13/05/2026: Eight of us stopped by with our bikes and were greeted with a welcome welcome and were offered parking on the restaurant's veranda. The food was very good and the price was more than fair. The owner and staff were very friendly.

12/07/2026: The restaurant immediately strikes you with its splendid contrast: a modern, industrial-style interior and a vast outdoor garden filled with fragrant lemon trees. The atmosphere is magical and relaxing. The dinner was delicious. The fried foods were crispy, dry, and flavorful. The pizza was light, easy to digest, and made with excellent ingredients. An excellent selection of craft beers pairs perfectly with the pizzas. Reasonable prices and a lovely atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

11/07/2026: Truly an excellent experience! The fish was incredibly fresh, the dishes were carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the seaside location makes everything even more special. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. If you're looking for a seafood restaurant in Barletta, I highly recommend Lupo di Mare. We'll definitely be back!

I must say that my guests always enjoy it impeccably. The food is excellent quality, fresh, well-cooked, and the raw seafood... well, what am I even telling you?

09/01/2026: We were there in February. Great atmosphere, fantastic vibe, and amazing food. The price was perfectly reasonable for the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back.

11/07/2026: An evening spent with a couple of friends, planning on having pizza. The location is pleasant; we booked a table for four in the well-appointed courtyard/garden behind the restaurant. We could have ordered, if we'd wanted, seafood and meat appetizers, various first and second courses, salads, and desserts. We limited ourselves to pizzas (there's a wide selection) and one dessert each. Everything was satisfying, and the final bill seemed reasonable, considering we included draft beers, mineral water, and two glasses of good wine. What we didn't appreciate was the poor hygiene found in the restrooms. In such a busy restaurant, it would be wise to assign a member of staff to constantly monitor and clean the restrooms. It would make a better impression on the restaurant's patrons, who are admittedly numerous, including many foreigners.

06/06/2026: 5 well-deserved stars! The food at Calvi Ristorante is truly delicious; every dish is carefully crafted, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff is always friendly and professional, and makes you feel immediately at ease. A special thanks to the chef, a truly humble, helpful, and exceptionally kind person. You can tell he's passionate about what he does, and the results show in the dishes. It's always a confirmation: excellent food, a beautiful atmosphere, and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

10/05/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. Extremely slow service and unprofessional staff, with organization that left much to be desired. It's unthinkable that in a Michelin-starred restaurant, orders are taken on simple post-it notes, giving the impression of total disarray and lack of customer service. The quality of the desserts was also unacceptable: we ordered tiramisu, and it arrived practically warm and completely melted. Such a detail is truly unfortunate for a restaurant that demands high standards. Furthermore, the atmosphere was completely absent: no music the entire evening. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the music wasn't turned on until 1:00 AM, making the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. The prices were exorbitantly high for the quality of service and the overall experience. Absolutely not up to the reputation it claims to have. We definitely won't be returning.

20/05/2026: The road to get there is a bit complicated but the place is great, even without a reservation they let us sit, the person I was with and I had 2 types of pasta which were very generous and very good and then for dessert we were hoping for a pistachio cake but it wasn't available, we had the chocolate one which was also excellent!!!

16/04/2026: A truly fantastic restaurant. You'd never guess it was a restaurant. We ordered the set menu and it was absolutely delicious. Amazing antipasti made with local produce, followed by two different pasta dishes and a mixed grill. Everything was superb. We could barely manage dessert. Top-notch!

21/05/2026: I didn't like the panzerotti because they're small and the dough is thin, but they're easy to digest because they're not greasy. The panzerotti's seasoning isn't noticeable because the cured meats (e.g., salami and mortadella) are diced (except for the panzerotto with capocollo). Prices are reasonable (a panzerotto averages €3-4), except for the panzerotto with capocollo and stracciatella. The latter, ONLY because it was filled cold and served open, costs €8 (basically the same as a pizza). Service is poor because you can't afford to pay a €3 cover charge for: 1) the table is so close to the others that you can't move (we were in the outdoor dining area); 2) paper placemats like the ones in the cafeteria and napkin holders like the ones at the bar downstairs; 3) A waiter (a very young man who perhaps didn't want to work) first asked us what we'd ordered (is that our business?), then took away our dirty plates and cutlery but didn't give us clean cutlery for the other courses. Generally, the waiters were helpful but unsmiling. I usually check reviews and prices before choosing a place, but unfortunately this time I mistakenly followed other people's advice.

06/04/2026: I went there because it was recommended by relatives in the area. It's an excellent seafood restaurant on the main street of Santa Maria al Bagno. I found the fish to be very fresh and well-prepared. The service was very attentive. You can eat à la carte or choose from the tasting menus. Recommended for seafood lovers. Prices are reasonable.

04/04/2026: A sophisticated restaurant located in an elegant historic residence overlooking the sea. The decor and service are meticulously crafted. Excellent food quality and exquisite presentation. This isn't our first time here, and each time is a pleasant experience. The friendliness and cleanliness are a constant. It's become a go-to for me. Parking is paid only during the summer months, and you can park on the street. We didn't have to wait because we had reserved a table.

24/06/2026: Everything was perfect, except for three things: 1) The initial aperitifs have the drinks portion quite far away, at the end of the table, while the food is in the area under the sun. 2) The confetti table isn't served in the evening with the favors, but rather in the mid-afternoon. 3) You need to be careful about the 35% surprise at the end.
