28/01/2025: Locale elegante e accogliente. Io ho scelto il menù degustazione a 6 portate scelte da Tano, ad eccezione del piccione scelto da me. Devo dire tutto ottimo e molto interessante. Tutti i piatti portati e descritti da Tano. Da bere vini al calice consigliati dalla giovane sommelier. Anche questi notevoli. Stella o non Stella Michelin , io consiglio a chi è appassionato di alta cucina.

09/03/2025: Nice and quaint environment, of a high standard, but my food was not up to par. The mixed starter of cured meats and cheeses is average, when one would expect something superior. The main reason for my negative review concerns the second course: the patanegra steak. The dish arrived at a very high temperature, with the oil still sizzling, but paradoxically the meat was cold. And when I say cold, I don't mean lukewarm, but just as cold as straight out of the refrigerator. My friend and I pointed this out very kindly and politely. Initially we were told that it was normal, then they took our dishes back and took them to the kitchen. The solution adopted? They simply placed our dishes in the oven or, even worse, in the microwave, bringing them back to us as if nothing had happened. The result was, predictably, a meat that had become tough and the side dish of leeks and cheese completely burnt and blackened. No apologies, no proposal to redo the dish, no comments: just complete indifference. I would never have expected such service from a historic and renowned restaurant like this.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ It takes very little to remedy a mistake, even a simple apology would have been enough. The total indifference was, instead, a lack of respect for the customer

24/03/2025: An unforgettable lunch at Officina del Mare What an extraordinary surprise, this corner of the sea in the heart of Brescia! At the Officina del Mare I tasted a Catalan dish that to define as delicious would be an understatement: a riot of very fresh shellfish, with lobster, scampi, cuttlefish and lots of authentic flavour. A dish that smells of the Mediterranean, prepared with care and served with elegance, where every bite really makes you feel the sea on your plate. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is kind and professional, and the quality of the raw materials is evident from the first taste. An experience that I recommend to those who love good fish cuisine and want to indulge in a tasty treat. I will definitely be back!

Just one piece of advice which is not a note because the raw materials are top quality…. The plating could be done a little better. I don't mean those useless chef doodles. 08/04/2025: An ideal place to spend a beautiful evening in the heart of Brianza in front of excellent meat and good wine. This time the ribs exceeded expectations. The aubergine pie and the dog tartare as a truly excellent appetizer were also exceptional (no minced meat!!!! as often happens). Polite and friendly wait staff. Too bad about the diaphragm... the meat was a little too tough

07/04/2025: We chose the Croce di Malta Restaurant to celebrate our wedding in September 2024, what can I say... we couldn't have made better choices! We were looked after impeccably by Elena and her family and we have wonderful memories of both the day and everything that came before. The quantity and quality of the food is truly excellent, the greenery surrounding the structure is well-kept and was the backdrop to our day, the service was attentive and courteous at all times. We couldn't have made a better choice for us and our guests!

28/03/2025: Simple place with friendly and cordial service. Very good food. Personally, I have always had the pizza (excellent, light, well cooked and you feel that the dough is handled correctly), but other diners have always praised the quality of the fish and the dishes in general. Highly recommended for an informal lunch or dinner!

02/04/2025: Pranzo con la famiglia in un ambiente elegante ed accogliente, con personale gentile e professionale. Il cibo ottimo (il risotto con gamberi buonissimo!) e buona carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. La lunga storia di questo ristorante è evidentemente la prova dell'eccellenza che in esso si può trovare. Como la ricorderemo anche per il piacevole pranzo presso l'Imbarcadero.

30/03/2025: locale simpatico e accogliente. personale e servizio attenti. cucina valida e piatti di pesce ben assortiti con ampia scelta, tra pescato del giorno e piatti del menu. il mio risotto di mare sicuramente molto valido da consigliare e da riprovare. vini con adeguata possibilità di selezione a prezzi ok. si può tornare con piacere.

27/03/2025: I have been to this restaurant several times for work and, having always been satisfied, I suggested it for a new dinner. This time, however, I was disappointed, not so much by the dishes, but by the staff. The raw fish, although of quality, were not very seasoned, while the lukewarm appetizers were very good. The pasta, as always, was excellent, especially the fresh pasta with bottarga and clams. However, I did not appreciate finding a table practically two steps away from the toilet, even though I had booked in advance and the restaurant was empty when we arrived. I appreciated the service even less: the waiter repeatedly insisted that we order the catch of the day, even though I had clarified several times that we would choose freely. When we confirmed that we would not order it, he showed obvious disappointment in his tone and manner as well as when I asked for specific wine labels, refusing his proposals. Throughout the dinner the waiter warned me that he had given me more than this and more than that but I just wanted to spend time relaxing with my guests. We left the tip just to do a good deed but honestly I will no longer recommend the place and I will not use it again either for work or for private occasions.
