21/09/2025: Yes, the food is good overall; the pizza is the best in Imola. One of the waiters is particularly friendly; the only problem is that sometimes around 10 pm, everyone seems ready to leave, and it can feel awkward to ask for dessert (if you can find a waiter who cares).

20/09/2025: Finally, a restaurant that makes you feel at home! Authentic cuisine, generous portions, and staff who welcome you with a smile. Ideal for an evening with family or friends. Clean place. That's very important to me.

11/10/2025: This hotel is not as advertised. There is no air conditioning in the offseason. If known prior to booking I would have made reservations at a different accommodation. However this was not communicated in person or online. Our room was at 26 degrees Celsius (79 Fahrenheit) in October which is not acceptable with no circulating air. I placed my complaint with that staff and they assure this would be corrected. However it was not. We were told to open the window (that does not fully open) and to use the fan and that most guests prefer 23 degrees Celsius which is not what it is set at. I will be requesting a full refund due to the fact that there is no air conditioning available during the off season despite advertised amenities. For an accommodation located at the “pearl of the lake” I expected more. Especially considering the price. Save you efforts and book elsewhere.

15/11/2025: A very cozy restaurant. The design features antique stucco elements, delicious food, and excellent service. The staff is attentive. Lunch for three with wine and beer cost us €115.

05/10/2025: There are many average reviews of this restaurant on Google and TripAdvisor. I have no idea why. The restaurant is charming and my pasta dishes one of the best I've ever had. Many locals eat here. Don't hesitate, just go and enjoy

04/01/2026: My wife and I stopped for a nice hot chocolate. We paid, my wife got up but didn't get a pair of gloves from the table. We walked 100 meters away. I went back and told them I had left the gloves on the table near the cup, but they said they were gone! All this in 2 minutes. SHAMEFUL! I would have given you €10 for a pair of gloves.

03/01/2026: We were there on January 1st, 2026, around 6 pm: two adults, one baby, and one child (6 years old). We had pizza Margherita, two tagliatelle, one vegetable soup, and one shrimp dish. Today is January 3rd, 2026, and we are all feeling very, very bad. My wife has been sick for two days, and we are now going to the emergency room. Our youngest child (6 years old) vomited in the car on January 1st, 2026, during our drive to Switzerland, at a rest stop, and has diarrhea and stomach cramps. I have no idea what's wrong, but everything was fine until we went to the restaurant, and my wife is also a nurse. The baby (10 months old) has also vomited twice and has been crying constantly for two days. It's catastrophic. We didn't feel anything when we ate, but after four hours, it hit us all, and now it's been two days.

15/01/2026: I've eaten here several times. The location is beautiful, but the staff and menu aren't always up to par, especially considering the rather high quality/price ratio. I recommend paying more attention to customer orders and improving the quality of the dishes.

03/01/2026: I booked a table for six through The Fork, which required me to choose a fixed-price menu and provide a credit card guarantee, with the warning that, even if I changed my reservation, they could hold my money. The location is stunning, elegantly furnished and overlooking the lake. The quality of the food is unquestionable: the seafood salad, scialatielli, and salmon are excellent. The crème brulee is exquisite. Unfortunately, the service is in the hands of young, mostly foreign, waiters who aren't up to the task of catering to the restaurant and the cuisine. The main courses arrived before the first courses, and one of the main courses was missing. But the real highlight came when I got the bill, when instead of having a fixed-price menu, as advertised when booking, I paid à la carte.

21/10/2025: Food and service were outstanding. Not to mention the stunning view. My husband and I went there for a coffee at first and the staff was so lovely we decided to go back for brunch. After that we went back for dinner. We just couldn't get enough of this place. We had a 3 weeks vacation driving around Italy and our experience at Terraza was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The dinner we had was comparable to a Michelin star restaurant. Andrea and Nico were lovely and offered impeccable service. Looking forward to my next Lake Como trip.

31/12/2025: We came unannounced for New Year's Eve dinner. We were welcomed immediately. The food and wine were excellent. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Highly recommended!

13/10/2025: Trattoria San Giacomo is the place you find yourself at after you’ve failed to make dinner reservations elsewhere. The wait isn’t too bad. You are in the prettiest part of Bellagio and they offer pillows that you can sit down on as you wait on the stairs. They try their best to accommodate everyone and the staff is very communicative about timing. The food is not great. Perhaps some dishes are good, but overall not great. I decided to keep it simple—I ordered the pasta dish of the day which was a mushroom pasta and the fresh ricotta and spinach ravioli in sage and butter sauce. The pasta dish with mushrooms was so bad that I had them replace it, which they were kind enough to do with no charge. The mushrooms were boiled, tasteless and soggy. The pasta was served with the boiling water it came with, or that’s what I’m assuming as it was clear and bland. The ricotta ravioli on the other hand was good. Good, but not great. This is definitely a restaurant catered to tourists, which is fine. You’re just not going to have a fantastic meal here.

11/10/2025: We waited in line 45 minutes before they opened as you have to or you won’t get a spot, no reservations accepted. They have cushions you can crab and sit on the steps. Inside they play older American music loudly. Wish they had Italian music, would make for a better ambiance. After we were seated inside a little after 7pm it took 15 minutes to take our drink orders then another 15-20 minutes to get our water and coke delivered. We ordered the salad and soup of the day which were fine after we doused them with salt. We ordered the Osso Buco di Vitelo and the Tagliolini with meat sauce. Both were very bland and had no taste, had to douse them with salt. The beef shank was soft and tasted good after seasoning. The pasta was below average even after seasoning, barely any sauce or meat. Over all disappointed with the experience-this is a very hyped up place and not worth the hoops you have to jump through and time to get in here. We hoped for a better experience, but will not be coming back.

Le plus le patron et l’équipe amicale, parfaitement théâtrale et emprunt de savoir faire. Une expérience d’une rare qualité. Musique et lumiere qui assurent l’ambiance. Merci à tous.

11/10/2025: We had dinner with our children at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was just as good. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, even to the youngest guests. We truly enjoyed our evening and are very grateful for it!

21/09/2025: We stumbled upon Lido di Sala after wondering around Sala Comacina where we were staying. It's incredibly charming, with covered tables overlooking a scenic cove of water. Luca, our server, was wonderful and personable, and the food was delicious. Nothing fancy, just a well-prepared and very tasty meal. The ossobucco was fabulous, and the vanilla banana liqueur dessert was amazing. Thank you to Luca and staff for a wonderful Sunday dinner!

30/10/2025: Strongly not recommended. Food was bad. Charged extra fee “coperto” which is usual in Italy, but not for the service they provide.

20/12/2025: We had Neapolitan pizza. We ordered the carpaccio ahead of time. Everything was delicious. The waiters were friendly and polite. Our orders arrived quickly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We went without a specific plan, but we were very pleased with everything. It's also very close to the Bellagio port.
