03/06/2025: Excellent trattoria, and very “classic”. Food & wine menu are written by hand, always a good sign. Go with local dishes, ask the waiting staff for a wine pairing, and again, go local. You can’t miss. We explained broadly what we don’t like, and we were recommended a lovely bottle of Nebbiolo, nothing crazy @ €20 but just perfect for our spontaneous meal. Would definitely help to speak a little Italian just to be respectful, I can’t rate the ease of English translation as we ordered in Italian. Excellent, and honest.

19/05/2025: Frequentiamo La Stadera da tempo, ed è sempre un piacere tornare. Il servizio è impeccabile e il personale davvero straordinario: gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Rosa, la proprietaria, che con la sua simpatia e cordialità riesce sempre a farci sentire come a casa. Un episodio in particolare ci ha colpiti: la domenica della festa della mamma eravamo a pranzo e, purtroppo, c’era un tavolo molto rumoroso accanto al nostro. Non riuscivamo nemmeno a conversare. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di poter essere spostati e lo staff, con estrema disponibilità e professionalità, ha subito trovato una soluzione, mortificato per l’accaduto anche se non era minimamente colpa loro. Un gesto che dimostra quanto tengano al benessere dei clienti. Siamo davvero felici di aver trovato un posto così accogliente, dove il buon cibo si sposa con l’ospitalità e la gentilezza. Assolutamente consigliato!

12/05/2025: La prima volta in anni e anni di frequentazione di ristoranti di livello, e non, che mi capita una situazione del genere. Premessa: si è vero, eravamo in 15 persone e ovviamente un po di voci alte, risate ci sono state ma sempre con il RISPETTO. Ma proprio il rispetto, CHE CONSIDERO UNA COSA FONDAMENTALE PER UN RISTORATORE VERSO I PROPRI CLIENTI, è venuto a mancare in un modo imbarazzante, quando ad una mia carissima amica, la cameriera(forse titolare), si è permessa, davanti a tutti, di uscirsene con questa frase : "tu sei la vergogna delle donne". Mi piace sottolineare che non ha veramente fatto nulla, se non alzare la mano per ordinare. Veramente inaccettabile. E, da persona corretta che sono, voglio puntualizzare che i piatti erano di qualità e buoni. È veramente inaccettabile sentire determintate parole. Ci siamo rimasti veramente male. Forse bisognerebbe imparare le basi della ristorazione: rispetto ed educazione verso i clienti che comunque pagano. E si, possono essere anche troppo "allegri" e con le voci alte, come siamo stati noi. Ma non è accettabile.

30/05/2025: Overall, the service unfortunately ruined the evening. Long waits, no interaction, tables left uncleared... We were looking forward to an enjoyable evening – but were sadly disappointed. Eternities passed between courses without anyone informing us about the status of our food or apologizing for the long wait. When we asked, the staff reacted with reserve – no explanation, no apology. The service itself also left a lot to be desired: The tables didn't seem to be assigned to a specific waiter, and no one felt truly responsible. There was no interaction with us, no introduction to the dishes, no asking if we were enjoying them – the absolute minimum of attention was missed. Even more irritating: Several tables directly next to us remained full of half-empty plates, half-baked bread, and used dishes throughout the entire evening – a sight that definitely didn't add to the atmosphere. The most comical thing was that the male waiter opened a bottle of wine at the next table and simply tossed the cap listlessly onto the uncleaned table... The food: The steak tartare starter was excellent – ​​finely seasoned and very attractively presented. The pasta, on the other hand, was disappointing: neither particularly flavorful nor served with the fresh truffle, as hoped. The main course – meat with truffle – was solid, but here too, the truffle fell far short of our expectations. The dessert, a panna cotta, was unfortunately unbalanced in consistency and flavor – the extremely sweet sauce couldn't save the rather bland cream.

30/05/2025: Unfortunately, this was by far the worst dining experience we’ve had in Italy. The restaurant might have a minimal and elegant look at first glance, but what happened inside was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the service staff seemed visibly tense and disorganized. We opted for the tasting menu, but had to wait over 50 minutes between each course. Not once were the dishes explained or introduced properly, which is the bare minimum one would expect from any restaurant offering a tasting menu. The table next to ours, visible in the photos, remained uncleared throughout the evening. Instead of resetting it, the staff used it as a dumping ground for empty plates, used corks, and random leftovers. During wine service, the wine was spilled directly onto our table. The staff simply wiped it off without saying a single word. As for the food: the tartare starter was quite tasty, but the truffle pasta was bland, characterless, and entirely forgettable. The third course, a meat dish, arrived completely overcooked—dry and charred around the edges. Portions in the tasting menu were so small they bordered on laughable. In hindsight, ordering a single full-sized dish would’ve made far more sense—though coming to this restaurant in the first place clearly didn’t. And finally, dessert. The panna cotta was a disaster. It had lost all shape and collapsed to one side of the plate like a puddle. It looked and tasted like unset cream. To make matters worse, they clearly noticed the issue and tried to cover it up by smothering it with some chocolate sauce. Honestly, I’ve had better desserts from a supermarket. Maybe this place went downhill after being listed in the Michelin guide. But based on what we experienced tonight, I can’t understand how they made it onto the list in the first place.

08/06/2025: Restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a beautiful garden in an interior courtyard. Very responsive staff and excellent food. We will definitely return. The tagliatelle al tartufo is succulent.

We had not only the classic Piedmontese dishes but also fish-based dishes. The restaurant is very chic, with attention to detail. The staff was very kind and super helpful. Highly recommended.

02/06/2025: Really good food. Vitello tonnato as rarely found. Original, and good, the ravioli al tavolo, as mum made them. Tajarin worthy. Fiocco good, but not very good. Ice cream, good but above all Chartreuse out of this world! In the serving some small things that could be improved but overall, it's worth it.

Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park. A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!

25/06/2025: Went last week, guys, is it possible to have a red pizza that is not the usual margherita or buffalo? The pizza is good but you lose the desire to go if you don't find something you're interested in on the menu, it's no coincidence that I really struggled to choose what to get, obviously the decision fell on a white pizza. In addition, the place is not air conditioned, after a day of walking in the center the customer should find a minimum of refreshment and not eat a hot pizza, in the heat and maybe even with the addition of a beer. A pity, the dough is good.
