27/10/2025: Class is not water! Impeccable service; comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful dishes, but above all, delicious! Good value, considering prices around. Excellent raw seafood, very fresh. An experience worth repeating and pleasantly unforgettable! Thank you.

20/10/2025: We stopped at this restaurant for lunch during a stopover. The panissa was excellent, surpassed only by the speed and service of the waiters. Booking a table online also worked very well.

29/08/2025: We spent a fabulous day, a truly spectacular place with well-prepared and very good cuisine. A spectacle.

23/08/2025: A perfect dinner. Everything was truly delicious and high-quality, from appetizer to dessert. The hazelnut-crusted sirloin steak deserves special mention: it was exquisite and melted in the mouth. The selection of local cheeses was also very tasty. The service was relaxed and pleasant. The dining room has a stunning view, and if you go at sunset, it's even more worth it.

04/11/2025: My partner and I went there for lunch yesterday. It was a fantastic place with a spectacular view. The host was friendly and very knowledgeable, and the dishes were sublime! Highly recommended, especially for its location, nestled in the beautiful Langhe hills.

26/08/2025: What a great restaurant, run by the loveliest family. Outside you enjoy a typical Piedmont view, and inside you sit in a charming old ruin. The family is truly exceptional – wonderful cooking, warm hospitality and great advice on both wine and food. We stayed in the Castello next to the restaurant and were lucky enough to eat here three times. We look back on it with great joy. Grazie!

21/06/2025: È stata una cena squisita sulla terrazza con vista. Siamo partiti da un antipasto leggero di pesce (fettine di spada e tonno) e tortino di melanzane, per passare ai primi dal gusto delicato (gnocchetti e ravioli), a seguire i secondi di carne (brasato e agnello) ma anche il salmone in crosta di sesamo. Abbiamo concluso il tutto con dei desserts ottimi. Il tutto accompagnato da un buonissimo barbera e dalla cortesia e simpatia del proprietario. L'impiattamento molto elegante ci ha permesso di assaporare il cibo dedicandogli il giusto tempo.

Consuelo, meanwhile, is a very attentive and friendly maître d', yet capable of giving each guest space and privacy. A shining example of professionalism and love for the cuisine and the local area. 05/10/2025: We were there last night to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. Mario welcomed us and looked after us throughout the dinner, professionally, discreetly, and kindly. His advice was excellent. All the fish was cooked and raw. There were 12 of us (including 5 young people). We had a wonderful time. The fish was excellent, in a refined and very well-kept setting. I forgot. We also drank very well. Perhaps a little too much... but not overdoing it. We will definitely be back. Compliments to Chef Peter. Thank you for helping make this evening unique.

30/09/2025: The staff are friendly and attentive, and they speak several languages. The quality of the food is very good-I especially enjoyed the Kabab. It was a little dry for my taste, but they quickly brought me some butter and it was perfect. The design is cosy and creates a pleasant atmosphere for dining. It is a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!

19/10/2025: Booked with The Fork and applied the discount correctly. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is good, but for my taste, the cacio e pepe was too salty, and I wouldn't recommend putting salad under the fried fish. While it's tasty and well-prepared, it's hot and overcooks it, making it unsightly. I think the outdoor seating is too small for the number of tables. The price includes the discount.

15/10/2025: Delicious pizza with many, many choices and can even add your own ingredients. Our waitress seemed to speak excellent English, but miffed on our wine order making it all a bit difficult. But we got the bottle we ordered - delicious! - and had a great time with the wonderful food.

11/05/2025: Un sapiente mix di tradizione e innovazione, partendo da materie prime di eccellenza, piatti deliziosi. Carta dei vini di notevole livello. Ambiente piacevole, cortesia, professionalità. Sicuramente ci tornerò per esplorare tutto il menù.

09/05/2025: Locale che parla da solo appena ci mettete piede .. ad attendervi c’è la super Simona .. una cameriera bellissima e molto efficiente.. locale curato nei minimi particolari anche il bagno profumato .. mai sentito una cosa del genere .. attesa giusta e poi si parte con dei piatti che non si possono descrivere ma c’è solo da provare .. eravamo in 4 abbiamo preso 4 antipasti e 4 secondi .. dolci 2 vini e acqua .. poi grappe e caffè .. tot. 82,50 a testa .. prezzo onesto per la qualità e il servizio offerto .. simpatica anche la titolare che si è fermata x qualche minuto a parlare con noi … provatelo perchè qua si mangia da dio .. ovviamente accettano carta e fanno fattura..

12/10/2025: My husband and I dined at this restaurant yesterday, October 11, 2025. Let me start by saying that we don't usually leave negative reviews, as we deeply respect the work of those who work in the restaurant industry. However, we feel it's our duty to inform the owner that last night's dinner was significantly below expectations and not in line with previous reviews. The welcome entrée was bland; given that it was a complimentary dish, it could easily be overlooked. The fondue, considered alone, might have been decent, but the pairing with cardoon seemed forced and lacking in harmony. The addition of truffle, rather than enhancing the dish, added nothing. The tajarin were average for a typical tourist restaurant, with no particular highlights. Unfortunately, we didn't even manage to finish the main course. Added to this is the rather clumsy handling of the truffle: slices about 1 mm thick, cut with a slicer and scattered carelessly, so much so that shavings ended up on the table. We're sincerely sorry to have to write these words, but we left the restaurant with the feeling that someone else was in the kitchen instead of the chef, perhaps in his absence. We hope this feedback can help bring attention to the quality standards, in line with the prestige the restaurant has built over time.
