We had dinner here two weeks ago, and everything was delicious. The fried appetizer was excellent, the pasta alla gricia with artichokes was excellent, the cutlets and fries for the little one were equally delicious, and the gelato was perfect. The staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The place was clean, including the bathroom.

The best and most recommendable restaurant near the Colosseum. Very reasonable prices, great service, and excellent food.
Edit: After a year, this review can be confirmed – it's still great ;) The best artichokes in Rome.
Unfortunately, the pizza disappeared as soon as it was placed on the table :) We went in to escape the hot weather, the ice cream was good, and the prices were the same as everywhere else. We couldn't try the pasta because we weren't hungry, the beer wasn't bad. It has two entrances, one from a side street.

Disappointing restaurant a stone's throw from the Coloseum. The food is just good enough, but the rip-off is the bottle of tap water sold for 3 euros. Do yourself a favor and walk a few hundred meters further!

Perfect! The food was good in quantity and quality, but the best thing is the staff!!! Wonderful and with a beautiful view of the coliseum.

As we were walking past trying to find somewhere good to eat the guys stirred us up just enough for me to take a look. Thank god I did! My son and I had the most amazing experience there two nights on our trip. The best food we had for our whole trip around Italy was there hands down! Just wish I could post a picture of my lasagna which was amazing! Great people, great food and to top it off the incredible view of the Colosseum in the background ❤️

Fairly quick and reasonably priced, the culurgiones were very good, but the artichokes on the capriciosa pizza weren't good (and there were small eggshells...) and the salad was expensive for what it was.

During this summer heat, the air conditioning here was heavenly, the grilled vegetables were superb, and the drinks were ice-cold. Thank you!
