10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, beautiful table setting, and very fast, professional service. Desserts were classic but not as good as the main courses.
09/05/2026: We were there on a Friday evening; it was very crowded and incredibly hectic. It was very loud inside. The "fish of the day" was good, and the pasta was okay. Unfortunately, not all the dishes on the menu were available.
The service suffered due to the hectic atmosphere; we were asked about our orders several times, and sometimes we even had to ask again. Despite the good food, we can only give it a qualified recommendation.

11/04/2026: Beautiful little family owned restaurant with delicious, fresh dishes. My wife had the rabbit and I had the beef tagliata. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Fresh tomatoes, fresh baked bread, and the olive oil, wow! We came to Italy to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and wander the villages of Liguria.
Apricale is worth a visit, and this restaurant is a must if you’re in the area. Best meal we’ve had since getting to Italy three days ago.

25/04/2026: A delightful little restaurant with tables overlooking the sea in the small square. The artichoke tarte tatin is delicious, as are all the other dishes we ordered. An excellent lunch before continuing our exploration of the charming old town of Ventimiglia. Table service
is accompanied by smiles and kindness.
Highly recommended.

19/04/2026: Lovely dinner with excellent food—in our case, for example, the spaghetti with clams was delicious—and the staff were incredibly kind. They moved us from one table to another after we'd already sat down, and even when I mentioned it was my birthday, they took care to bring a dessert with a candle to the table... Thanks again, see you next time!

13/12/2025: A small, intimate place that served us an excellent dinner. Having eaten the ravioli we saw being made that morning was a plus: the dough was incredibly thin, practically transparent, superb.
The hospitality and friendliness of the staff who pampered us was another plus.
09/12/2025: Below Doria Castle, at this Agriturismo we found excellent cuisine, friendly, attentive service, and a fair price.

In my opinion, it's worth a visit.

We've been twice, having been convinced the first time. We tried pizza and fritto misto. The pizza was really good and light, and the fish was quality. The staff were very friendly. The place is small, so there might be a line because it's very popular. Just be patient, they'll find a seat.
