04/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato in questa splendida location la Cresima di nostro figlio. Tutto e' stato meraviglioso dalla qualita' del cibo alla professionalita' del personale di sala. Un ringraziamento particolare va alla signora Tiziana che dal primo momento si e' rivelata una persona splendida, attenta e professionale, ma soprattutto molto gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

04/06/2025: It is now customary to celebrate 02/06, our wedding anniversary, in the beautiful city of Gaeta, enjoying the delicious dishes of the restaurant La Salute with a view of the sea: seafood salad, sautéed mussels and clams, paccheri allo scoglio, mixed grill of fish... All exceptional... And to finish a fantastic lemon sorbet. Always great professionalism and friendliness of Ugo, now become our great friend!!! 26/05/2025: We spent a beautiful evening in the heart of Ponza. The location is truly enchanting: outside there are tables located on the main street, where you can breathe the sea air and watch the tourists strolling: inside, however, there is a cozy and quiet room, perfect for those looking for a bit of intimacy. We chose to sit inside and we had a great time. The service was impeccable: the waiters were always kind, present and ready to satisfy our every request. We started with an excellent wine and a simply delicious mussel sauté. The mussels were very fresh and soft, immersed in a sauce that contained all the flavor of the sea. The first courses were both exquisite and delicate, but the second was truly surprising: we had never eaten such good fish! To conclude, we finally found a tiramisu that lived up to its name, accompanied by a tasty chocolate salami. The evening ended with a long and pleasant chat with Silverio, the owner, a very kind and helpful guy, who made the experience even more special. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant. Quality, atmosphere and hospitality are truly top notch. I would go back tonight!

25/05/2025: Abbiamo passato una bellissima serata nel cuore di Ponza. La location è davvero suggestiva: all'esterno ci sono tavoli situati sul corso principale, dove si respira l’aria di mare e si osservano i turisti passeggiare; all’interno, invece, c'è una saletta accogliente e tranquilla, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di intimità. Noi abbiamo scelto di accomodarci all’interno e siamo stati benissimo. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: i camerieri sono stati sempre gentili, presenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo iniziato con un ottimo vino e un souté di cozze semplicemente delizioso. Le cozze erano freschissime e morbidissime, immerse in un sughetto che racchiudeva tutto il sapore del mare. I primi piatti erano entrambi squisiti e delicati, ma il secondo è stato davvero sorprendente: non avevamo mai mangiato un pesce così buono! Per concludere, abbiamo finalmente trovato un tiramisù all’altezza del suo nome, accompagnato da un gustoso salame al cioccolato. La serata si è conclusa con una lunga e piacevole chiacchierata con Silverio, il proprietario, un ragazzo gentilissimo e molto disponibile, che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Consiglio a tutti di provare questo ristorante. Qualità, atmosfera e accoglienza sono davvero di altissimo livello. Ci tornerei già stasera!

18/06/2025: Posto fantastico,personale gentilissimo,piatti straordinari.Mai mangiato così bene ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATISSIMO per qualunque tipo di pasto VERAMENTE CONSIGLIATO. Hanno vinto la sfida a mani basse, visto che io per esempio sono vegetariano e posso dire che c'è una vasta scelta di prodotti.

07/06/2025: Excellence at 360 degrees, a location, once you enter, that completely envelops you and transmits inner serenity and happiness, the dishes are a journey through flavors that strike both the taste and the sight in perfect balance with each other. The story that is told on each dish that has as its theme the reclamation of the Pontine Marshes leaves you dreaming in a visual and flavorful journey that you would never want to end, and background music to enhance everything just described. I highly recommend the experience, because here we are talking about true experience in discovering new flavors and history, I compliment the great chef and his wife, for the care they have had for us. We will return to discover a new story that will come to life through new dishes. Thank you!

18/05/2025: We discovered this restaurant just a few minutes from home with great surprise, a very pleasant discovery I would add! A gastronomic journey curated down to the smallest details and very particular, refined and exquisite flavors that transport you into the fairy tale that is the common thread of all the courses, in this case Pinocchio! We will definitely return in the summer to discover the new theme that the chef will be inspired by for the new menu! Highly recommended for those looking for something special with impeccable service and a not excessive price that is absolutely worth the menu!

