An absolute insider tip, the waitress's recommendation won us over. The calimari fritti were perfectly seasoned 👌 The starter is enough for two people, as the pizzas were rather large. The service was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint to the restaurant owner: please get a pepper mill. This would make it look more authentic 🤌

I ate the pizza, and as always, I'm happy. For me, pizza in Pula is synonymous with Sa Macinera.

It's unforgivable that they served grilled tuna seasoned with parsley and garlic without asking if it was acceptable, and without the menu specifying garlic. It's a shame; I'll try again because the place is beautiful and the pizzas look excellent.

01/06/2026: The staff was friendly, but despite the restaurant being half empty, the food took a very long time to arrive, the portions were quite small, and the food wasn't anything special compared to what we're used to from Italy. One person's main course arrived almost 10 minutes later than the other's. The appetizer bread was finally served when most of the main course had already been eaten.
