11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 25/09/2025: What an incredible place! The views were beautiful, and the service was excellent and attentive. Let's talk about the food... I think I've tried some of the best pasta dishes of my life: the ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc. was CRAZY! We also tried the fettuccine with octopus and ricotta, which was also very good. 10/10 experience, and 11/10 food!

30/11/2025: Welcoming place, courteous staff, and a friendly owner. The seafood appetizer was exceptionally good and fresh, and the pizza was excellent, Roman-style. I returned on August 15th with friends for a seafood dinner. Everything was delicious, from the mixed appetizer to the tagliolini allo scoglio, the fried fish, the side dishes, and the desserts. Pietro, one of the owners, is always courteous and helpful, and the table service is also top-notch in terms of courtesy and speed. If you're in Sabaudia, stop by; it's definitely worth it. November 2025: Traditional polenta at Lo Zaffiro, exceptional, with broccoli, spare ribs, and sausage...always top-notch.

30/11/2025: Excellent experience, comfortable place They pay attention to detail, and the dishes are very generous. We had appetizers as a centerpiece and first courses with pizza, everything was perfect, with great toppings and cooking.

15/12/2025: Qualified and very friendly staff. Excellent pizzas, including the whole wheat variety. The fish is also excellent, all served in a welcoming atmosphere.

21/09/2025: I could sum up the experience in one word: "top." We tried the more substantial tasting menu, and it was worth it. The ambiance is truly original, it exudes a sense of peace, the service is elegant, and the cutlery is changed after each course. Last but not least, the food... truly original choices, the duck trio dedicated to Goethe and the Mater Matuta appetizer were fantastic. And, as usual, the final question: would I go back? Absolutely, especially since it's not close to home.

30/09/2025: I hadn't been there for many years and had fond memories of it, but the reality was even better: everything was delicious: marinated anchovies, scapece-style courgettes, tuna panzanella, lentil soup, rabbit, and finally the legendary chocolate salami. The house Montepulciano di Ponza wine was delicious, everything was perfect, the service was perfect, and the bill was 55 euros per person.

29/09/2025: Excellent trattoria, a regular on the island for years. Delicious food, adequate service. It's often crowded, so you might feel a little cramped.

23/11/2025: Historic local restaurant. Sunday lunch. Welcoming and friendly staff. Large and comfortable dining room. Traditional dishes perfectly executed, rich and plentiful appetizers. Superlative first courses, truly top-notch grilled second courses, tender and tasty lamb that's finger-licking good, truly special pomegranate guinea fowl. Perfectly served tiramisu. A surefire way to enjoy good food and budget-friendly prices. Great as always!

He's incredibly knowledgeable and a true bartender... every cocktail has its own story, and if you want, he'll tell you! Diana is the queen of the kitchen! Delicious and never predictable dishes! 01/12/2025: This restaurant was a pleasant discovery for us on a Sunday lunch. The veranda overlooks the picturesque port of San Felice Circeo, so weather permitting, you can enjoy their dishes in the sun or in the cool air, depending on the season! The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly with guests... the atmosphere is informal but very refined. My only complaint: the table settings are too minimal; I would add a placemat. The wine list is well-balanced, with many nice options under €30. Otherwise, the dishes are tasty, delicious, and portioned appropriately. Overall, a place that makes you want to return and try other dishes.

04/09/2025: In the charming Jewish quarter of Fondi, La Giudea offers a culinary experience that goes far beyond simple pizza. The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.