10/06/2025: Kjempefin utsikt, men helt ordinær mat vi kunne laget bedre selv. Ikke "al dente", men rå pasta. Dårlig tomatsaus.. Blekksprutsuppe var uspiselig.. Desserten var god, men ingen stjerne verdig. Bra utvalg av vin, men en dyr vin gjør seg dårlig i et billig glass. Vi fant heldigvis glede og humor i at rettene bare ble dårligere og dårligere, så det ble totalt sett et morsomt minne for meg og min samboer :P

Dish that enhances the taste of the dishes and you can taste the sea but DELICATELY. In fact it is all delicate. The staff understands a lot and assists you! 15/06/2025: Terrible experience. We didn't even get to try the pizza, because the wait was interminable: rightly so on Saturday night there is only one person to roll out and put it in the oven, which is simply absurd for a place that decides to stay open on the weekend. We settled for two first courses, but the result was even worse: inedible dishes, which we left there. The icing on the cake, the arrogance and rudeness of the owner, totally incapable of managing customers and the dining room. A restaurant like this shouldn't even have the pretension of calling itself such. I will remember the name of the place so I never go back. P.S.: did the chef give you back the €50 or did he collect it himself? What a terrible story to include on your resume.

30/05/2025: A pizzeria in the middle of a quaint alley, amidst the locals of Fondi, couldn't be more authentic. The ambiance and the feel-good factor are indescribable. And in my opinion, the food was too. Fresh fish (in this case, anchovies) and a fantastic pizza. Great wine and a gin and tonic for €5. Incredible. The value for money is truly hard to comprehend. It's rare to find such quality at such a low price, even in Italy.

01/06/2025: Mi sono recato a pranzo di sabato, insieme a mia moglie, per mangiare a base di pesce. Il locale è molto caratteristico, rustico e ben curato. Cucina con vetrata che permette ai commensali di osservare lo chef all'opera e di controllare visivamente tutte le operazioni svolte. Segno di grande sicurezza nel proprio operato. Sicuramente un quid in più! Abbiamo mangiato 2 linguine allo scoglio semplicemente sublimi, perfettamente insaporite dai condimenti che erano veramente iper-abbondanti. Ci saremmo letteralmente mangiati anche i piatti e non è un eufemismo... a seguire mia moglie ha optato per un pescato fresco al forno (fragolino) mente io ho scelto una frittura di gamberi e calamari. Entrambi i piatti veramente eccellenti. Prezzo onesto per quanto e come abbiamo mangiato. Un plauso incondizionato allo chef Alessandro e alla gentilissima cameriera

13/05/2025: "La Terrazza di Mimì" è un posto speciale. La cucina rispetta la tradizione ma con un tocco moderno e creativo che rende ogni piatto interessante e curato, anche nella presentazione. I sapori sono bilanciati e si percepisce l’attenzione ai dettagli. Menzione speciale ai dolci: originali, buonissimi e curati come tutto il resto del menù. Davvero il modo perfetto per chiudere il pasto. Oltre alla qualità del cibo, quello che colpisce è l’accoglienza: l’intero staff è stato caloroso, presente e sinceramente gentile. In particolare, li ringraziamo per l’aiuto e la premura con cui si sono prodigati nell’aiutare mia moglie a gestire un problema personale, anche se del tutto estraneo al contesto del ristorante. Un gesto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo e si sta ancora meglio. Consigliato senza esitazioni.

04/05/2025: Siamo stati alla terrazza dí Mimi per due sere consecutive(fossimo stati a Ventotene un giorno in più saremmo tornati per la terza volta!) Il posto è bello: curato e accogliente. Il personale è gentile, simpatico, attento. La mise en place impeccabile. I piatti…un viaggio di sapori e profumi. Pesce di ottima qualità, piatti della tradizione con la giusta sperimentazione. Belli da vedere ottimo da gustare. Chiara è una pasticceria eccelsa bravissima anche in sala. Prezzi adeguati all’eccellenza proposta. Ci torneremo a pranzo per mangiare sospesi nel blu.
