A beautiful location, "an old Palmento where the grapes were crushed by foot and pressed in perforated presses," filled with antique winemaking tools. The vaulted ceiling is truly evocative. We had two appetizers (one seafood and one meat), two first courses (orecchiette with turnips and smoked scamorza cheese and fresh pasta with sausage and cherry tomatoes), and two mixed roasts, all very good. The staff were very friendly and attentive (they make you feel like part of the family). There were four of us, and we left feeling full and satisfied, and most importantly, we paid a fair price. Bravo! ❤️

In a very characteristic old "palmento," a setting from another era. Excellent service, family-run, guaranteeing authenticity and Salento culinary tradition. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

If two people go to eat, you expect to eat together. But no, two first courses, served 10 minutes apart! I'm not in the habit of criticizing, but the service needs to improve. Furthermore, the dishes shouldn't even be served by a 7-8 year old, I presume the owners' son!
