18/08/2025: My wife and I had lunch last Saturday at this restaurant, where we've been before. As on other occasions, it was a truly satisfying experience. We opted for two four-course tasting menus, requesting a change to the appetizer, accompanied by a bottle of Roero Arneis from Negro. The amuse bouche alone were worth the trip! Then, the appetizer, which we chose instead of the tomato puree included in the menu, was an excellent "Hokkaido scallop, kiwi, green apple, and avocado." This complex dish successfully balanced the various flavors, although, based on personal taste, we expected the scallop to dominate, which instead was lost. The first course was the "24-month-aged Parmigiano buttons, clams, and mint consommé": what can we say other than that this will be one of the dishes we'll remember for a long time? A dish that reveals meticulous attention to detail: exceptional veal and mint consommé. On the palate, the button accompanied by clams, and the consommé is perfect in the balance of such diverse flavors, all perfectly balanced. A dish you wish would never end, and it almost moved me. For the main course, "Amberjack, garden zucchini, and Livorno-style caciucco," featuring amberjack perfectly grilled, accompanied by a bisque that recalls the flavors of the caciucco, and various versions of zucchini from their garden. The pre-dessert was excellent: chopped strawberries marinated in three different vinegars, placed on a sort of basil cream and covered with sheep's milk ricotta topped with tomato powder, all accompanied by a very unique and delicious juice, the fruit of a long preparation. Truly delicious, as was the dessert, "Yuzu curd and exotic fruits," a truly exquisite creation. The small pastries accompanying the coffees (four ingenious reinterpretations of four desserts, including bonet, pavlova, and lollypop) were the perfect complement to a journey that allowed us to reach the end without feeling weighed down. A special mention goes to the young man who supervised us, who we can reasonably expect to have a bright future in the often-underestimated art of service. As for the cuisine, it's not our place to celebrate Chef Musso, but our thanks and best wishes for the future go to the sous chef, who gave us the opportunity to delve deeper into the conception of the dishes and who was interested in our opinions. The tasting menu costs €90, and in my unquestionable opinion, it's worth every penny once you understand the work that goes into these creations. We'll be back again and again ❤️

16/08/2025: We dined at the restaurant and the chefs took us on a journey from Piedmont to other countries of their imagination. The chefs came to present each dish to us! What simplicity, what magnificent cuisine, simple and inventive. The tomato, an amazing dish! What a joy! What a beautiful place and such attentive staff. We will definitely return to this magical place!

09/08/2025: I came for lunch a few days ago. The pizza was excellent; I really liked it; it was well-topped, soft but not overly so. The plus is that they have a wide variety of pizzas, many of them unique. I'd like to come back to try more; they seem to change seasonally. I also had dessert, which I approved. I recommend the place; the prices are a little high, but overall, that's fair given the quality of the ingredients.

21/07/2025: So delicious!!! We shared a fried focaccia with prosciutto, arugula, and buffalo mozzarella as an appetizer. It was crispy, dry, and flavorful, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Then it was on to the pizzas, starting with the option of creating a custom pizza with all the individual ingredients priced individually, or choosing from a wide selection of options, some with unusual and delicious combinations. I tried the whole-grain dough, which was well-risen and well-poured, with a punch of flavor and aroma. I tried all four pizzas and had a hard time choosing my favorite (perhaps the one with the salami also wins). A homemade digestif with mountain herbs was offered. Recommended—in fact, why would you miss out?

27/08/2025: A clean and well-maintained trattoria, excellent food (traditional Piedmontese dishes with some creative, very successful twists!), and friendly staff; the cool back room is fabulous in the summer!

22/08/2025: The menu is just the way I like it. A few dishes, but carefully prepared. The braised meat is excellent. The selection of local cheeses is amazing. Good wine list. I really appreciated the option of a traditional menu, with four courses, the same as those available individually on the à la carte menu, but at a very attractive price. Stefania

04/09/2025: We cannot understand a single one of the negative reviews. This was the best meal on our holiday so far. The food was all excellent, all the dishes were tasty and well balanced. We had Goats cheese salad, bruschetta with burrata, ham and peaches, to start. Then ravioli and octopus taglioni. All so good my partner went back and ordered the seared octopus off the starters again. We both also enjoyed desserts. If we had another night here I’m sure we would be back. Thank you.

13/08/2025: Food is ok but service is bad. We were sentes in a very hot part of the terrace, when some guests in a cooler placé left we asked the waitress if we could change table (we didnt start eating yet, Didnt even order) and while looking annoyed she said it’s reserved. Of course it wasnt, they didnt even clean that table and no customer came. Also she made a mistake in taking the order and i did tint receive what I ordered. Overall not nice staff, no smiles nothing, just the feeling that we are bothering them.

24/08/2025: We ate very well. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. The waiters were quick and polite.

04/09/2025: La botte Stresa, a refined and stylish place, small and welcoming, the owner Matilde is always sunny, the staff and dining room are well-trained, the cuisine is delicious and will make you lose your mind.

21/08/2025: I had dinner at this pizzeria on Monday evening. Although it was very busy, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The whole-grain pizza was really delicious!

09/09/2025: Incredible welcome; they immediately upgraded us to a nicer room with a wonderful view of the hills. Everyone was incredibly kind; they even let us stay by the pool after checkout. Parking was also very convenient. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and the complimentary coffee and water were not a given. We will definitely be back; the property and pool are located high up, and the view is truly breathtaking. Everything was perfect, truly compliments. Peace and tranquility reign supreme.

28/07/2025: Amazing views, great service and delicious food. The knife cut tajarin with tomato sauce, basil and fresh herbs was outstanding for such an uncomplicated dish. Staff at the restaurant and hotel were helpful and very friendly. We loved our stay there while we toured the area sampling the wines and cuisine.

17/08/2025: Given that I'm Lombard, my wife and I happened to be there on the evening of August 15, 2025. This restaurant, located in the center of Turin, is down-to-earth and simple, offering traditional Piedmontese dishes. The portions are generous, the flavors are excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The restrooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and multilingual. We left satisfied; if I ever return to the city, I'll definitely remember them.

15/08/2025: I was pleasantly surprised at this place. The service was excellent and the food delicious. I tried the plim and bunet. Everything was very good quality and tasty. I recommend this place for traditional Piedmontese food.

13/07/2025: We had lunch at this agriturismo and were more than satisfied. Typical Piedmontese dishes cooked with passion, generous portions, authentic flavors: everything was truly excellent! We immediately felt at ease, as if we were at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can feel a family atmosphere, simple yet meticulously maintained. The value for money is excellent; it's hard to ask for more. A huge compliment to Marco and Eleonora, professional and attentive in everything from the cuisine to the service. A truly worthy place, we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to rediscover the true flavors of the region in a genuine and relaxed setting. We'll definitely be back!
