25/08/2025: My family and I decided to have dinner one evening. Ridiculous portions...a paltry grilled meat and ridiculous side dishes (two tiny slices of zucchini and two of eggplant). Very mediocre for a total of €64 for 4 people. Avoid, go elsewhere.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience. Ordered 1 mixed roast (very poor), 1 roasted bombette (raw), 1 mixed appetizer in mini pebbles, 1 first course (5 gnocchi), and grilled Erudire (five mini zucchini slices and three eggplant slices). The quality/price ratio was absolutely inadequate. Avoid.

09/11/2025: A beautiful inn; I went there for a friend's birthday. We were served a variety of traditional Salento appetizers, from broad beans with chicory to eggplant rolls, sautéed mushrooms, and finally roast meat. Everything was truly delicious. We even danced, although the venue isn't huge, there was still plenty of space. The outdoor lights, where we later opened the cake, were beautiful!

02/11/2025: A very welcoming, family-friendly venue, meticulously curated down to the smallest details, in the historic center of Lecce. A place where you can breathe in the history of the place, upon entering you are immediately greeted by a highly respected wine cellar and by Francesco, who takes guests on a journey of flavors and aromas from another era, always remaining very contemporary. From here, it begins with Chef Aldo, who guides his guests through a range of traditional local dishes, dishes from other regions, and seafood, preserving the culture in both craftsmanship and raw materials. Highly recommended for all audiences.

09/11/2025: I really liked it, the atmosphere wasn't too crowded, the service was quick, the food was delicious, the little I could taste, because the starters didn't leave any room for the first courses and that's it 😅 Note that we ordered for 2 people and 4 of us ate 🫣

28/08/2025: This evening we had a delightful evening; despite our late arrival (around 11:45 PM), the staff was there to welcome us warmly. Between a generous appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and fried foods and two delicious first courses (orecchiette with sausage and arugula, and spaghetti allo scoglio), we spent the evening in a small, well-kept and very familiar corner of Brindisi. An ideal place for groups of young people like us, but also for families and couples, especially given the super affordable price! Thanks again to the restaurant.

10/08/2025: A perfect experience in every way! The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The pool is gorgeous and available to guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

28/09/2025: A very well-kept and beautiful place both inside and out. Unfortunately, the only downside is the pizzas. The dough was very tough, probably not risen properly; you'd need a chainsaw to cut them. The selection of toppings wasn't particularly appealing. Only the gourmet bruschetta was good. The quality/price ratio was average.

21/09/2025: An evening to forget. The problem wasn't the food, but the absurd disrespect shown to the customers: they made us sit between the two bathroom doors. I pointed this out to the waitress, but she didn't do a thing to resolve the situation. I only stayed because we were among the first to arrive, and I already knew I'd be leaving within twenty minutes, and so I was. It wasn't an oversight, but a deliberate choice: to fill two extra seats, sacrificing the dignity of the people. This isn't hospitality, it's greed. A restaurant that treats its customers like this doesn't deserve it.

11/11/2025: A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨

05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋

13/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas, and they were quick to prepare, even though it was Saturday night. The pizzas were cooked perfectly, the dough melts in your mouth, light and airy around the edges. I asked for advice on a pizza, wanting to try something different. They suggested the "DELIZIOSA" pizza, which includes plenty of stracciatella, prosciutto, walnuts, olive oil, and basil. What can I say? Truly delicious, we were extremely satisfied. Kindness and courtesy accompany the deliveries.

22/08/2025: The best pizza in Puglia!! 🤩 We tried the Diavola and the Romagnola, and both were incredible. Fast and very friendly service! 100% recommended.

30/10/2025: Delicious spaghetti carbonara with plenty of bacon. Very good service. Cool, colorful chairs. Carbonara, coffee, and water for 12e.

27/10/2025: And we went by chance, on our way to Castello del Monte, a pleasant surprise, a small square with a beautiful landscape and delicious food, some orecchiette with vegetables and local sausage, super soft, well-seasoned and a lamb that was super well-cooked, not at all dry and very tender. The only flaw, the mancciatos arrived cold, I guess they put the milk in cold, but we forgive them.

16/11/2025: The restaurant is undoubtedly a unique location, with attentive service, but otherwise everything is decidedly touristy and doesn't showcase the quality of the local area. While the waiter was still taking our order, our appetizers were served, which only makes you think they were pre-made, like in a cheap canteen. The first course arrived, and believe me, I'll eat anything, but that first course was terrible: raw orecchiette, sour tomato, and everything tasteless. I don't understand where the hype about this place comes from; we were extremely disappointed, highly discouraged.

03/11/2025: Piccolo Paradiso da Mario's Restaurant, Peschici: Enchanting Views and Welcoming Service The unparalleled highlight of this restaurant is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Peschici Bay, which makes every dinner, especially at sunset, a charming and romantic experience. The atmosphere is simple and informal. The menu offers cuisine focused on fresh seafood and the flavors of the Gargano. We particularly enjoyed the carefully prepared pasta dishes and grilled fish and meat. The pizzeria is also a good option. Special praise goes to the service: the team was friendly, courteous, and helpful with all guests, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Those planning to reach the restaurant by car should be aware that, especially in high season, parking in the immediate vicinity can be extremely difficult. We recommend planning your arrival well in advance.

29/10/2025: In Peschici the last week of August, looking for a nice place for dinner on our last night, trusting the reviews we chose this restaurant. The room with a table with a spectacular view of the bay, 5 stars for sure. The service was poor (we ordered 1 liter of sparkling white wine... we received still white wine... we first pointed it out to one waitress and nothing... then to the other and nothing... then she came back to tell us they had that! Fine... but maybe they should have mentioned it when we ordered it, right?). The fact of seeing the fireplace outside the room, where they cook the fish, had raised good expectations... which however were not met. Good flavors, but nothing special. Portions: for the first courses (spaghetti with clams) ok... for the second courses (prawns, mixed grill, mixed fried fish) we have found better in other places. It's a shame because for the location it's worth it. For 4 people (1 starter, 2 first courses, 3 second courses, 1 litre of wine, 1 water and 2 cokes) we paid €142.00 including 4 place settings at €2.50 each.

11/11/2025: I'm from Bari and have been frequenting Terranima for years: it's one of the few places left where Apulian cuisine is still handmade, with authentic timing and local ingredients. Anyone who mentions "microwave" probably doesn't know what artisanal cuisine means, made with slow-cooked sauces and handmade orecchiette every morning. Nothing is improvised here: the cooking is done with love, and it shows. A place that speaks of Bari and Puglia like few others.
