22/03/2026: A restaurant with consistently top-notch cuisine and service. This is the season for artichokes, which they prepare in so many different ways—a delight for the palate. A long, highly regarded wine list from local wineries. They never disappoint!

16/03/2026: Lost in the Pontine Hills, but absolutely worth trying again and again. During the artichoke harvest season, it reaches its peak of flavor with all the themed dishes on the set menu. I've never eaten so much and so well. It took two grappas to kick-start my digestion, otherwise I wouldn't be here writing to you. The restaurant is spacious, the staff is friendly and attentive, the restrooms are decent, and there's plenty of parking. I rolled away feeling truly satisfied. I'm adding one star to the 4 I gave, who knows why. I've been coming regularly for the artichoke-based menu for the past six years. I haven't tried the hotel service.

12/04/2026: A very elegant venue, welcoming and impeccable service, refined and tasty dishes, and a wonderful idea to organize the menu so it tells a story from start to finish. My girlfriend and I have been to several Michelin-starred restaurants that don't reach this level. So the question arises... This quality deserves the recognition it deserves. We'll be back soon.

06/04/2026: We ate here with very little time to spare, and even though we'd opted for a tasting menu, the service was truly impeccable: incredibly fast, organized, and incredibly attentive to our needs. They managed to let us enjoy every course without making us feel rushed. Everything was truly delicious, from the first course to the last. We'll definitely be back, perhaps more slowly next time!

25/09/2025: What an incredible place! The views were beautiful, and the service was excellent and attentive. Let's talk about the food... I think I've tried some of the best pasta dishes of my life: the ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc. was CRAZY! We also tried the fettuccine with octopus and ricotta, which was also very good. 10/10 experience, and 11/10 food!

23/03/2026: Ugo and Diana, excellent hosts, offer tasty and original Apulian recipes. I drank the best Mojito I've ever tasted here, but they also offer a wide selection of gins to sip with their rich and varied platters. Highly recommended 😋😋😋

12/04/2026: We chose this place based on the reviews, and I can only say we hit the nail on the head. From the moment we made our reservation over the phone, they were friendly and courteous. The welcome was equally attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. The location is central, easy to reach, and the service is well-maintained and familiar. The waiters were discreet and kind. The owner was cheerful and kind, making sure everything was fine between the tables. We ordered everything fish-based: two fish appetizers, one first course, one second course, water, and two glasses of wine for a total of €90. Truly, top marks for every aspect. Recommended if you're visiting Gaeta.

26/09/2025: We tried the restaurant, staying at the hotel, with the à la carte menu. The view is the most beautiful on Ponza, a marvelous terrace overlooking Chiaia di Luna beach. The menu is different for lunch and dinner, both satisfying. The prices are obviously high, but for the location and the quality, they're justified. The service is perfect, very professional. For dinner, we tried the fried calamari and grilled calamari on a potato cake, both excellent. The salad was also a surprise. The dessert was a bit disappointing. For lunch, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was excellent. And so was the seafood salad. A feast for the eyes and the palate.

20/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm not interested in denigrating anyone, but rather in encouraging improvement. I'm giving it two stars because you expect more from a four-star hotel restaurant. The location isn't enough—it's very beautiful, and the ambiance is also very good—but the rest is needed. The service could be improved, especially regarding the cutlery arrangement and maintaining the same non-standard servings for two people. Then there's the food. A dish that "ran out" at 8:30 PM should be removed from the menu, and you shouldn't wait to be asked to tell us so. We ordered two first courses, which, based on their names, raised certain expectations, but the flavors were very distant and basic (the base was tomato, and that was basically all we could taste). Then there was the fried fish, which left us unsure about the freshness of the fish, but that's an unprovable feeling. Then there was the side salad (mixed salad with citrus and dried fruit) that tasted like coarsely chopped, bagged salad from the supermarket. With water and a half bottle of white wine, we paid over €100 for two. Now, if you want to stay in that price range you have to raise the quality bar!

04/09/2025: In the charming Jewish quarter of Fondi, La Giudea offers a culinary experience that goes far beyond simple pizza. The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 27/02/2026: Boasting a swanky design and furniture, this small upscale restaurant not far from the town's magnificent historical centre offers a fairly well-executed, inventive fish and meat menu. Service is pretty sluggish though and could do with some tweaking.

22/03/2026: I agree with many reviews I've already read, unfortunately, not before coming to eat here. The food is good and the fish is fresh, as you'd find in many restaurants in the Latina and Nettuno area, but the quality-price ratio is poor. A raw fish dish cost €130 and two first courses €76; we spent €270 for two. The quality doesn't justify it; it's simply too much, because if you charge €10 for a shrimp, it's not quality; it's simply a markup. I've eaten higher-quality fish at much lower prices. Add to that the fact that the place isn't anything special, and the experience isn't up to par; it's simply expensive. That said, I ate well, but it's not what I'll remember.

21/02/2026: We found this restaurant by chance while we were cycling in the area thanks to a gentleman passing by who recommended it to us. We were skeptical at first but were pleasantly surprised. We ate wonderfully, from the starter to the dessert. Congratulations, when you do a good job, you have to write it down! 😉 We only have a photo of the dessert, obviously completely finished.

30/11/2025: Welcoming place, courteous staff, and a friendly owner. The seafood appetizer was exceptionally good and fresh, and the pizza was excellent, Roman-style. I returned on August 15th with friends for a seafood dinner. Everything was delicious, from the mixed appetizer to the tagliolini allo scoglio, the fried fish, the side dishes, and the desserts. Pietro, one of the owners, is always courteous and helpful, and the table service is also top-notch in terms of courtesy and speed. If you're in Sabaudia, stop by; it's definitely worth it. November 2025: Traditional polenta at Lo Zaffiro, exceptional, with broccoli, spare ribs, and sausage...always top-notch.
