26/04/2026: I'll start by saying we only ate at the restaurant, so I can't rate the rooms. Dinner consisted of: 2 appetizers (artichokes were supposed to be included in the description, but they never arrived) with some local vegetables and a few poorly assorted cold cuts. 2 steaks, 600/700g (not weighed, so I'm not sure), simply grilled without any special seasoning or sauce. 1 wine for €19 Total €150 Homemade cuisine, bland and subpar service from one of the owners, and a spartan and unwelcoming atmosphere (the table hadn't been set, and given the low attendance, we had a table for 4/6 when there were only 2 of us). Compared to the past, the quality has dropped dramatically in favor of Michelin-starred prices. Not recommended

19/04/2026: The establishment is a bit dated, but the dining experience is excellent. The food is good and plentiful, and the ingredients are definitely top-quality, especially the appetizers. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Recommended!

07/05/2026: I'll start by saying I wasn't familiar with this place; I chose it because it piqued my curiosity. We attended a gourmet dinner. It was truly a surprise; everything was carefully prepared and, above all, delicious. After this rehearsal dinner, my son said he wanted this restaurant for his confirmation. The dishes were delicious, truly excellent, with impeccable presentation. It's a restaurant unlike any other, where you'll find dishes that are not only unusual, but also boast excellent, refined flavors. Mrs. Sonia and Chef Max truly met not only our expectations, but also those of all our guests. And believe me, seeing my 14- and 15-year-old guests enjoy such cuisine was truly rewarding. I'm sorry I didn't review this restaurant with photos of the dishes, which were truly wonderful and delicious, because I was busy entertaining guests.

25/09/2025: What an amazing place! The views are gorgeous, and the service was excellent and attentive. And the food... I think I've had some of the best pasta dishes of my life! The ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc., was simply incredible! We also tried the fettuccine with Genovese sauce, octopus, and ricotta, which was also very good. A perfect 10/10 experience and a perfect 11/10 food!

The presentation delights the eye, and the taste is a joy for the palate. Everything is delicious, and the attentive service the staff gives you makes you feel special.

13/05/2026: We had the famous fish soup, which we ordered first, there were two of us... I'd say it was very filling and good... while the fried food recommended by the owner was a bit miserable. While waiting for the soup, plus a bottle of sparkling wine, we spent €175.

26/09/2025: We tried the restaurant, staying at the hotel, with the à la carte menu. The view is the most beautiful on Ponza, a marvelous terrace overlooking Chiaia di Luna beach. The menu is different for lunch and dinner, both satisfying. The prices are obviously high, but for the location and the quality, they're justified. The service is perfect, very professional. For dinner, we tried the fried calamari and grilled calamari on a potato cake, both excellent. The salad was also a surprise. The dessert was a bit disappointing. For lunch, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was excellent. And so was the seafood salad. A feast for the eyes and the palate.

20/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm not interested in denigrating anyone, but rather in encouraging improvement. I'm giving it two stars because you expect more from a four-star hotel restaurant. The location isn't enough—it's very beautiful, and the ambiance is also very good—but the rest is needed. The service could be improved, especially regarding the cutlery arrangement and maintaining the same non-standard servings for two people. Then there's the food. A dish that "ran out" at 8:30 PM should be removed from the menu, and you shouldn't wait to be asked to tell us so. We ordered two first courses, which, based on their names, raised certain expectations, but the flavors were very distant and basic (the base was tomato, and that was basically all we could taste). Then there was the fried fish, which left us unsure about the freshness of the fish, but that's an unprovable feeling. Then there was the side salad (mixed salad with citrus and dried fruit) that tasted like coarsely chopped, bagged salad from the supermarket. With water and a half bottle of white wine, we paid over €100 for two. Now, if you want to stay in that price range you have to raise the quality bar!

11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 27/02/2026: Boasting a swanky design and furniture, this small upscale restaurant not far from the town's magnificent historical centre offers a fairly well-executed, inventive fish and meat menu. Service is pretty sluggish though and could do with some tweaking.
