02/08/2026: A pleasant surprise. The welcome and service were attentive yet simple and discreet. The cuisine was simple and classic, but well-executed. Prices were much more reasonable than many restaurants in Como. Located on a very pleasant square. I recommend it.

11/05/2026: Anyone who gives this restaurant a bad review is because they don't know what to order and end up paying a lot for dishes that aren't typical of the lake. We shared an appetizer with excellent lake fish, ordered a risotto with Persian fish and another typical fish with butter and sage, a nice bottle of white wine (Pinot Grigio) from Lombardy, and our dinner was wonderful. I've lived in Italy for 13 years, I know that restaurants on Lake Como are expensive, but this one was worth every penny.

It's also an excellent location for a business lunch or a dinner with friends, with excellently prepared hot dishes paired with wines from the wine list. All this in a convivial and fun atmosphere, enhanced by the helpful and attentive staff.

06/05/2026: There's no TV. The shower was exceptional, the cleanliness was great, and the breakfast was homemade.

31/03/2026: A quiet place to savor homemade dishes like pasta or ravioli. The flavor of the vegetables tells you the ingredients are truly organic. The battered fish and pizzoccheri with homemade pasta are excellent. In summer, several outdoor tables evoke a bygone atmosphere. Moka pot coffee and short wait times are appropriate for freshly prepared dishes.

09/08/2026: A very nice place, but unfortunately a bad experience. Being Italian and not a tourist, I found it really strange to find salmon in a seafood ragù. I didn't like the dish: no real tomato base, just cherry tomatoes, and everything was very disjointed. When I got home, I also felt very bad, although I can't say if that's related. The prices were too high for what I found to be a disappointing quality, with products that seemed frozen and/or poorly prepared. The wine was good, but also overpriced. Another negative note was the head waiter, who gave orders to the waiters in a very abrupt and disrespectful manner.

09/08/2026: Normally, I don't want to give a business owner a bad review, because I feel they already have it hard enough. But I want to make an exception this time. Because it was very busy tonight, we had to wait about 20 minutes before we got a table. That wasn't a problem for us. After we got a table, we then waited about 20 minutes for the menu. Because it was so busy, I understood the situation and eventually just went to get a menu myself. After that, we waited another 15 minutes or so. In the meantime, we saw that the owner was helping all his Italian friends who had arrived after us and were sitting next to us. That was when we quickly realized that, unfortunately, it wasn't going to work out tonight. In the end, we left without having eaten or drunk anything. It is a shame, because the ambiance looks very nice and the surroundings are beautiful too. I think the food looked very good as well. But unfortunately, it was all in vain. If I may give you one tip: ensure there are enough servers to take orders for food and drinks, and do not let just one person—the owner—do this. Servers know exactly who arrived at the table first and last, allowing them to maintain a better overview. Nevertheless, I would like to wish you a busy and successful summer, and I hope that many people will be satisfied with your food and service. Additionally, I would like to give a big compliment to two ladies and a young man. They really worked incredibly hard and pushed themselves to the limit. One of them even told the owner that we still hadn't been served. I found that very polite and thoughtful. Good luck!
