20/05/2025: It is a good pizzeria with a truly excellent pizza in the variant made with whole wheat flour dough. Light dough, crumbly, crispy crust with the scent of bread, perfect cooking, top quality seasoning ingredients starting from the fruity and low-acidity extra virgin olive oil.

Unfriendly staff, an empty restaurant that refuses to accept people, pizzas but not served in the restaurant, no sir, you have to go and queue next door. In short, if this stuffy and stuffy style doesn't suit you, move on.

20/05/2025: This pizzeria is absolutely fantastic! The pizza is cooked to perfection, a unique flavor and the ingredients are always fresh. I like being able to choose the type if Bari or Neapolitan. The service is friendly and fast. A place not to be missed, especially for the cheesecake!!! 5 stars without a doubt!

16/05/2025: We went there two years ago and the dishes were DELICIOUS and original. This year, we were very disappointed because the dishes didn't live up to our expectations at all. Too bad...has this osteria been a victim of its own success and become a tourist trap?

15/05/2025: Lovely restaurant tucked into a cave. Well decorated. Believe it or not they had gluten free bread and gluten free pasta available and the staff was knowledgeable on options available.

18/05/2025: Giudamino, Cantina-Enoteca-ristorante, is the expression of a business with an associative vision. It combines the tradition of the Cantine where in the evening, at the end of work, people would meet for a collective drink with the modern-view wine bar. From the Osteria with a popular feel to the restaurant with a more ambitious perspective. It certainly has a strategic position in Piazza Commestibili and plenty of outdoor space to increase its seating capacity. We tasted a house appetizer "Giudamino", pappardelle with wild boar ragù and grilled vegetables. As tourists we had lunch and chatted with one of the owners about the previous use of the spaces of the business, and then continued our tour.

Fin dal primo momento si percepisce un’atmosfera calda, uno stile raffinato e una cura straordinaria per ogni dettaglio. L’ambiente è moderno ma accogliente, arredato con gusto e perfetto sia per una cena romantica che per un’occasione speciale. Ogni piatto è un’armonia di sapori, colori e consistenze. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla creatività nella presentazione e dall’equilibrio perfetto dei sapori. Un ringraziamento speciale al team del ristorante — il servizio è stato impeccabile: discreto, professionale e molto attento. Giudamino non è solo un ristorante, è un’esperienza che si desidera ripetere. Un must per chi apprezza la qualità, l’estetica e il vero gusto dell’Italia.

29/03/2025: Terrible service. Biblical expectations entered at 9.30pm, pizza received at 11.30pm. An abnormal amount of chips. I understand Saturday evenings but a much better organization would be needed compared to the previous management. Pizzas burnt all on the edges. I haven't been there since this summer but the problems are still there 🆘😪. I don't know, we'll see the bill soon 🤐🤐🤐

05/01/2025: We happened upon it by chance and also at the last moment but, we were welcomed and pampered until our departure, by Angelo (the owner) who showed us the beauties, the flavors and the history of his land. Splendid structure, convenient parking just outside the city but, we like it that way, excellent food in the restaurant/pizzeria with wood oven inside the structure, more comfortable than this 😋🤗

08/06/2025: We went for dinner last night. The place is excellent. We ordered the appetizers, which are several small dishes and a cold cuts and cheese board. Everything was delicious and very filling! We didn't know where to go for dinner, but this place pleasantly surprised us. They brought us the dishes little by little, and one was better than the other! The service is also noteworthy. We don't speak much Italian, and they explained the menu options calmly so we could understand. Totally recommended!

17/04/2025: The place is very nice, spacious and the staff is very friendly. The quality of the food did not seem excellent to me, starting from the decidedly tasteless marinated tuna, up to the swordfish carpaccio, soaked in vinegar to excess. I didn't mind the pizza by the slice.

12/05/2025: Buon ristorante. Diverse sale confortevoli, sia carne che pesce, servizio dinamico, prezzi alla mano, parcheggio in loco. Bere notevole da varie cantine, ottimi super alcolici vasta scelta. Struttura molto consigliata. Maggio 2025.

19/04/2025: Ristorante Fuori Porta – Una regia impeccabile tra eleganza, gusto e accoglienza Nel paese di Oria, Fuori Porta si rivela un indirizzo da segnare tra quelli da custodire con cura. L’esperienza inizia sin dall’ingresso, dove l’accoglienza si distingue per garbo, attenzione e una rara capacità di far sentire l’ospite davvero atteso. Le due sale interne, arredate con gusto sobrio e contemporaneo, raccontano una sensibilità per il dettaglio che si riflette in ogni aspetto del servizio: dalla presenza discreta ma apprezzatissima di portaborse sotto i tavoli, alla cura delle toilette, dove in quello delle signore uno specchio a figura intera rivela una premura ormai sempre più rara. Il menu si distingue per originalità e ricercatezza: ingredienti mai banali, talvolta sorprendenti, sempre ben calibrati e trattati con rispetto. I piatti, si presentano raffinati nella forma quanto generosi nel gusto, sostenuti da una materia prima di qualità eccellente. La cantina, ben fornita, spazia con intelligenza tra etichette del territorio e proposte più ampie, sempre in linea con l’identità della cucina. Una menzione doverosa va ai proprietari, la cui presenza non è mai invadente, ma decisamente centrale: raccontano i piatti con passione autentica, guidano con garbo nelle scelte e contribuiscono in modo determinante a rendere l’esperienza memorabile. In carta anche interessanti proposte di terra, a conferma di una versatilità che non tradisce coerenza. Fuori Porta è un ristorante in cui si torna volentieri — e più di una volta — certi di trovare ogni volta qualcosa in più da scoprire.
