07/08/2026: Highly recommend for a delicious pizza or calzone. We ordered both, both were fantastically done. The servings appear large, but the crust is thin, so would recommend 1 pizza per adult. Prices were very good, a margarita pizza for 11 euro. We sat on the upper terrace, which was nice. Service was normal! It’s a busy place.

04/08/2026: As a Belgian on holiday at Lake Como, I found this restaurant in Lenno online. The reviews were glowing, so I wanted to test for myself if they were true! Personally, I can wholeheartedly recommend the following dishes: the Luciana Octopus, the Skinny Casoncelli, the Tagliatelle con ragù bianco di coniglio, and certainly the daily specials. Every dish was prepared with care and precision, and every bite I took was a taste sensation in my mouth. The service is attentive and professional, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want after a day at the lake: warm, cozy, and relaxed. For anyone going on holiday to Lake Como: go to Lenno and pay a visit to this restaurant. You won't regret it. 🍷 10/10 – a culinary discovery you shouldn't miss!

18/08/2026: Terrible service, not because of the staff, but rather because of the management, all kids, definitely in their first job experience. Anyway, my wife and I ordered a mixed fried food, a pizza, and a sandwich (€1), plus a cover charge. About 15 minutes later, the fried food arrived. Wow, we thought, they're quick here, but, considering that when we arrived, more than half the room was empty (there were only two tables, one of which was in the kitchen), plus a few smaller tables, we waited a bit. In the end, we decided to split the fried food while waiting for the pizza, but meanwhile, the bread never arrived... Oh guys (kudos to you for your young age), I often saw them getting lost with the table numbers; Anyway, after "ONLY" 45 MINUTES FROM THE ARRIVAL OF THE FRIED FOOD, WE FINALLY SEE THE PIZZA ARRIVE. Bottom line: I understand there might be a lot of pizzas to make, but with two pizza chefs, a kitchen crew, and a pizza, there can't be that long a wait, especially if a couple is going out to eat together, not each doing their own thing. Not recommended for me.

08/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — Overrated and Very Disappointing Experience Last night, my wife, our three children, and I had dinner at Ristorante Bilacus in Bellagio. We had made a reservation in advance and were genuinely excited to dine here, especially given the restaurant’s reputation and beautiful location. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we found the staff to be unfriendly, inattentive, and lacking the professionalism and knowledge we expected from a restaurant with this reputation. We ordered several dishes based specifically on recommendations from our waiter and other staff members, expecting something special. I even ordered the meat dish that was presented to me as one of their best and most notable selections. Unfortunately, neither that dish nor the overall meal lived up to the expectations that had been created. The menu also felt quite limited, and overall we found the food to be nothing particularly special or memorable. The location and setting are certainly attractive, and the ambiance itself is nice. However, a beautiful setting alone does not create a great dining experience. The restaurant lacked the warm, welcoming, positive energy and hospitality that we have experienced at many other restaurants throughout Italy. When you combine the disappointing food, limited menu, inattentive service, and unfriendly attitude of the staff, the restaurant simply felt very overrated to us. Unfortunately, despite the nice Bellagio location, we left disappointed and would not recommend Ristorante Bilacus based on our family’s experience. I kept it firm but factual and based on your personal experience, which generally makes a negative review more credible and effective.

03/06/2026: The property and gardens of the grand hotel tremezzo where the restaurant is located are extremely pretty. The restaurant is good but honestly not extremely good which you may expect for EUR 250 per person exclusing drinks. The views and location do make up for much.

11/08/2026: Beautiful place, excellent food, and a fantastic location. The staff is incredibly welcoming and incredibly professional. Every dish is carefully crafted. The lakeside appetizer is highly recommended.

06/08/2026: We can't rate the restaurant because we were forced to leave. The waiter was extremely unpleasant, refused to take our order, and insulted us in Italian. It's the first time in our lives we've been insulted like that, and we still don't understand why—completely unbelievable! We were staying at the hotel, after all. Take a look at the other reviews; this has been mentioned several times. We thought it was an exaggeration, but it wasn't. Take your car and go to the pizzeria, an 8-minute drive away. For a third of the price and courteous service, you'll be delighted!

01/08/2026: I ve booked room via Booking and was happy with the price so I didn’t expect any five star hotel but was very pleased to see how good it looks. The room was big, clean and smell amazing! First thing that didn’t like is that there was no person to greet us and show us to our room. The help we get was from the worker, he doesn’t work in hotel but it was connected to family which do. The man doesn’t speak English, so we somehow managed to communicate in Spanish, which I don’t speak very well. We stayed for two nights and in that time no one came not even when we checked out. One more thing I didn’t like is the noise. Slaming doors, loud conversations in the yard and late check in . The best time we had was by the pool where we were alnone and really enjoyed. I would come back to this villa but would appreciate some more hospitality 💗
