07/08/2024: We were here again this year, it is now a fixed stop on the way back from our holidays. The Hotel is located a stone's throw from the sanctuary, equipped with a large car park, also covered. The large, bright rooms are very clean. At the reception the staff were friendly and well-prepared, but without taking anything away from the others, a round of applause goes to Giuseppe, with whom we have established a family relationship for years now. Abundant breakfast full of everything, from sweet to savory, without taking anything away from lunch and dinner, recommended by the maitre Antonio, very kind and courteous, and served with great merit by Lazzaro, Francesco and Nicola, exquisite people available for every request. What can I say, see you again next year.

11/08/2024: What must I say, an enchanting place, where you forget everything, tranquility surrounded by nature, palm trees, swimming pool. The kindness of the staff and the friendliness of the chef who comes to your table and asks you what you want are rare. Nice room with TV, air conditioning and spacious bathroom. The only flaw if I really have to is the fridge is too small and breakfast in the room where it is too hot. This is already the second time we have gone there and we will return.

13/08/2024: Prices up, quality down. Unfortunately I have to drastically revise my rating of one of my favorite places. The excellent pizza of the past is just a memory. Heavy and difficult to digest dough, watered down by mozzarella. Disproportionate waiting times. Inadequate prices, €5 for a small bowl of olives and an equally small bowl of tarallini. €8 for a bruschetta with industrial croutons. The environment remains pleasant. 3 stars of encouragement in the hope that we will return to the past. Prices up, quality down. 12/08/2024: Ci hanno portato a cena degli amici di Lecce che conoscevano questo ristorante: uno di loro ha preso la pizza, che era veramente grande! Noi abbiamo preso tutto a base di pesce: l’antipasto con il crudo di mare e l’insalata con il polpo alla piastra molto buoni, e abbondanti. Ottima anche la grigliata di pesce. Il posto bellissimo, peccato che i tavoli fuori fossero già tutti occupati.

06/08/2024: Location suggestiva ma cucina decisamente scialba e a prezzi elevati. Un’assurdità poi nel panorama di ristoranti locali dover pagare un supplemento del 14% del conto totale, in aggiunta ai coperti, per poter cenare ad agosto all’esterno e con vista mare. Si trova decisamente meglio

28/08/2024: Summer dinner that is repeated as a tradition, year after year. Cozy place, elegant but not too formal. Superb quality raw material. Fish treated with wisdom and respect. Try typical raw black mussels, purple Gallipoli prawns and the amazing natural fish carpaccio: like tasting the sea in just a few bites. Also excellent are mussels au gratin and tasty spaghetti with the catch of the day. Pairing with Chablis 2020, at the correct serving temperature. You pay what it's worth.

17/08/2024: Great moment on the gastronomic side because the restaurant has two rooms. One rather gastronomic room and the other more everyday. Beautiful traditional gourmet menu meal. Very generous and tasty dishes with explanations between each dish. I recommend for a romantic evening away from tourists 🥰

I particularly appreciated veal chops in sauce with bread meatballs Friendly Staff: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt really comfortable throughout the meal it is a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic cuisine in Alberobello in a welcoming and characteristic atmosphere.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo trascorso una serata meravigliosa. Per quanto avessimo letto alcune recensioni non lusinghiere, abbiamo deciso di trascorrere presso questo ristorante la sera del nostro anniversario. Il ristorante è piccolo e molto affascinante, soprattutto se - come nel nostro caso - si cena a uno dei tavolini sulla terrazza a picco sul mare: al tramonto, lo spettacolo è stupendo; col buio, pur non riuscendosi a vedere il mare (non vi è illuminazione verso il basso), si continua a sentire il rumore delle onde. Abbiamo optato per un menù con piatti a scelta dello chef (il ristorante propone solo due menù: uno a sorpresa e uno con piatti predefiniti; non vi è invece la possibilità di cena alla carta). La cena è stata davvero ottima. Piatti vari, non necessariamente particolarmente elaborati, ma mai scontati (e sempre decisamente buoni). Personale di sala molto cordiale e presente. Lo chef è amichevole e fa ben trasparire la propria passione.

24/08/2024: Going here is not going to a simple dinner but living an experience of pleasure for the eyes and the palate. The view of the tables overlooking the sea is extraordinary. The journey that the chef offers with his seven creations is extraordinary. The welcome and attention to detail of Mrs. Annalisa and her staff were extraordinary. Heartfelt congratulations.
