24/12/2025: I made a reservation by phone and was greeted charmingly by Chloe, who directed me to a table I immediately liked. The menu is traditional Piedmontese, but with some unique offerings, such as "Chlorophyll Snails" and "Rabbit Buttons...". There's a wide selection of desserts. Martina and Chloe offer prompt service with courtesy, professionalism, and charm. Virginia (the owner's daughter), brisk and efficient at the cash register, offers me a fragrant souvenir. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's bright and clean, just the way I like it. My personal observations: the mushroom risotto was slightly salty, and the dessert (meringue, cream, candied fruit, chocolate chips) was too sweet for my taste. Overall, I was satisfied. I'll be back.

17/12/2025: Today by chance I stopped in Cherasco and went to eat at the Torre and I wanted to tell you something: whoever passes by here should try to go and eat and you will be satisfied in every way. Compliments to the staff and the Chef.

The food is top-quality, with attention to detail and exceptional flavor. The prices are more than fair for the quality offered, which is far from a given. An absolutely positive experience, I will definitely be back and I recommend it without a doubt!

21/12/2025: A superb experience in a stunning location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the cuisine is truly delicious, featuring traditional yet elevated flavors, like the bunet (a pasta dish) prepared (almost!) like our great-grandmother used to make. The tagliolini with truffle won over most of the guests. Homemade pasta, prepared and cooked to perfection, and a generous helping of delicious truffle. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

09/01/2026: One of our two favorite pizzerias in San Salvario, where we always love to return. Good dough, excellent toppings, always very friendly staff, a selection of beers, not just industrial-strength ones, and prices that haven't yet skyrocketed like at other pizzerias in Turin. The only small drawback is that it's a bit chilly inside in the winter, and the lighting also makes it a bit chilly. A couple of degrees more heating and some warmer lights would create a more welcoming atmosphere, and we'd want to eat there more often, rather than takeout. :)

30/12/2025: We had a portion of paella for dinner. It was quite good for Italy, and a generous portion. We also had a selection of hams as an appetizer and crema catalana for dessert. And the service was excellent.

04/01/2026: A beautiful lunch with a view on New Year's Day. We were pleasantly surprised by everything, from the very elegant location to the quality of the products we ate. The meats were excellent, and the appetizers were equally good. We appreciated the welcome and the attention shown to our dog. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even though we didn't order dessert, they still brought us some small pastries to accompany our coffee. We will definitely be back...and have already recommended it to friends! Congratulations.

Being a real pain in the ass, I asked a lot of questions, driven by curiosity and the deliciousness of the dishes, and the staff always answered me attentively and thoughtfully.

We shared a chat over prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella; I chose the Milanese cutlet, while my two coworkers opted for mushroom risotto and baked sea bream. Generous portions, both for the main courses and the side dishes. Excellent value.

08/12/2025: I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant a couple of years ago and had a wonderful time: excellent food, excellent service, everything perfect. I wanted to return today, so I called and was very kindly told they would keep the kitchen open for me. Unfortunately, I had a setback and wasn't able to make it. They tried calling me, but when they couldn't get through, they also sent me a WhatsApp message to kindly let me know the kitchen was on hold for me. The service is excellent: courtesy and respect for the customer are clearly core values ​​for them. The cuisine is truly top-quality. Highly recommended.
