08/06/2026: We had lunch here, three adults and one child, and we really enjoyed it: the food was excellent, everything homemade and delicious, and the prices were very fair. Kudos to all the staff, a truly superb restaurant. When we return to the area, we'll definitely stop by again. Well done!

07/07/2026: We've been there twice. The pasta wasn't tasty. We waited over 20 minutes for our order to be taken. We ordered one portion, and they looked at us as if we were sitting there for free. The restrooms were dirty, and there were only a few centimeters between the tables. The only good thing is the large portions—it's enough to feed two people, but the place next door has smaller portions, but it's much tastier. I wouldn't recommend it.
06/07/2026: We discovered this pasta restaurant in Diano Marina thanks to Google, which recommended it among nearby restaurants. It was a truly pleasant surprise! The dishes are generous, the pasta is excellent, the prices are more than fair, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. If you're really hungry and want to enjoy a good plate of pasta, this is the place: you'll surely leave satisfied and with a full belly!

19/01/2026: In Oneglia, part of Imperia, where you can glimpse the Agnesi sign and where memories of the Novaros and Berios take you back 50 years, you'll find a warmly welcoming restaurant.
Excellent amuse-bouche, a Rossetti frittatina that takes you back to true goodness; a high-quality wine list, with a few overpriced Barbarescos, but the Ormeasco Braje di Lupi we tasted was truly satisfying.
If you want to feel good, stop here.

The food creations by Massimo are exceptional, always paired with great Italian wines. He keeps guests entertained throughout the evening with his charm and passion. If you’re lucky, he may play the piano for you, making the experience even more memorable.
The service is flawless, with a real eye for detail, and the beautiful décor filled with art adds to the special ambiance. This has become our favourite restaurant — and even though we live in France, we happily travel back just to visit Massimo, who after all these years feels like family to us♥️

As it turned out, they brought a single portion meant for eight people—and they were walking around laughing about it! I do NOT recommend this place.

This place is authentic, the servers are very nice and the food is great, they have a large pizza selection and the other dishes are delicious too. The tiramisu and the nutella cheesecake are sublime! Thank you for a great experience!

06/06/2026: Don't go there with a child. We received a terrible welcome; we were given a table in the sun with a two-year-old, even though there were tables in the shade available. The waitresses clearly didn't want to serve us.
01/06/2026: In Bordighera Alta, where the setting itself invites you to slow down, La Gritta Bordigotta offers simple, measured seafood cuisine, without unnecessary complications.
The menu isn't overwhelming: just a few dishes, well-focused. And for me, that's already a plus. I prefer a short, thoughtful menu to endless ones that often lose the cuisine's identity.
I started with the raw fillet of the catch of the day: clean, fresh ingredients, showcased without overshadowing them. A seemingly simple dish, because when working with raw fish, the quality of the fish must speak for itself. And here it does.
For my second course, I chose the mupa fillet, prepared with the same logic: linear cuisine, respect for the product, and clear flavors. There's no pursuit of special effect, but rather an attention to the ingredients that is visible and, above all, tasted in the quality of the dish.
As a gourmet, I also treated myself to dessert: dark chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream. A delicious, intense, yet balanced finish. A pleasant, yet not overpowering finish.
For the pairing, I chose a Greco di Tufo DOCG – Cantine di Marzo dal 1647. A well-structured white wine from Campania, fresh and savory, with a pleasant mineral and citrus note. Cantine di Marzo recommends that this Greco be aged on its lees for at least seven months, which contributes to its complexity and body. With the raw fish and mupa, it proved to be a perfect pairing: upright enough to cleanse the palate, yet with enough substance to accompany the main course as well.
Overall, a very pleasant experience: a few dishes, good ingredients, simple yet thoughtful cuisine. One of those tables where you don't feel like the fish is over-interpreted, but rather respected. And for me, when it comes to seafood, that's an important quality.
