18/01/2026: The atmosphere at Casina nel Parco is wonderful. The staff is impeccable, incredibly helpful and welcoming; they make you feel at home. We often go to this restaurant for dinner on weekends, and we've celebrated the most important moments of our lives. We've always left fond memories of the warm welcome we received, every day like the first time. Highly recommended!

11/06/2026: As I enter the restaurant, the door opened by the owner, I feel like I'm entering a museum, or rather, another dimension of life, of the sense of beauty. What struck me most were the tables. They're all different, whether they seat 2, 4, 8, or 10. The furniture, tables, and chairs all hark back to other eras. The dining room gives me a wonderful feeling...not to mention the sensations of the truffle cannelloni and the roast fillets, soft as butter, the rind melting with every bite. Homemade tiramisu accompanied by a small glass of chocolate with a liqueur whose name I forgot to ask. Excellent cuisine, compliments to the chef. I ended up here because, staying at the nearby B&B Fratello Sole e Sorella Luna, when I asked where I could have dinner, he suggested Il nido del corvo. He also offered to drive me back, and on the way back, he said the owner or someone else would bring me back. What can I say? Complete service. After traveling 26 km from Rieti to the Greccio Sanctuary, I was so pleased I accepted the ride. But after this sumptuous dinner, I'll walk back to the B&B after coffee; it's only 5 km...

03/06/2026: We enjoyed the food so much on our first visit a few weeks ago that we decided to visit again. The antipasto is delicious and plentiful but we preferred the focaccia with black salt far more than yesterday’s with lardo. All of us were so disappointed with our main courses. It was the worse cannelloni I’ve ever eaten. The tubes were filled with an unidentifiable meat paste which was odd. The promised truffle tasted of absolutely nothing. Even more bizarre the cannelloni were served in a plastic bag tied with ribbon. Inside the pasta had steamed and was a floppy mess. The fettuccine with asparagus on our first visit was delicious but on this occasion was tasteless and underwhelming. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even bother with dessert. The tiramisu on our first visit was sublime. Perhaps it was an off day for the chef but doubt we will return.

28/06/2026: A well-kept venue with a romantic and artistic feel. Beautiful garden with a pergola and soft background music immerses you in an elegant yet familiar atmosphere, genuinely refined. Excellent food and attentive, friendly staff. A wonderful discovery.

11/04/2026: Truly a beautiful and very quiet place. Dishes are prepared the old-fashioned way, without too many frills. Delicious food, generous portions, and a varied menu to suit all tastes. The owners are friendly and very approachable. Highly recommended for a few quiet hours away from the hustle and bustle. Dining in the garden will definitely be even more pleasant in the summer. We'll definitely be back soon!

We enter the perfect location, as do the welcoming service, and the dishes and wines, from appetizer to dessert, are exquisite and beautifully presented. 27/04/2026: If you are anywhere in the Sabina, do not miss La Taverna Del Tiranno. This was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Italy. We started with the Jewish-style meatballs—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. One of the standout dishes was a green spaghetti with friarielli and Cantabrian anchovies, finished with something delicately crumbled on top—completely unique, incredibly flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The pizzas (Ramolaccia and “Tasty One”) were outstanding: perfectly cooked, creative, and packed with flavor. There were also plenty of thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options, and the vegetable medley we ordered was fresh, vibrant, and clearly prepared with care. Dessert sealed it—an exceptional tiramisu and a panna cotta with caramel that was silky and unforgettable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. It feels deeply personal, like every dish matters and every guest is genuinely welcomed. You can taste the passion in the food and feel it in the experience. Highly recommended.

21/06/2026: I ate at this restaurant for the first time and was amazed. Even though I'm local, I'd never been there before and had no idea how good it was. The cuisine is typical of the area, but it doesn't offer the usual four-course menu you'd expect. It respects tradition without being banal. We had a platter, worthy of being called such for its quality and variety of cured meats and cheeses. The fried brain, which I recommend for those who love it, is truly delicate. Finally, the mutton they offer as a second course, was exquisite. The combination of the accompanying sauce and the mutton, which literally melted in your mouth, was sublime, and I swear I'm not exaggerating with the compliments. It was a discovery, and we'll definitely be back many times. Finally, I'd also like to give a shout out to the place. We ate outside in the alley in the historic center, which remained airy and cool, as well as quaint and romantic. The interior was equally beautiful, with a stone ceiling that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time.

The proprietorship and the persona are the same as the simpatico and the disponibility, the sorriso and the pronto are the consigliare and the piatti migliori. Una cena davvero piacevole, con cibo eccellente and un'atmosfera familiare. Torneremo sicuramente molto presto! In Poggio Milteto Mirteto was truly a delightful culinary experience! I never expected to find such a fantastic seafood restaurant in Poggio Mirteto. From the seafood appetizers, smoked fish fillets, mussels, fried anchovies, to the seafood pasta, every dish was unforgettable. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the flavors were exceptional. The owner was incredibly friendly and humorous, always greeting guests with a smile, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout the meal. The delicious food, the attentive service, and the relaxed and comfortable environment made this dinner an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone who loves seafood and Italian cuisine! We will definitely be back!
