Eight of us had a menu to choose from.
All the dishes were very good.
The pesto-filled gnocchi remain my favorite.
This is the menu we tried:
Fassona Beef Tartare and Veal with Tuna Sauce
Risotto with Robiola di Roccaverano, Gavi reduction
Beef Cheek Braised in Gavi, Local Mashed Potatoes
Creamy Cream Gelato and its Appetizers
Excellent service, very pleasant atmosphere overlooking the vineyards. Extensive wine list, though missing Franciacorta and Trento DOC.
The only complaint is the length of the lunch. Three hours is too long, in my opinion...
06/11/2025: Very nice venue. The food is up to par, with some highlights. Service, unfortunately, depends on the room you're seated in and the staff available on the day.

12/03/2026: I found it by chance, drawn by the exterior, which reminded me of old taverns where the food was excellent. I wasn't wrong; the place is very welcoming, the staff friendly, and the young woman who served us was very nice. Extensive menu, excellent food. We'll definitely be back!
09/03/2026: A pleasant discovery in a very quaint and youthful area of Turin, definitely worth a visit! The dishes were all delicious, and the prices were commensurate with the quality. We were a large group, adults and children alike. We were served well and quickly. We were able to sample several items on the menu, and everything was truly delicious. Highly recommended!

04/01/2026: A beautiful lunch with a view on New Year's Day.
We were pleasantly surprised by everything, from the very elegant location to the quality of the products we ate. The meats were excellent, and the appetizers were equally good. We appreciated the welcome and the attention shown to our dog.
The staff was friendly and attentive.
Even though we didn't order dessert, they still brought us some small pastries to accompany our coffee.
We will definitely be back...and have already recommended it to friends!

13/03/2026: Great restaurant in the charming town of Domodossola. Reservations are highly recommended, but since I was alone, they still had a nice table for me in the cellar.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an unbeatable menu.
16 euros for a starter and main course, including a carafe of wine—you really don't find that everywhere anymore. Together with an espresso and a bottle of water, the whole thing came to 20 euros.
The Carbonara was good, and the beef even better. I am not a big fan of polenta, but this was one of the better ones out there.
Next time, I would love to come back for the fish (as that is what La Meridiana is known for).
11/02/2026: We stopped here for lunch while passing through. There was a bit of a wait because it was crowded, with tables already reserved and us, rightfully so. The staff was friendly and helpful, professional, and attentive. Some dishes were very good, like the truffle pasta dish and gnocchi, and the portions were generous. The prices were fairly reasonable. Nice family-run business. I can't comment on the rooms.

The service, however, was truly poor.
I was with a friend in a wheelchair and didn't experience the kindness and attentiveness from the staff that I consider essential in such situations.

28/02/2026: High expectations not met, in fact. Let's start from the beginning. Is this a Piedmontese restaurant? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Not because of the food, much less because of the price (a first course is €15, a second course €25). But okay, I'll accept it. At least the food is good? Disappointed here too. I ordered à la carte and got the hazelnut cake with chocolate, but it tasted like old hazelnuts. A terrible experience, I'm surprised people from Turin return to this restaurant.

28/02/2026: The atmosphere was extremely pleasant! I was disappointed with the service in Turin, but the guys in this restaurant were impeccable. Excellent service and attitude, bravo! The food there is extremely pleasant, fresh and filling. We did not expect the prices to be so reasonable. We are very satisfied and on our next visit we will definitely visit it again!!!
27/02/2026: We enjoyed a truly wonderful meal here this evening. It started with the simple reservation process, followed by a very warm welcome from a young, dedicated team. The ambiance is modern yet stylishly reminiscent of simple Piedmontese traditions. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the wine list impressive.

This is our second time here, and we will definitely keep coming back. They have a wide variety of high-quality dishes, both sweet and savory. The variety of pizzas is impressive, and they are so delicious!
