Well, that’s it... An ordinary room... no tablecloths... wooden tables... an uncomfortable room. Wine prices!!! 🍷 there are simply no words((7€ per glass!!! Aren’t you ashamed? Food for 4 no more...

This is a small place but it is fun with the one man band entertainment. Unfortunately, the server was too busy watching soccer with whom I believe the manager and friends. The serve did not ask if I needed a desert or coffee. He too busy watch soccer. The cabanera was ok, but I have had better.

The bistro is located in a quiet side street and makes a cozy impression. The dining room is small and there is a roof terrace, but it only opens when the weather is nice. The menu is clear (see below). The pasta dishes were very tasty. The restaurant was frequented almost exclusively by locals. They were cozy evenings with attentive, non-intrusive staff.

We are here in 2018. Since then, I’ve convinced 2 high school friends to visit this wonderful place. It’s the restaurant with the tree growing through it.

A welcoming location to share an aperitif with friends... assorted platters and impeccable service. Enchanting in summer on the panoramic terrace, equally welcoming in winter in the charming room below.

Great roof bar with fantastic live music and great food. The charcuterie boards looked amazing and were sold out when we ordered. The Gnocchi was delicious.

10/12/2023: This restaurant was a couple of doors up from our Air B&B and was so good we ate there twice during our 4 night stay in Rome. The restaurant is a little away from the main area which was a bonus as it was not packed and we were not rushed through our meal. Many locals were eating there which is always a good sign. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and deserts the two times we visited. Well cooked food at a good price with fantastic service, can’t go wrong with this one.
16/10/2023: El sitio no llama especialmente la atencion, pero habia visto opiniones previas y nos pasamos a comer por aqui despues de visitar el Coliseo. Nos sentamos a comer en la terraza y la verdad q salimos muy satisfechos, tanto del trato como de la comida. El sitio en si, creo q necesita una pequeña reforma ya (pero la verdad, casi como todos los reataurantes en los q nos metimos). Un pero: nos cobraron ese 10% por el servicio del q tanto se habla, pero por no discutir despues de lo agusto q estuvimos... pues esa fue su propina
