16/03/2025: Ottimo posto! Già conoscevo, ma per diverso tempo non più frequentato , per motivi di lavoro , quindi logistici, ma appena ho avuto modo sono tornato da loro. Cibo con ingredienti di alta qualità, Menu vario, si va dai primi piatti, secondi e pizze. Tutto perfetto. Location. accogliente e personale discreto e gentilissimo. Nulla da eccepire. Consigliato. Sirente un punto di riferimento. A presto!

09/03/2025: 03/08/2025. From reading the reviews I expected more, I was disappointed. Too many gross and intolerable blunders even in a home-style kitchen! RICOTTA AND SPINACH RAVIOLI WITH BUTTER AND SAGE (€12.00): not normal ravioli as they once prepared with time and dedication.... but 4 huge squares, all dough and little filling. Moreover, in a "brodetto" of water and butter because they are not drained well. GRILLED BEEF FILLET (€20.00): nothing special, neither in terms of meat nor in terms of cooking. 2 ROMAN-STYLE ARTICHOKES (€8.00): in the heart of the artichokes the hair, called the beard, with a bitter taste, has not been removed. MIMOSA CAKE (€6.00): a little pretentious to call it "mimosa" as it had nothing of this dessert. Dry sponge cake without liqueur, not soft custard, but I suppose mascarpone (the same used for the tortemisu?), on top of dark pieces of sponge cake without any flavour. For two people we spent €85.00 but, on reflection, there are many other excellent places in Sabina, where the cost is more or less the same but the food is infinitely better!

18/02/2025: Quality homemade food. Friendly and welcoming staff. You feel at home. Also be prepared on gluten-free and contamination. The room with the fireplace is gorgeous!

29/12/2024: The ambiance is perfect. Exposed stone with vaulted ceilings. A spacious yet intimate dining area. Excellent service!! And the food? Five star quality. The crudo is incredible and so fresh. The spaghetti vongole, rigatoni, amuse bouche…all perfectly seasoned and flavored. An enjoyable experience from start to finish. Lose yourself in rustic yet elegant surroundings in this wonderful restaurant, in a charming and historic setting.

13/03/2025: Titubante sono ritornata in questo ristorante che per anni è stata una sosta fissa durante le nostre gite a Rieti. Negli ultimi tempi avevo però notato una perdita di entusiasmo nella cucina e nel servizio, tutto un po' datato e ripetitivo. Quindi a malincuore mi sono accodata alla scelta della comitiva e sono ritornata in questo locale. Con grandissimo stupore ho notato moltissimi cambiamenti, in primis nel menu ma anche nella gestione della sala con personale più vivace,cordiale e molto amichevole. I piatti hanno una nuova veste, ben presentati, cucinati sapientemente da mani esperte, mantenendo la qualità delle materie prime che comunque e' stato sempre il punto fermo della Palazzina. Sono rimasta veramente stupita e noi tutti abbiamo trascorso una piacevole giornata, con tempi di attesa ridotti al minimo nonostante il locale pieno. La Palazzina ha comunque mantenuto il suo stile vintage che la contraddistingue negli arredamenti e che rappresentano anche la storia e il contesto in cui il ristorante nasce e cresce durante questi anni. La nota stonata per il tipo di locale è a mio avviso, il qrcode per scaricare il menu, ma oramai bisogna stare al passo con tempi

27/02/2025: I stayed a weekend at the property, I can tell you that I received a wonderful, very helpful welcome, the boy Leonardo showed us the room, very clean and well equipped with every comfort, it was like feeling at home, in the evening we decided to eat at their restaurant and in 44 years I have never eaten so well from the starter to the main course, unique dishes in my opinion and above all at more than honest prices, I think I will return very soon to visit them... I don't recommend a particular dish because in my opinion everything is of excellent quality, congratulations boy you are truly a good person

29/12/2024: Nice family run place. The owners were very kind, helpful and approachable. We ate homemade ricotta and spinach ravioli with ragù, Sabine chicken with baked potatoes, homemade tiramisu, all very good. Honest value for money.

Despite being located in the Sabino hinterland, the fish is very fresh and cooked to perfection, as is the meat, always of the highest quality. The sweets? Simply irresistible! The service is impeccable, thanks to an extraordinary team: Angela, Pietrandrea, Giulia and the others, who make every dinner a unique experience. Pietrandrea is a master at making you feel at home, with his warm welcome and the passion he puts into making every customer feel good. Angela, on the other hand, is a true wine expert and each of her choices at the glass is always perfect for enhancing the flavors of the dishes. A place to come back again and again, excellent value for money. Congratulations to everyone!

21/02/2025: Restaurant immersed in a charming medieval village. I feel like complimenting the chef because he offers an interesting menu and has great skill in presenting the dishes! My compliments also go to the maitre d' who, in addition to her kindness, explained the various courses in detail. The location inside is truly enchanting and at each table there is a lamp which makes everything truly romantic, therefore a perfect place for couples.

16/02/2025: One of the worst services I've had lately. And it's a shame, because the quality of the food might be good, but the service is so poor that you don't enjoy the meal. The premise is that it is not a simple trattoria, but a restaurant, even a rather expensive one (€13/€15 for first courses and €20 for second courses), where you would expect a high level of service. In our case: - we waited 15 minutes to get the menus - we had to ask several times for wine to be served, which in the end arrived after the main course, - they served us red wine, in white glasses, glasses that were quite small (we paid for the wine by the glass), when we pointed it out the waitress replied "that the large glasses were in another part of the room" - we had the manager call us to protest, and she replied, very grumpily, that the red wine could also be served with those glasses - the waitress, very rude and inexperienced, started arguing with us, - we ordered tiramisu, after 30 minutes they hadn't brought it to us, we left, pointing out this umpteenth lack to the manager, and we heard the reply "you should have had more patience". If you want to eat discreetly and be treated terribly, this place is for you. But if you want to have even a decent service, avoid it.
