28/08/2024: Cadre magnifique, accueil chaleureux et les plats un délice pour les papilles! Pensez à réserver en période d'affluence. Je recommande !

22/08/2024: Très bonne cuisine, prix raisonnables. Jolie vue, mais malheureusement fermée avec des volets. Un bon accueil. Le service est moyen, car il y avait un erreur dans l'addition.

06/08/2024: Placed with family and friends. Pizzas all very good and appreciated. The "seafood" proposal is also excellent, which I think we will come back to try next time.

11/05/2024: Recommended and known for their scialatielli They have always been able to surprise with new recipes while remaining at the top for their Malfitana version. Maybe next time I will also try the pizzas, but in the meantime I consider them a guarantee if you are looking for a place with parking, friendly and courteous management, a valid choice at fair prices. Advised

22/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo un antipasto della casa con salumi di cervo, cinghiale e asino buonissimi, accompagnati da una giardiniera supersonica. Gli sciatt erano favolosi, come i pizzoccheri. Per i più pignoli i pizzoccheri che fanno sono con poco burro ma tanta verza e patate, spettacolari. Vino della casa direi buono. Super consigliabile.

16/08/2024: Nice place in a strategic point of Porto Cesareo...mediocre pizza but one particular negative note is on the wait staff obviously not all...but for the older ones yes!!! They should learn to be more polite because rudeness reigns.

16/08/2024: It’s a very nice, tiny place. Service is nice, food too. Not sure why it’s marked as expensive. It’s not. At all. Portions are small though. Full of foreigners. The only con is that expectations are so high due to their stellar reputation that it’s basically impossible for them to live up to them 🙃.

29/07/2024: Vista d’effetto su villa Erba. Esperienza complessiva non buona. Musica pesante fino al tramonto dove sarebbe stato gradito abbassare i toni permettendo di rilassarsi . Peraltro presenza fortemente imbarazzante di personaggi grotteschi e ambigui che disturbavano i presenti passando di lettino in lettino e senza telo personale. Non va bene signori! Non si arriva fino a Cernobbio vista dimore nobiliari per trascorrere ore cosi

28/07/2024: Non e' possibile mangiare una pizza margherita di pessima qualita' (probabilmente surgelata) e pagarla 18 euro. Una vergogna, bisognerebbe fare una denuncia, un furto.

26/08/2024: Cozy restaurant right on the water in Como. The pasta was tasty and a large portion. Tasty pizza that they adapted to a vegetarian version. The older gentleman with glasses was very friendly

11/06/2024: Historic place for Como. Pleasant business lunch. Convenient for the location and away from the hubbub of other places in the centre. UPDATE: LOCATION PERMANENTLY CLOSED at the end of 2023.

06/05/2024: Having changed hands recently there were just a few too many flaws to make you feel comfortable going back here.. Their reservations company refused to take our booking, but a personal visit showed they actually had only a few few bookings that night ..ooh dear. Then ( although we didn’t want to order - the special of the day on the sandwich board outside, the waiter never offered it to us inside: vice versa > the very first course for which our order was indeed taken (& especially modified to allow an extra piece because we were 3 persons.. )>> it never came: sold out !(& we were the first diners in the door!!! ) Grrr . Two mains of what essentially was supposed to be veal with tuna sauce .. turned out to be with the obligatory -& lovely- veal alright .. but had an unexplained lump of paste that had tuna in it apparently- but didn’t resemble that classic dish’s sauce with mayo in any way ..? My husband’s chittera pasta main was super he reported however & we all liked the shared starters ( NO zucchini flowers!!!) well enough. Nice wines by the glass & pleasant (if not inefficient) table service appreciated. Not the most enjoyable night after all, unfortunately.

03/05/2024: Cet établissement possède une terrasse ensoleillé avec vue sur le lac très agréable, et à 2 pas de l'embarcadère. La cuisine est bonne et le service attentionné. Je recommande de faire une étape pour decouvrir cet établissement. Merci à Mme Delia pour son acceuil

15/06/2024: Locale e location veramente da favola. Si è catapultati in un altra dimensione. Cibo delizioso unito ad un servizio impeccabile. Uno dei " posti" che il mondo ci invidia.

20/07/2024: Very nice genuine family run italian restaurent with a nice courtyard in great surroundings. It is a bit off the beaten track and may locals come here. Good idea to book a table in advance. Really nice staff, nice italian food (fish/steak) and good time & space to enjoy it.

08/07/2024: The best ravioli I’ve ever eaten! So fresh and full of flavour, I could have eaten it forever! The restaurant was busy with locals which was nice to see, if we hadn’t been so shattered from a day exploring lake como I think we would have stayed for dessert but unfortunately we needed to get to bed!

20/08/2024: We went for dinner last night, to book I had to give my credit card as a deposit never seen before. The atmosphere and environment are very well cared for and the view is very beautiful, too bad you are close to the road and therefore you can hear the Romanians from the cars a lot. We had an aperitif and then had dinner. The discreet aperitif we had two margaritas to accompany it they brought us olives, almonds and dried apple with beetroot. Let's say that we could have done better For dinner, however, we ordered two tarts with courgettes and truffles, the truffle was in abundance but despite everything we couldn't feel its flavour, the good one is something else, this one seemed to be grown in the garden, devoid of any flavour. First we had the spaghettoni with clams and courgette flowers and the egg buttons. Discrete nothing special. Instead of drinks we ordered 2 glasses of prosecco and to my great surprise and due to my lack of control today I discover that they charged us for 4 glasses of prosecco.(€11 each) For dessert, we tried the creamy fondant with raspberry ice cream, good but nothing exciting. 16/08/2024: Hi, I’m not use to add review on restaurant but I feel like I have to today. We went at the restaurant yesterday night, we had the best set up, probably the best table and the best view. Everyone were nice too. But the level of the fool was really bad.. compare to the place or not.. I didn’t take the picture of the main dishes but it could have tell by it self. Unfortunately the taste was as the level of the dressing, really bad. I don’t like to put bad review but it’s really a shame to not have a minimum quality to such a dreamy place.. we still spent a good night, the staff was good too. I hope we come back later with a change of the kitchen so that would be one of the best places around.

23/07/2024: Inefficient restaurant with only one man in the kitchen. You have to book a table a week in advance and it takes far too long with the food! Can not be recommended!

09/07/2024: Well, it's not cheap. But the dishes were very tasty and the service was polite. The owner is very tactful and knows how to take care of guests. This is not a restaurant for pompous tourists. It's nice, warm, family-friendly and at the same time at a high standard. There is a unique atmosphere!

04/08/2024: Despite the lower rating, I went anyway. The quality of the food was good. Delicious Italian dishes. This restaurant is definitely worth a 4+ rating

15/07/2024: Bad hotel, old rooms, no place for a suitcase, uncomfortable and low beds. The breakfast was good and there was a place for parking.

14/07/2024: Absolutely LOVED our stay here. The room was large and clean with an amazing view and two balconies. The free breakfast was great, very good selection and the owner was absolutely lovely, giving us recommendations on where to go and helping us with anything we needed. The hotel is so close to the ferry and bus stop and has many great restaurants within walking distance. Lake como is a very expensive place to stay but this was super affordable with the best view and location, I am not sure there are many other hotels like that at this price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to como and will definitely be back! Thanks Hotel Riviera!
