08/09/2025: I just wrote a review for Lu Spilu. I'll do it again. This restaurant, both traditional and otherwise, is excellent. The ingredients are top-quality, the owners are kind but not intrusive. The lady who prepares the desserts is very imaginative and original. You won't find it on the tourist circuit. It's located in Andrano on a small street. You won't regret trying it.

The experience flows seamlessly, with each course presented like a work of art that respects the region’s heritage while pushing it forward. A special mention must go to Pastry Chef Giuseppe, whose desserts are nothing less than masterpieces. His creations are light yet decadent, imaginative yet deeply comforting — the perfect finale to an already remarkable meal. Cielo at La Sommità is a jewel of Puglia, and without question, worthy of a Michelin star.

05/12/2025: After many kilometers exploring the city, castles, palaces and the fantastic archeological museum, moon I was absolutely not hungry. 4pm I was starving! All restaurants "open now" on Google maps were closed from 15:00 till 18:00 or even 19:30. I was desperately hungry. Kissing the closed doors.... Accidentally I felt on the open door. Fantastic food with the sea view! I love leaving perfect reviews! Congratulations to the shef! Congratulations to the designers of the place. Fastissimo service. If you think I exaggerated, try. Best love from hungry happy customer) Than it started raining cats and dogs and the my waiter was a hero of the day, he brought the hot cooked fish in a special box under the umbrella. So 17:57 the waiter had reassured me that they are open until 11pm, I should just relax and enjoy. So I relaxed. 18:58 a manager comes telling me they are closing NOW. RIGHT NOW. hm

29/11/2025: A very nice place to sit for a coffee and/or ice cream, right next to the water, we were pleased and felt relaxed there. Especially the ice cream was excellent!! Next time we come we will try the food and I will review again

19/10/2025: I returned to this restaurant after a long time and found the same warm and welcoming atmosphere I remembered. The staff and food make you feel at home. Wonderful.

15/10/2025: An evening with friends with appetizers ranging from seafood to meat: various excellent dishes that never ended....even though we still found a place to try the excellent pizza. Everything was delicious.
