23/12/2025: I'd like to but I can't, I could but I don't want to? Crazy prices for average-to-low quality dishes and extremely slow and informal service. Truffle-scented tagliolini cost €30, not even in high-end restaurants, and if I say scent, it's because it was the only tangible thing. €200 for four with two dishes each? It's still a "business lunch" restaurant. Let's scale back a bit. Is a customer even free to write a review without having to shoulder the burden of "four families who make a living from this job"? I don't think being presumptuous and not admitting the mistakes the customer points out is the right choice. A bottle of wine brought to the table ALREADY OPENED, without even letting me taste it. Thrown on the table in a plastic tray in a restaurant that offers me a first course for €30? No, that's not normal at all, I've never seen anything like that, not even in a pizzeria. Spaghetti with seafood had a handful of capers and a handful of olives inside, which completely covered the flavor, and perhaps there's a reason for that. The appetizers (3, not 4), by the way, were ALL THE SAME. They arrived cold despite the 30-minute wait that started AFTER ORDERING, of course, I emphasize this because I felt like I was speaking different languages ​​at this point. I'll conclude by saying that the dishes weren't returned because they were edible, but as with everything, everything has to be commensurate with the price, and then the castle collapses.

25/01/2026: I made a reservation for four people by phone, but once we got to the restaurant, no one knew about it. The receptionist didn't even know the restaurant's phone number, so just in case I'd made the wrong reservation, I called the number I had used for the reservation... the number was correct. We quickly had to wait for a table, and they already lost points. We ate four pizzas that weren't good at all, and...paying for four pizzas, three beers, one spritz, two coffees, and two liqueurs, was €91. A bit too much. In any case, their approach may be fine for foreign tourists... I'd like to point out that everyone may or may not like whatever they eat; it depends on their personal tastes... it's a shame that I'm a chef first and foremost, and I've also worked as a pizza chef, and since I ate and ordered four pizzas, I think they could have been made better. Not to mention, the pizza dough needs fixing... I'm 57 years old and I've been in the business for a long time... I've also managed a restaurant, I know there will always be someone who won't be happy, but there's always room for improvement.

28/12/2025: Excellent pizza with excellent ingredients, all overlooking the lake. I give 4 stars for the beer, which I really can't stomach. The small one is 200 ml, the medium one is 400 ml. The medium one should be 500 ml, and the small one is 250 ml.

26/12/2025: In a perfect location. The atmosphere, food , service and value cannot be beaten. The decor resembles Hollywoods idea of an Italian restaurants.. but this is real.! I had seared tuna, my partner had sea bass which was massive! Excellent! We are returning before we go home. Highly recommended. PS just visited again.. Irish fillet steak to die for👍and Desserts.. wow..!

01/11/2025: Having reached Salò by bicycle, we stopped at this lovely restaurant. The view of the lake is excellent and relaxing. We only tried the first courses, such as the spaghetti with clams, which were excellent. As for the rest, I saw well-presented fish dishes at the adjacent tables, and I presume they were also good. The prices are a little high, but average for the area.

The food is excellent, with incredibly fresh fish and dishes prepared with attention to detail. The view of the lake is simply breathtaking, perfect for relaxing even during a professional meeting. The service is excellent, attentive, and courteous at all times. A well-established restaurant that consistently delivers on its quality. Highly recommended!
