10/11/2025: This trattoria was recommended to us for an authentic local meal. Located on a terrace with a magnificent view in a square not far from the entrance to the old town, it offers a wide selection of indoor and outdoor seating, both for lunch and dinner. The kitchen is open late to meet the needs of its clientele. The menu features traditional dishes, featuring quality local artisanal products. The service staff is attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, we only realized upon our return that we had paid twice for both coffee and dessert: an unpleasant surprise.

28/10/2025: An excellent place to eat well with a view of the Sabine landscape and glimpses of the town. Homemade, very tasty cuisine. The lady who served us was very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. Highly recommended!

The wedding day was simply unforgettable; every detail was taken care of with great professionalism and passion: impeccable hospitality. 11/12/2025: Il Nido del Corvo is a welcoming and charming restaurant, perfect for those who love traditional cuisine in a truly special atmosphere. Authentic dishes, local flavors, and generous portions combine in a warm setting, partly carved into the rock, making the experience even more evocative. Friendly service, a splendid view, and excellent value: an ideal stop to enjoy Greccio in all its authenticity.

19/10/2025: Ample parking, ivy plants that this time of year, mid-October, have beautifully red leaves, and a homey atmosphere with antique furniture. We were satisfied with our order, namely polenta with sausage sauce and spare ribs, thinly sliced ​​roast beef, sliced ​​steak with roast potatoes, and salad. We also enjoyed the ricotta croquette as an appetizer and the berry panna cotta. The price was fair, totaling €67 (water only).

06/07/2025: I thought long and hard about whether to apply here, because I really want it to remain an insider tip. You arrive and feel welcome. The hosts, Anna and Pino, really deserve 10 stars. The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious and just what you'd imagine Italy to be. We were able to recharge our batteries here on our way to Rome, in this peaceful spot.

23/11/2025: Proprio come dice il nome, qui il Gelato è proprio d'Autore!A parte le battute, a mio avviso è una delle migliori gelaterie di Roma.Le creme sono eccezionali, i sapori veri e ben definiti... Che dire poi dell'infinita scelta di gusti? Davvero, è vastissima, partendo dai classici come la stracciatella a gusti più ricercati come il maracuja al basilico!

25/09/2025: The best gelato I've tasted in Rome. Natural, fresh flavors, and you can fully appreciate the natural flavors of the various fruits used (I highly recommend the fig flavor). Also, unlike many other gelato shops, they don't add much sugar to sweeten some of the tart flavors of the fruits used.

12/10/2025: While traveling through our ancestors' lands, we came across this restaurant with a truly fantastic view. The exterior is well-kept, but the veranda could use some renovation with mosquito nets on the sides, which might prevent bees, wasps, and the occasional blouse from entering the tables. The food was good, with good first courses, though the ravioli were perhaps undercooked. The second courses were good, but the side dishes could use more attention. We were tempted by the wood-fired shank, and were surprised by its size. I recommend sharing one between two or even three people, which the host who took our orders didn't recommend, and which, among other things, significantly increased the final bill. Overall: no.

05/10/2025: Three friends and their wives. We spent a delightful evening enjoying the food, chatting, and Roberto, the owner, recommending what to eat. Excellent dishes of simple cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Fresh produce and authentic flavors, excellent meat, and excellent handmade pasta. The strangozzi from the guesthouse are a must-try, not to mention the shin (very generous portions). The quality/price ratio is fair. The location is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. In the summer, you can also eat outside with a breathtaking view of Rome from afar. I definitely recommend trying it.

20/11/2025: Good morning, I'm writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and indignation regarding the unacceptable situation with my package, which has been stuck at the Fara in Sabina post office for days without any explanation or update. It's unacceptable for a shipment to remain stuck for so long without anyone taking the responsibility to intervene or at least provide clear information. I've checked the status of the shipment several times, and it's been stuck in the same spot for days, with no progress. I hope you'll take action to avoid associating Fara in Sabina with the post office "stealing" your packages. Unfortunately, patience has run out. Best regards.

16/11/2025: The restaurant is refined and welcoming, with a warm, intimate atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The dishes are meticulously crafted and enhanced by fresh, select ingredients. We started with a charcuterie board with truly unique flavors, followed by a creamy onion soup with shaved truffle: one of the best I've ever tasted, surprising and memorable. The dish that struck me most, however, was the crispy suckling pig served on a creamy beetroot soup (if I remember correctly): simply spectacular. The service was prompt and the prices were average, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients.

EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, in a welcoming, nice and simple place we were served and revered, GENUINE, ABUNDANT AND TRULY EXCELLENT dishes. It rarely happens to find yourself in similar environments, you feel at home and you eat in such a satisfying way. The owner is very kind and with his friendliness and speed made this lunch extremely enjoyable. THANKS AGAIN WE WILL BE BACK, STARTER 10, Fettuccine with Porcini Mushrooms 10, Fried Calamari 10, Zuppa inglese 10! The only downside, but it was Sunday.... the bread at the table was a bit old. DELLA XASA SPARKLING WHITE WINE 10! SEE YOU SOON!
