The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available, without ever being intrusive. Wait times were short, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The ambiance is another strong point (5/5): a refined, elegant, and relaxing place, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The atmosphere truly contributes to a pleasant experience. 06/02/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Corigliano d'Otranto. The all-you-can-eat menu is excellent, with excellent value and dishes that are both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. The staff is attentive to detail, friendly, and very professional. We had a wonderful, relaxing evening with friends. I will definitely be back.

06/06/2026: I sourced the best "pieces" of lower Salento, from organic farms, including all-organic vegetables. And what can I say about their top-notch natural wines? This year's Amaranth wine is highly recommended!

I also recommend the mixed seafood platter, a real treat for the eyes and the taste buds! Finally, impeccable, attentive, and professional service. 07/05/2026: I went for lunch on the first of the month. It wasn't my first time here, and, as always, I've never been crazy about it. This time, however, there was a guy grilling the meat in full view, and I have to say: I've NEVER eaten such good sausage and bombette in my life. A true culinary orgasm. The rest, however, was unfortunately a disappointment: the DJ played music too loud for lunch, and the appetizers were below average. Recommendation: if you want to up the ante, let us know when this guy is grilling. I'd go back for him alone. As for the rest, there's work to be done.

05/04/2026: For a baptism, I had the pleasure of dining at this estate. It features a rustic yet welcoming setting, friendly and welcoming staff, a clean and well-organized restaurant, and dishes prepared with quality ingredients and beautifully plated. Service is a bit slow. The outdoor spaces are truly enchanting for relaxing and enjoying nature, and it also has a beautiful pool. In short, if you're looking for a different kind of day, this is the ideal place. Try it and believe it.

02/07/2026: If you are here in the summer like us do yourself a favour and don’t go here. So very very hot inside, no aircon and a couple of ceiling fans that in 35 degrees C provider no comfort. They even charge for tap bottle water. Sorry but I can’t provide any recommendations

The portions are generous (don't eat too much before you arrive, as they only seem to be open in the evenings).
