I've been here many times,
and I must say the quality and deliciousness of the food has been consistently good. Both the fish and meat dishes are excellent, and the desserts are equally delicious.
When I'm in Salò, it's a must-see.

A nice restaurant that's easy to miss because of the many boats moored right in front and the fact that it's located within a sailing club.
The service was quick, and the food was very good. There are also quite a few staff members, so the wait times are short.

When we visit beautiful Salò, we usually stop at this lakeside restaurant, frequented mostly by locals and open to non-members.
The menu features lake fish and meat, as well as daily specials. The dishes are quite generous but a little bland, and the fish is well-cooked, presented, and crisp. The homemade desserts are also delicious.
The location is simple but pleasant, right on the promenade and the pier. Service is quick and informal. Good value. Reservations or early arrival are recommended.

A quick trip to Salo and a quick lunch.
Ristorante Canottieri was on the way. It was busy with lots of locals (always good).
The welcome was okay, the waitresses, all young ladies, seemed a bit cold (that's my job, after all).
The menu was small but good.
We chose two pasta dishes.
The food came quickly and the taste was simply excellent.
We also ordered semifredo and cheesecake for dessert, which we didn't really like.
I don't think the value for money for dessert in Italy is good in general. A slice of cake is 6-8 euros.
All in all, water, half a glass of wine, pasta, and dessert cost 60 euros, which is normal these days.

Quick lunch with my wife.
I have to say it's an excellent option for Salò.
We each had just one dish for a quick lunch, and I have to say it was good. Spaghetti with clams was good, with a good flavor... the clams were a little thin and the sauce a little thin, but still good. My wife's tartare was good.
Fast service.
Right price.

A quaint restaurant on the marina next to the docked boats, nestled in a corner with a large canopy to protect you from the scorching August heat. Delicious food and friendly, attentive service.
