We ordered two pizzas and, while we waited, the Neapolitan cuoppo, which arrived without four of the six items on the menu: the arancini, fried mozzarella balls, stuffed olives, and zucchini flowers. When I mentioned this, I was told the menu stated there might be variations... But four of the six items were replaced with two battered eggplant and vegetable meatballs, which didn't quite match my expectations. I admit I didn't ask what the possible variations might be, but perhaps it's the waiter's responsibility to point out to the customer that the dish they're ordering is completely different. In any case, we sent it back practically intact and didn't charge for it. The pizzas were average.

Beyond the usual pizza: an explosion of flavor with a view!
Bellavista in Quartu Sant'Elena immediately strikes you with its location. The restaurant is housed in a very interesting building with a terrace offering a panoramic view truly worthy of its name.
The highlight is the variety of the menu. They don't limit themselves to the classics: the selection ranges from seafood to meat, satisfying every taste. But a special mention goes to their original pizzas. If you think you've seen it all, try their gourmet pairings: it's a great way to break out of your culinary comfort zone with extreme flavor. The dough is expertly crafted, and the ingredients are combined in a creative yet balanced way.
We didn't want to overdo it (but we didn't want to be shy either), so we ordered two original pizzas from the signature menu. A perfect choice! It's that case where the ingredients seem like a bold experiment, but at first bite, they reveal themselves to be a delight. I'll leave you with the photos so you can admire the beauty of these pizzas. A word of advice: ditch the usual Margherita and, at least for once, break the mold. It's definitely worth it. Delicious, original, and very welcoming.

The platter we ordered was generous and made with quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly. We hadn't noticed that among the various items they'd brought us was a cheese fondue that had since solidified. We asked if they could reheat it to soften it, but instead of reheating it, they made us a new one because it also contained walnuts and they were afraid that reheating them would make them taste burnt. The atmosphere was very calm, not at all chaotic. The price was in line with local prices.
