26/04/2026: I'll start by saying we only ate at the restaurant, so I can't rate the rooms.
Dinner consisted of:
2 appetizers (artichokes were supposed to be included in the description, but they never arrived) with some local vegetables and a few poorly assorted cold cuts.
2 steaks, 600/700g (not weighed, so I'm not sure), simply grilled without any special seasoning or sauce.
1 wine for €19
Total €150
Homemade cuisine, bland and subpar service from one of the owners, and a spartan and unwelcoming atmosphere (the table hadn't been set, and given the low attendance, we had a table for 4/6 when there were only 2 of us).
Compared to the past, the quality has dropped dramatically in favor of Michelin-starred prices.
Not recommended
19/04/2026: The establishment is a bit dated, but the dining experience is excellent. The food is good and plentiful, and the ingredients are definitely top-quality, especially the appetizers. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Recommended!

14/06/2026: Exquisite, creative, so unusual, the best flavours in Lazio! It may be a bit further out of town but definitely worth the trip. Go and experience Max and Sonia's warm hospitality and genius food. You won't be disappointed.

25/09/2025: What an amazing place! The views are gorgeous, and the service was excellent and attentive. And the food... I think I've had some of the best pasta dishes of my life! The ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc., was simply incredible! We also tried the fettuccine with Genovese sauce, octopus, and ricotta, which was also very good. A perfect 10/10 experience and a perfect 11/10 food!

27/05/2026: I often visit Guidea in Fondi's historic center, and every time it's a confirmation. The place is welcoming, and the outdoor tables allow you to fully experience the historic center, creating a pleasant atmosphere that makes every evening truly special.
The pizza is always perfect: light dough, select ingredients. You can feel the passion and experience behind every preparation.
A special thanks to Edi and Maurizio, the owners. They are always kind and helpful, and with their warmth, they always make customers feel at home.
Highly recommended.

We had both raw and cooked dishes as appetizers, followed by paccheri allo scoglio with house Falanghina wine (delicious).
Whoever gave it one star doesn't understand anything about good food.
12/06/2026: We had dinner here this evening. We arrived without a reservation, but they welcomed us without a problem even though the place was quite busy. Everyone was friendly, especially the owner Ugo, who accommodated my off-menu request with ease. The food was VERY high-quality, and the service was excellent. This will be a regular stop in Gaeta for us.

13/06/2026: Discovered a few days ago because I was invited to a birthday party,
it has an enviable location with a terrace overlooking the city and the sea. The seafood cuisine is excellent, with delicious appetizers, both raw and cooked, and excellent first courses. I personally tried the spaghetti with lupini beans and bottarga. I can't comment on the dessert because it was brought from outside, nor on the quality/price ratio because I was invited. You can get an idea by looking at the menu and other reviews. Kudos to all the staff.
09/06/2026: I fondly remember the lady who welcomed us years ago. Yesterday we returned to this charming restaurant and had a delightful evening. A beautiful panoramic terrace has been added to the establishment, adding to its value. Excellent dishes, attentive service. Prices are more than fair. They offer a five-course tasting menu for €70, highly recommended. Long live these places, passed down through generations with dedication and passion!

29/05/2026: The service was terrible; the waiter was clueless, the wine bottle wasn't chilled, bread only arrived after we asked for it, the food was under-seasoned and tasteless – only the crème catalana was good, otherwise it was an insult to Italian cuisine. The second time, everything was much better, actually very good. I was very pleasantly surprised; the service was attentive and the food was delicious.
