The food is very good. And it can't be otherwise, especially when you choose a rotisserie, where, at the meat counter, you can choose whatever you want, with high-quality products and careful preparation. I was there a month ago, and the atmosphere, while not particularly airy, is just right...just a stone's throw from the historic center.

This place was recommended to me for its quality and refined atmosphere. I really wanted to try your delicacies, but it wasn't possible. I felt like I was being watched from head to toe, though... and I found something else, and the great thing about Martina Franca is that there's so much to discover. Long live Martina Franca.

An excellent grill restaurant, excellent meats, and a wide selection! The intimate dining room has just a few tables, and the beautiful old-fashioned stone decor is spotless and clean.

Family dinner to celebrate an anniversary. Everything was excellent: from the welcome, to the service, to the quality and exquisite flavor of the dishes. We had a platter of cured meats and cheeses as an appetizer, a mixed roast with various meat specialties, and a side of delicious potatoes.
I highly recommend it. Kudos to the entire staff at Granaldi Grilleria!
