And the whole menu deserved it...
Definitely worth returning.
26/10/2025: I've never eaten such bad carbonara. The charcuterie was poor quality, very salty, the dish was cold and I returned it, it came back cold a second time to the point that the fat had solidified on the plate.
I strongly advise against it... the restaurant owner apologized and gave us a discount, but that doesn't compensate for this very bad experience.

04/11/2025: In a bucolic and original setting, in the heart of a cave, we ate very well, the service was very friendly and we were very well received! Our last evening in Ostuni was a great success.
30/10/2025: We had two pizzas and a pasta. It was delicious, but both pizzas were burnt. Still, it's a very nice location.

28/09/2025: Great dining under a beautifully lit tree in a courtyard. The pistachio crusted bream was the best of what we ordered. The beef was too chewy. I would post the tiramisu but it was quickly devoured.

10/11/2025: A wonderful culinary experience. We ordered two first courses: orecchiette trillo già del sole and fusilli d'inverno, a true delicacy, and then an artichoke carpaccio, which we shared, truly sublime. Highly recommended.

08/09/2025: I just wrote a review for Lu Spilu. I'll do it again. This restaurant, both traditional and otherwise, is excellent. The ingredients are top-quality, the owners are kind but not intrusive. The lady who prepares the desserts is very imaginative and original. You won't find it on the tourist circuit. It's located in Andrano on a small street. You won't regret trying it.
