Beautiful hotel with a lake view. The food is excellent. The panoramic terrace is unbeatable; you can almost touch the lake. Excellent value for money, very good, and very interesting considering the tourist attraction of Lake Iseo. I highly recommend it; you certainly won't regret staying there.

Monday Easter Monday and Tuesday, internal parking, already from the reception and all the staff are highly friendly, in the evening I had dinner in an extremely elegant dining room and I must say that all the dishes were refined and carefully prepared, definitely excellent cuisine, Villa positioned with a view of the lake I highly recommend

Nice location on the lake looking at Montisola. Not a lot going on in this small town. Montisola seems much more interesting. It helps that the weather was great

I stayed one night at this property and had a truly wonderful time. The hotel is an elegant historic villa in a fantastic location, right on Lake Iseo. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I loved the tranquility of the place and the breathtaking view from the garden and pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, served in a very refined setting. A perfect choice for a relaxing weekend on the lake, also very convenient for the ferry dock. Excellent breakfast.

Let's just say this property has lost at least one star over time. In my opinion, this is precisely the problem. It doesn't have the typical service of a 4-star hotel. If it were a 3-star, my opinion would be different. The property itself is very good and is located practically on the lake with a remarkable view. However, it needs to be refreshed and updated. I stayed there with my son, and we're both big and tall. No problem with the size of the room or bathroom... but the beds, for example, were totally inadequate... the springs of the mattresses sank into our backs. We didn't sleep well. The staff is certainly very friendly, but not always well-trained. Let's just say that hospitality in the tourism sector is a different matter. Ultimately, in my opinion, it would be enough to refresh the property a bit and work more on staff training. It's a shame because the potential is there.

An elegant hotel in a beautiful villa. A good breakfast, in addition to typical Italian sweets, also offers savory options—cheese, cold cuts, and always something warm. The rooms could use a refresh, but the beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning/heating works flawlessly. The staff is excellent and very friendly—they took care of their guests at every turn. The festive decor and fireplace in the dining room complemented the blissful atmosphere. Parking is available on the fenced property, and there's also an underground garage. Furthermore, they offer interesting lunches and dinners at very reasonable prices. I'd happily return!
