24/01/2026: We were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is informal yet warm and welcoming. The wait staff is attentive and ready to accommodate our every request. Let's start with the appetizers: a Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare accompanied by delicious caramelized onions. For our first course, we tried their ravioli, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite. To conclude, the quality-price ratio is balanced. Highly recommended if you're passing through Chivasso!

19/11/2025: The hotel has a great location by the lake, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They're very fond of children and dogs. Our dog was allowed everywhere in the hotel. The small green area by the gravel parking lot is lovely for watching the sunset in the evening. However: the food is way too expensive. The portions are so tiny. €15 for spaghetti with tomato sauce and burrata cheese, and then you get such an incredibly small portion. My partner's meal wasn't much bigger, but it was even more expensive. There are stairs everywhere, which makes it very difficult with a stroller, especially if you want to go to breakfast. Not every baby can sit in the IKEA car seat they offer for that long. Of course, you could leave the stroller in the room, but that's really inconvenient for very young children. Breakfast is the same every single day. And I mean exactly the same. Two or three types of cold cuts, two or three types of cheese, two types of rolls and toast... and the coffee wasn't exactly the best. A shame for Italy... Unfortunately, the dishes were often dirty and the scrambled eggs were often cold. The Wi-Fi in the room was very poor. Streaming was impossible. Which isn't exactly normal in 2022. Not everyone watches ZDF and ARD. The rooms were also very noisy. We prayed every night that our baby wouldn't cry for the sake of the other guests. Luckily, it didn't. Cleanliness was good, so we can't complain about that. The fold-out bed in the room was loose. We only noticed because something fell off and we had to open it. I wouldn't want to sleep on it; it would definitely tip over. Generally, quite a few things were worn or had defects. Regarding the location: if you want to go into town, you have to walk about 200 meters along the road because there's no sidewalk. There is a small strip of grass, but it's no help with a stroller. For cyclists, however, the hotel is a great starting point for a ride around the lake or other routes. ... If you're traveling without a baby and a dog, you can find a few days of peace and quiet at this hotel. Unfortunately, it wasn't for us.

30/10/2025: This hotel is perfect. The staff is lovely. The restaurant is really very good and child-friendly (children's menus and high chairs). Ideal location.

01/02/2026: The place is small but welcoming. I gave it 3 stars because it's really chaotic. We were near the cash register and constantly found people crowded around our table. The waiters are friendly, but the service is really slow because they also do takeout, and in fact, we saw many more dishes coming out for those than for those in the dining room. We had the mixed meatballs and gyros; the flavors didn't remind me much of Greece, but everything was good. Prices were a little high. I would go back.

30/01/2026: The pita gyros was amazing. I had a sore throat, but after eating it, it healed me. Highly recommended!

12/02/2026: A very beautiful and well-kept restaurant in the heart of San Salvario. We ordered four pizzas, delicious; the cuisine is worth trying. Three stars for the service; there was a mix-up with our orders, resulting in the wrong pizzas arriving, and one of the four arrived at the table after the others. Prices are above average, a bit expensive considering how much we ate.

26/01/2026: The pizzas combine local ingredients, are original, and very good. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, with warm lighting and paintings on the walls. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. I often attend the jazz evenings on Monday nights; the musicians are always very good. It's nice to eat pizza while listening to live music, and you can even keep your voices low during the performance.

14/01/2026: The bill isn't a surprise, but we'd prefer it to be less salty. The food is expertly prepared. Fantastic location.

08/03/2026: Well this was quite lovely. On looking for somewhere to eat on our first night in town, we walked in on the off chance and struck lucky. Food was excellent and although the wine choice is amazingly long, we stuck to the house wine, which was very good. Very smart inside and good attentive service. Definitely very good quality food.

07/03/2026: We visited from the UK a couple of days ago, and chose this restaurant when out sightseeing for it's quirky menu options. I had salmon and swapped the lentils for ratatouille and my husband had the Zebra!!! The service was brilliant, one waiter spoke perfect English and explained the menu well. The food was cooked well and delicious. Thanks for a great experience.
