely on the plate. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the complete lack of customer service: no one asked why the desserts had remained virtually untouched, nor did anyone bother to check if there had been any problems. Unexpected events can happen, but what makes the difference is how they are handled. In this case, both organization and customer service were lacking.

04/07/2026: Agreed with previous reviews. Staff is very rude and unfriendly. When we wanted to order food, they very unpleasantly informed us that we could not order food, only drinks, without explanation, even though all the tables around us had food on the table.

08/06/2026: The ambiance is lovely, the food was mostly good (the meat was personally too fatty and marbled for my taste, and the Hugo was far too sweet), and the price is fair. The staff is friendly, though the owner is frankly gruff and not at all welcoming, very stressed, and looks grumpy. However, it seems the staff enjoys working for him, which speaks well of him, but I would leave the customer service to the younger staff. There's usually loud, good music playing, but occasionally a singing guitarist (a bit intrusive for my taste, especially when you're eating and he stands right next to you, but he's very nice from a distance). The placemats definitely need replacing; they look dingy and don't match the ambiance, but that's a minor detail.

08/06/2026: It's a very nice beach resort, with a bar and restaurant. The bar is open from breakfast to drinks, offering a wide selection. The restaurant offers a traditional menu and reinterpreted traditional dishes, all of excellent quality. Lunch and dinner are served either on the veranda or at tables by the sea, with a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

12/07/2026: Excellent food, good value. We tried first courses, second courses, and even pizza, which was truly delicious. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. There's a small parking lot. Recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

08/07/2026: We were treated really well. Spaghetti with clams, grilled fish, grilled vegetables, and complimentary focaccia. Everything was perfect and reasonably priced. We highly recommend it.

10/06/2026: Poor quality food. 2 hours to eat. From 9:00 PM when we arrived, we started eating at 10:30 PM. We ordered a €65 seafood platter that included two fish and four rubbery squid, plus baked potatoes. Flavorless lobster pasta with half a lobster that had been dried out for who knows how many days. First and last time!

07/06/2026: I have been last Thursday for a dinner with friends , top local menu , great service , quality price fully respected , the best restaurant in the area , very close to the house of Antonio Gramsci and the environment of Monte Arci , a super majestic Cathedral in front , you can associate a visit to Ales and a great time in the restaurant .

03/06/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and really enjoyed both the setting and the selection of dishes on the menu. We ordered two fish-based starters, both excellent and plentiful. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Recommended!
