08/11/2025: A restaurant in a quiet little square in the beautiful historic center of Cisternino; the food is very good, but the kitchen and service are extremely disorganized. Prices are high.

07/10/2025: Food was cold and way below average. Had stomach ache after eating the tuna. Plates were served separately even though it was very quite. Atmosphere could be better with dimmed light.

10/06/2026: I really liked the pizza dough. It had a very good aftertaste. The atmosphere is pleasant.

16/05/2026: Pizza with friends at a place we weren't familiar with. A unique experience. Despite the crowds, we had our pizza on the table within minutes of placing our order. Kudos to our waitress Maria, who greeted us with a smile and served us with great professionalism. We'll be back soon.

03/11/2025: La Pergola Restaurant was a real surprise during our stroll through Santa Maria al Bagno. It's centrally located, right on the village square, overlooking the sea. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine, which proved to be excellent. You can taste the freshness and quality of the fish, the true star of the menu. 28/10/2025: A very nice restaurant with more than reasonable prices and a warm welcome. The food is very good, very generous, and they accept dogs. I recommend it 👍🏻

11/01/2026: We had dinner in the evening at this beachfront spot. The atmosphere is lovely, but it's definitely more charming during the day with a beautiful sea view. The menu features seafood and pizza. We ordered a few appetizers, including fried sardines, and then opted for a seafood risotto, which was quite flavorful and a generous portion. The pizzas were very good, with excellent dough. The desserts were beautifully presented, including the cheesecake, which was delicious. It's a shame the crème brûlée was so cold, as it should usually be warm. Friendly staff.

07/05/2026: I had lunch with a local colleague for work. Antonio, the owner, is fantastic, helpful, and friendly, as well as attentive to detail and generous with recommendations. We ate many dishes, from cured meats and cheeses to the pan cotto and orecchiette with turnip tops—spectacular! Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

02/05/2026: I'm writing this review out of disappointment, as I thought Trilussa was an excellent pizzeria in Foggia. However, after the evening we had, I couldn't recommend it to anyone. We arrived around 9:00 PM. After 15 minutes, we were able to order pizzas, and the fries arrived right away. However, we had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes for the pizza, which was simply unacceptable. After complaining about the wait, the explanation we were given was that the place was full. However, this didn't stop 6-7 takeout pizzas from coming out, despite the place being "crowded." This prolonged the wait, and we were practically held hostage by their poor management. Finally, around 11:00 PM, the long-awaited pizza arrived. I was sure they would have made up for it with this one, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The pizza I'd ordered with a low crust arrived burned, with edges so black they were inedible, and the spicy sausage was also overcooked, which I was forced to discard. It looked more like a piadina than a pizza; it was so thin I couldn't hold it, and the bottom was covered in black burnt spots. I would have sent it back if it weren't for the fact that we'd already waited two hours and at that point just wanted to get up and leave as quickly as possible. The pizza cost €10 and left me feeling dissatisfied and hungry, especially given the meager amount of dough used. They made me feel guilty and embarrassed, precisely because I was the one who recommended this pizzeria, considering it excellent, but after this evening, I can safely say we won't be returning.

23/08/2025: The rooms lack a little modernity but they are very very very clean. For everything else, nothing to say, it's perfect. The team is very friendly and helpful. If you like peace and quiet and have a car, it's the ideal place to spend a pleasant stay, whether you are a couple (like us) or with children and/or pets, it's very secure. 12/05/2026: This restaurant is unlike tourist traps around Florence. The servers were very kind, food came out fresh and delicious. The sitting area outside was also very nice and dishes were reasonably priced.

02/05/2026: Dinner at the "La Cantinetta" restaurant, featuring an excellent cut of Florentine steak, is a must. The welcome is always the same: friendly, professional, and discreet. The menu is full of excellent traditional Florentine dishes. For us, the steak always wins—we highly recommend sharing it with at least two! The wine selection is excellent. The quality/price ratio is fair. In magical Florence, a charming corner of excellent food, just a stone's throw from Santa Maria del Fiore ✨ It's always a pleasure to return!

07/05/2026: We had lunch here on the recommendation of the owners where we were staying, and it was amazing! We tried a mixed appetizer and raw fish, the house dish of prawns with orange zest, and mixed fried fish...and it was all sublime! We left this restaurant feeling very satisfied. The price was fair and the service was fast. Friendly staff.

The staff, like him, is prompt and efficient. I recommend the property for meetings, gatherings, or other types of events.

28/05/2026: On the first evening of our Salento walk, we dined at Trattoria Concepita: a great satisfaction after walking almost 25 km. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared, and the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. Definitely worth a try!

31/05/2026: We had our best culinary experience here, during our trip to Italy. We had the best food and nice service, the Michelin recommendation is well earned here. Had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing, both was excellent, dishes made to perfection and the best wines we had in Italy. Only problem was, no one seemed to speak English at all, this also caused a misunderstanding, and somehow we got more food, than what was included in the tasting menu, and it was also billed additionally. Nonetheless, it was totally worth it.

18/03/2026: Fantastic experience! Excellent food, very friendly staff, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. We'll definitely be back!
