06/12/2025: Trying to continue a result achieved in the past in the most flawed way possible. Regardless of the size of the dishes, which really should be part of a tasting menu, the even more serious issue is their quality. Meat ordered rare arrived well overdone. Pasta bordering on undercooked. But above all, more than half the table suffered from nausea and intestinal problems from the night before until the next day. The staff is also kind, but after an experience like that, the professionalism and elegance with which they serve the table becomes absolutely ridiculous in this case.

30/11/2025: Tasting portions = close to zero, spaghetti with sea urchin practically raw, rare meat overcooked, doubts about the freshness of the mini crudo (almost the entire table felt sick and nauseous) … = I strongly advise against it!

23/08/2025: The rooms lack a little modernity but they are very very very clean. For everything else, nothing to say, it's perfect. The team is very friendly and helpful. If you like peace and quiet and have a car, it's the ideal place to spend a pleasant stay, whether you are a couple (like us) or with children and/or pets, it's very secure. 19/11/2025: I'll start by saying that last year I had a great experience with everything. This year, either I was unlucky or things have changed. The service wasn't satisfactory because, for four people, I was told to choose only one starter so as not to overwhelm the kitchen. I didn't like the starter the other diner had chosen, so I had to swap it for a main course. (A seafood pasta dish that was supposed to be shared between two people and then charged for two dishes; a shame I didn't notice in time.) Furthermore, the pasta had a hint of ammonia. But I go to restaurants to eat what I want, not what I'm told, otherwise I'd go visit my parents (if only I had... where I come from, they say, "He who has a mother doesn't tremble!"). Fried shrimp and calamari for two... Two shrimp! and almost whole cuttlefish, thick and chopped into large pieces. Let's not even talk about the sorbet, which is industrially made. You know if you've changed chefs in the meantime or if you've become too complacent.

11/08/2025: A very nice restaurant just steps from the historic center of Mesagne, where every time I'm there, I have to go for dinner. I've never been disappointed; the dishes are prepared with great care, are plentiful, delicious, and at great prices. From appetizers to dessert 👍! Kudos to the chef and all the staff for their kindness. I recommend them to everyone.

07/12/2025: I went for lunch today with my family and it was truly a pleasure, both for the palate, which was delighted by the exquisite first and second courses, and for the truly unique location... and what can I say about the super welcoming staff, attentive to every little detail. I highly recommend it.

20/10/2025: A fairly good traditional osteria, located a few steps from Trani Cathedral. The food is excellent (try the mixed grill), the staff are friendly, and the place is quite cozy. Reservations are recommended.

30/11/2025: Unfortunately, they'd lost our order, something they confirmed firsthand several times. And since I'm pregnant, waiting over an hour between the appetizer and the main course was too much! I was really hungry! They apologized, but I expected them to make amends with a small discount, but nothing... The dishes were good, but not up to the bill. I won't be returning.

29/11/2025: Oh my, what a place! I've been here several times over the years, but since this summer I've been back three or four more times, both with family and friends. I've noticed the dishes have been updated compared to previous years, flavorful and beautifully presented for a "locanda." The Giovannino is worthy of praise, the octopus meatballs "furi di testa," the meat ragu with brasciola was never so good (and I'm from Bari). Friends and family were very satisfied, and the coconut dessert was also excellent. You can sense the love in the preparation. The wait staff was also very kind and helpful, and the wine selection was good. It's a sure thing now. See you next time!

10/07/2025: Ritornato a cenare in questo bellissimo ristorante e fa piacere ritrovare tutto come sempre nonostante il cambio di nome. Ottimi piatti della tradizione salentina e servizio efficiente e gentile Prezzi in linea con qualità e ambiente

25/06/2025: Un locale stupendo, abbiamo mangiato all’esterno all’interno del cortile in un ambiente romantico e molto rilassante . Il menù offriva l’imbarazzo della scelta ma non potendo mangiare tutto 🤣 abbiamo optato per l’antipasto misto Casa Martino e due primi , Orecchietta Arrapata e "Minchiareddhro" del Marinaio. Buonissimo , ne siamo rimasta davvero contenti . In ragazzi in sala carini , gentili e molto disponibili .
