13/08/2024: Typical restaurant for tourists in the historic center of Lecce. The outdoor tables along the not too crowded alley create a pleasant atmosphere. Mediocre food, considering the standards of the area, excessive bill (90 Euros for 2 very normal starters, a first and second course, water and two small beers), service that could be improved.

09/08/2024: Driving past and decided to drop in for a drink and snack . We sat outside overlooking the water . We ordered the bruschetta & frutti de mare , washed it down with Aperol spritz of course. It was of the best tasting meals we have on our trip . Highly Recommend

06/08/2024: On Sunday lunch, we called to book for four of us and when confirming the reservation they told us that the POS was broken and that we could only pay in cash or by check. We asked if we could possibly make a bank transfer and they told us no. Good food. Nice location. Average service until the moment of payment arrives when, rudely, they tell us that they cannot accept the check and by magic the POS is reactivated... We say goodbye and, without any response, we leave. It should be noted that the POS is mandatory and the business must be closed if it does not work.

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e ospitalità, con quei gesti che solo chi fa ristorazione con passione riesce a fare. 14/08/2024: Excellent dining experience. This is still a seasonal restaurant, so higher prices may be reasonable. The staff is courteous and professional. The only discordant note is the question: "Pay by card or cash (in this case they'll give you a 5% discount). This is particularly annoying.

14/08/2024: Fantastic location and free parking across the road. The raw scampi was amazing, the best and largest scampi I have ever seen. Four scampi are big enough to share for two people. A reasonable menu, not too large but sufficient for a good selection. Service is good and prices reasonable. A lunch time visit is a must with a beautiful Adriatic vista.

30/08/2024: One word.... crazy! Never tasted raw food like this! I highly recommend the linguine with prawns, mussels, the first rice, potatoes and mussels, the octopus with potatoes was crazy! 🥰🥰🥰🥰😻🫶🏼 delicious!

29/08/2024: Great location to enjoy local recipes and in my opinion the best restaurant in Puglia. This place is a must when visiting bisceglie. Their variety of local recipes will take your breath away. The food is excellent and made with passion. Once you arrive just ask for whatever they have that day. The food is fresh and the recipes are savoury. Compared to other places in that zone, the prices are incredibly low compared to the quality of their food.

24/08/2024: The structure and the place are beautiful, excellent for families and if you want to relax, surrounded by greenery and close to Santa Cesarea Terme and Castro. The structure is impeccably presented, with a swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, two barbecue areas, a relaxation area with vending machines near the pool. Large shaded car park. Reception from 8am to 8pm and in any case always available and kind to customers. Excellent quality-price. Excellent staff, congratulations to Mattia, Cristiano and Giulia for their courtesy and kindness.

10/08/2024: I really liked this restaurant, very nice, atypical, in a small sloping alley, the meal was very good, I ate a few dishes elsewhere but here they made them in an extraordinary way!!! The polpettes for example are excellent!!!! I recommend you!

09/08/2024: Fantastic dinner in the historic center of Oria. The feeling is truly that of being at the home of a local family, friendliness, smiles and delicious typical food are the things that struck us the most. I highly recommend!

28/08/2024: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review on this place but as someone like me who has been working in the sector for over 20 years it is necessary to clarify some small things: -What is promised on the menu must be kept on the plate. (If I read "roast with prunes I don't expect a roast with stock cube gravy and potatoes) -Those who work in restaurants HAVE the OBLIGATION to tie up their hair and wear appropriate clothing (fortunately we have always found this in the rest of the places in Salento, here NOT) -The customer is NOT always right but if he asks for explanations he doesn't suddenly become a hungry person who doesn't understand anything. Having said this, I wish anyone who wants to have an experience in this place "bon chance!

26/08/2024: Are we kidding? It must have been very hot in the kitchen because the cook works in a tank top🤑. However the food is little more than decent. We ate better in the various food shops scattered around Salento. Avoid asking what's in the starter because he will answer you: many things I don't remember. So I'll post the photo. (€25 thrown away). Unacceptable

10/06/2024: A pochi passi dalla cattedrale, con una bella vista mare. Posto molto accogliente, personale di sala molto gentile. Ottima cucina piatti ben presentati con ingredienti di prima qualità. Tutto molto buono consiglio una sosta in questo ristorante.

16/08/2024: Braceria in the historic center of Lecce, excellent meat, the only flaw is poor organization in managing the heat, no air conditioners, a little slow service, but overall an excellent place to eat excellent grilled meat at reasonable prices

15/08/2024: Experience not to be repeated. We had a reservation at the restaurant, trattoria la locanda in the centre, until a waitress told us that we had to sit in the room opposite because there was no air conditioning in that one. The starter was good, to follow we ordered a slice of Agnus, which in theory should have been their strong point, it was so cooked as to be inedible, it looked like rubber, in fact it was almost completely left on the plate, as after having tasted it we were nauseated. Having alerted the dining room staff to the condition of the meat, at the time of the bill only 4 euros of the 24 euros in the price of the meat were deducted, as it had been "tasted". To make sure we didn't miss anything, we also had to witness a fight between two waitresses who almost pulled each other's hair. Last but not least we were sick with our stomachs all night.
