The dinner atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, with a varied and thoughtful menu, meticulously presented dishes, and courteous and attentive service, never intrusive. A sommelier is available to recommend wines.

We visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day. The food and atmosphere were excellent, the prices were in line with a seafood restaurant and not excessively high, and there was a wide variety of both meat and seafood options! The atmosphere was magical, with the saxophonist playing in the background... I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner if you're in the area!

The seafood spaghetti was very good. The service was attentive. The dessert (fruit tart and Nutella cake) was tasty and rich. The prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was clean and well-kept.

I only gave it 4 stars because I've had takeout so far. I had the royal platter and a classic method rosé. Everything was excellent. It's on par with French bistros. The raw fish and seafood are top-quality. Just one small point: the platter lacks shellfish (clams, mussels, walnuts, etc.), but it makes up for it with top-notch shrimp and scampi. A surprise!

Every time we come to Desenzano we have to eat a pizza at Renato's, it's really good, thin and above all it's not rubbery...😉😉😉👏👏

19/07/2026: Four of us dined, and we were all impressed by the quality of the dishes and their presentation. The tempura zucchini and flowers were exceptional, the grilled calamari exquisite, the casoncelli pasta with a homey flavor, and the delicious salt-baked sea bass—not to mention the side vegetables: the best I've had in a long time. And all at a very reasonable price. The lobby has a pleasant atmosphere and very personal service.
16/07/2026: We dined at this restaurant after an intense hike along the Via delle Sorelle, and the food was well worth the effort. The dishes are unique, refined, and simply delicious; we particularly appreciated the daily specials, which showcase the freshness of the ingredients used, and the restaurant's classics like fish and chips. Overall, it's a peaceful place to eat divinely and feel pampered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
