09/04/2026: Very nice place, clean and with attention to every detail. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. From one to ten, it's a ten for me. I'll definitely be back.

21/03/2026: We had dinner at this truly charming place, with the staff ready to welcome you at the door. The menu is set and includes a selection of appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert. Drinks are not included. The appetizers are delicious and beautifully presented. The vegetable tempura is good, the cheeses are excellent, and the veal with tuna sauce is excellent. Paccheri with tomato sauce and Colonnata lard are simple and flavorful, served in a baking dish to share. The second course, suckling pig with mashed potatoes, is also delicious. For dessert, there's chiacchiere with tiramisu cream. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially near the fireplace.

11/11/2025: A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨

05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋

22/03/2026: The atmosphere feels feminine (the attention to detail is typical of a woman). The food is good, but I would pay more attention to the service, which, in my opinion, could be improved given that it's a restaurant that positions itself as a high-end establishment.

22/03/2026: WOW! The food is wonderful 🤩 Everything is delicious. The only flaw is in one of the off-menu dishes, the spaghetti with lobster. The lobster is very chewy, but otherwise it's a spectacle. Trust me and go there.

09/03/2026: The food is excellent; it's simple, traditional cuisine, with a seasonal menu that respects the ingredients. The seafood linguine is excellent. The restaurant is located in Acaya, a small village in the province of Lecce, a short walk from the castle. There's a lovely fireplace. The service is friendly. 100% recommended.

The food deserves a solid 4/5: the fish was fresh and beautifully presented, with a good variety of dishes on the menu. Some of the dishes were truly excellent, although there's still room for improvement to reach absolute excellence. The service, however, was impeccable (5/5). The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available, without ever being intrusive. Wait times were short, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The ambiance is another strong point (5/5): a refined, elegant, and relaxing place, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The atmosphere truly contributes to a pleasant experience. 06/02/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Corigliano d'Otranto. The all-you-can-eat menu is excellent, with excellent value and dishes that are both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. The staff is attentive to detail, friendly, and very professional. We had a wonderful, relaxing evening with friends. I will definitely be back.

Highly recommended, it never disappoints in every way: captivating menu, top-quality ingredients, attentive and smiling service, pleasant and warm atmosphere, and well-spaced tables. The appetizers are excellent, and everything else is consistent... right down to the desserts!

04/04/2026: Bel Ami is a sure thing, especially for business lunches. The chef, an exceptional host, always knows how to put our guests at ease and pamper them. The fish is incredibly fresh and the wine list is top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Their artisanal gelato at the end of the meal is absolutely not to be missed. An excellent address in the heart of Maglie. Highly recommended.

27/03/2026: I stayed one night for work. The service was TERRIBLE. In the morning, I found virtually no staff at all for breakfast, and after a 40-minute wait and 3 reminders, I left without being able to use it. The room, I must say, was decent, although not very well-maintained.

30/03/2026: I celebrated my birthday with a friend and it was perfect: every dish was delicate and delicious! Every course was a surprise of flavors!! I highly recommend it 👍

30/11/2025: Grandma Rosa moves me every time, because I feel like a child again when I accompanied Dad Nicola to the fishmonger's. I remember a kind of childlike happiness. Her joke was always the same: 'Only what you see'? This phrase was a sort of sesame seed! The fishmonger would go to the back and immediately display a crate with the best catch of the night. I smiled every time, happy and incredulous at the same time. I still wonder today what this statement could have evoked in the eyes of the owner?! I'm sitting here today at the Nonna Rosa restaurant in Muro Leccese. And I always ask myself the same thing. Why does this place bring back memories? Why? Perhaps it's Claudia's cheerful smile, reassuring and friendly? Or the simplicity of the dishes, anything but banal? The pervasive calm that prepares the palate? The restaurant offers high-quality traditional dishes, thanks in part to the excellent work of the kitchen. I was there on Saturday for lunch and will definitely be back.
