24/07/2024: carissimi amici imprenditori per la prima volta ho provato il ristorante, sono cliente Maserati da 10 anni x cui era inevitabile! 11 e Lode ! ho portato il.mio reseller del Brasile e sua Famiglia. tutti felicissimi! 21/07/2024: Più che una cena un "viaggio" nei colori, nei sapori, nei profumi, nella sperimentazione, negli abbinamenti e nella grande esperienza dello chef Franco Caffara e della sua brigata. Ogni piatto è un capolavoro: nulla viene lasciato al caso. Si percepisce lo studio, la ricerca che porta alla raffinatezza. Nulla è banale, o lasciato al caso. Tutto è estremamente studiato per dare a chi assaggia una esperienza nuova e indimenticabile. Ottimo il servizio, discreto ma attento. Ottime le spiegazioni dei piatti. Il personale è molto preparato. Ottima carta dei vini. Torneremo.

31/08/2024: I've stayed in so many hotels through Italy, and this has to be the worst. As a solo traveller, I am used to paying the same cost as others sharing a room. Firstly, Hotel Silvo put me in the only disabled access room in the hotel - when I booked a double room with a balcony - not the disabled room. Secondly, the drain in the shower was blocked, which I discovered while showering. This resulted in standing in disgusting drain water that pooled in the shower floor. Thirdly, as the room is for disabled access, the shower had a very minimal lip. With the water pooling in the base, it leaked all over the bathroom and out to the bedroom. Fourthly, the only powerpoint with the plug that fits the adapters, was on the floor outside the bathroom. With the water running into to bedroom, all my electronics which were charging got wet. Fifthly, I tried to call the hotel from the phone next to the bed, inly to discover, the phone was not working. Sixthly, I reported to reception the next morning, who was very nice and helpful. However, she couldn't give me another room as the hotel was fully booked. I requested a refund, as this was not the room I paid for and all the drama with the room. Reception asked her manager to which the answer was no, they offered me a free pass to go to the 10 euro beach next door. And lastly, there are no hangers to hang towels, so had to use the shower rail. As the drain is a health and safety issue, as well as not the room I booked, a refund should be expected. Absolutely would never stay here again.

18/08/2024: Hotel Silvio is in a good location, walkable to the town of Bellagio within 20 minutes. Room was clean with great view to Lake Como at a great value. Breakfast was decent enough, it could have used better quality pastry and bread. Service was ok, except for one reception person who called me out on refilling a bottle out of the freezer water offered at reception, she said that was only a welcome drink that were supposed to drink that water only at arrival, which is kinda weird given it’s tap water jug with some lemon and mint. Bedding and bathroom could be upgraded a bit. Note that the restaurant doesn’t offer dinner, just some small menu items. overall, we enjoyed it.

11/08/2024: Ideally located opposite the church leading to the lake promenade. An excellent restaurant, with very good Italian cuisine and typical dishes. The prices are rather higher than elsewhere, but are justified by the quality of the cuisine and the service, which is very friendly and attentive. If you want to really treat yourself, you can go there with your eyes closed.

31/08/2024: This restaurant is steeped in history…and you feel it sitting there…wonderful waterside location, all tables with excellent views. Book a return taxi in advance else you may wait a while.

16/08/2024: excellent restaurant! Superb atmosphere, a live singer who sings really well. The food is super good, the staff friendly but a little slow. apart from that nothing to say one of the best restaurants in Italy where I have eaten! I recommend to everyone!

13/08/2024: Impeccable service Perfect food I came here to Como and I found a wonderful place on the lake shore with truly perfect service, kind, polite and I repeat perfect, I recommend all the people who stay in Como to come and try the dishes, including food and aperitifs. Perfect I have been to many places both in Italy and abroad and no one made me feel loved and pampered, so with a few words, try it, you won't regret it. Perfect service thanks to Tony, a wonderful and kind man in every way, congratulations guys, every time I'm in Como I'll come back to you Thanks for everything, you are spectacular I recommend everyone to come to this fabulous place. 02/09/2024: We ate pizza with kebab meat and sucuk there. Both were super tasty. Cheap prices for very good quality. Friendly service. I can only recommend it.

14/04/2024: We arrived with 6 people. We were made very welcome, but it was just a facade. Aging restaurant, only the music raises the level. The exorbitantly priced dishes are served with incredible nonchalance and arrogance. Insults uttered against other tables (only two were occupied on a Sunday lunchtime in good weather). When some dishes are left barely started, the waiter/owner Marcello asks us why, to which we respond that the dishes are tasteless, he will test these dishes with his hands... The reason for the lack of flavor.... The chef is at his daughter's communion and therefore only the clerk remains who usually only makes certain dishes... 33€ with reduction (two gnocchi and one risotto less because an error was made in the kitchen) per person for a more than recommendable meal... None of us will go back and do not recommend going there.. . something must change before seeing crowds in this place away from everything...

17/07/2024: Excellent mixed fried food, fresh and cooked very well, no hint of the oil which is probably changed often. Personally very kind and helpful. The prosecco is also good. There are many qualities of fresh fish. Advised

30/08/2024: After calling to ask for some information about a reservation I was immediately convinced. I convinced myself that it was better to book elsewhere. Unfortunately I can only confirm the reviews that complain about the rudeness and discourtesy of the staff at reception. The director should perhaps check more carefully how the reception staff manages relationships with current and potential customers.

29/08/2024: Unbeatable stay with my partner at the Miralago Hotel. Excellent location and spectacular breakfast. Without a doubt, our favorite hotel on Lago di Como.
